Lexis Nexis has me mix up and misidentified me with another person from another state, while merging my records with another ******* from another state. Additionally, I was gor my TN licensed in 1986 or 1987 in ******************. Besides the fact that they are mixing up all insurance companies with me and ******* from ******* who is not me, I have requested to meet with them in *******. I have asked for Lexis nexis to get me and Congressman ********* a paper copy of the credit, backgrounfd and score report. I need them to call me to meet in *******, ** to review the files in person at the ******* location.

Ordered Adverse Action Report after being denied insurance because of LexisNexis report. Waiting to see whats on it, but my credit is perfect and only 1 claim for minor hail damage (act of God). When ordering their report, there is also the option for partial or full opt-out of sale of my personal information. I selected the full opt-out, but funny that I had never heard of the company, so I never opted-in to begin with. Still waiting on hold to talk to a person. Looks like Im going to waste the day with a company I never heard of but is the reason I have been denied insurance.

I applied for ****************** and was refused due to what Lexis Nexis told them. ******** refused to reveal what that was. Lexis would not reveal what they told ******** unless I supplied them with a lot of personal information. ( guess again scum bag) I have a clean clean record and a 800+ credit rating. Lexis Nexis needs to be put out of business.

We have been trying to get the erroneous "consumer report" fixed that Lexis Nexis had provided to our insurance company, which resulted in the loss of our auto insurance and difficulty getting new insurance because apparently other insurance companies use their services as well. Lexis Nexis had incorrect information on the report, and all attempts to get it corrected (including providing all documents and information required, plus more!) just resulted in repeatedly receiving letters that they were"unable to authenticate your identity and therefore cannot process your request".It is unfortunate that insurance companies use Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions for risk-assessment, provided they have such a bad reputation and reviews. I will be forwarding the BBB review list to our the insurance company.

This company collects and hoards your personal information and sells it to other individuals e.g. like insurance providers. They do not have a working phone system that allows you to contact them to speak with a company representative to request what information they have on you. The system disconnects you from their phone. When you tell the system it's repeated message is incorrect and you repeat the state name it repeats back nonsense and then disconnected the line. You will be put on hold to never get at live person. This is outrageous that Americans are treated like pons in a rigged system that only benefits these kinds of companies that take our personal information use it for profit without our permission and then the final insult is they make it impossible without get effort and unpaid wasted time to block them from using you personal information to OPT OUT. LEXIS DOES WHAT THEY WANT WITH OUR INFORMATION...THEY SHOULD HAVE TO BY LAW GET MY PERMISSION TO USE MY INFORMATION. I AM SO ANGRY THIS COMPANY IS ENTITLED TO USE US FOR PROFIT...AND GET AWAY WITH RIGGING THEIR PHONES TO HAVE NO WAS FOR THE PUBLIC TO CONTACT A LIVE PERSON TO HELP GET OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BLOCKED. IN MY OPINION THIS IS LIKE DEALING WITH A MAFIA RUN BUSINESS.

I have called lexis nexus so many times already to fix a dispute with a accident that wasnt me and yet they still continued to fail doing the service and I am utterly disappointed I called 7 times a I repeatedly gave them the same information over and over again and to no luck nothing was ever done and I am having a hard time with my insurance for the incompetent work that was left undone and for the false accusation that everything was correct and in reality it is not I would like to get this fixed

Horrible company, reported my 18 year old daughter had 2 at fault car accidents , one of them even before she had a license. So she was dropped by our insurance. Can not get a live person to talk to , just an automated run around phone system. Probably wont be able to get car insurance for anywhere.

I really can't say that I want to give them one star. The voice message you receive when calling is a virtual runaround. I requested a report on line. Received a letter with a link that had difficulty and then the pin supplied it didn't recognized. Terrible ************************* to deal with. GEICO insurance company archives expired policy information after three years. Lexisnexis is the only method to retrieve and so far it has been impossible. This is just one of the millions of reasons people are fed up and angry with the world. I must have spent hours last week dealing with lexisnexis and never spoke or reached a real human being. The worst of the worst.
