  Started out as an Auto Track law enforcement internet site. Then it was renamed Choice Point and is now a branch of Lexis/Nexis. Enemies looking to take the spotlight off their own evildoing, contacted this company and lied about me. Lexis/Nexis has been investigating me since ****. Twenty or more Lexis/Nexis agents have taken over my neighborhood. They keep 24/7 watch on my residence and every move I make. Complaining to the local police had done zero good. Lexis/Nexis overrides the entire marketplace and law enforcement activities. I and my spouse are senior citizens being harassed nonstop by Lexis/Nexis private security agents. I'm presently grieving and mourning the loss of my only child; and, Lexis/Nexis is tormenting my life even during this process. Lexis/Nexis operatives totally ignores the US Constitution and whatever privacy laws are to be enacted. ******* is no longer free. It's being run by Lexis/Nexis tyrants that have no idea what they're doing!!!

  I received my new auto insurance which I had for 21 years and the increase was 60%....no kidding. I called and AAA told me that there was a cost increase and I said that the increase for me was $800 and last year the same coverage was $1300/year and now it was $2100 per year. They said that they had an increase but it should be on the order or $300 and said that their report from NexisLexis may have influenced the increase. I told them that I had not changes in my financial or personal status in the last year and they could not do anything and suggested I contact NexisLexis. I got on line and had to subscrible to NexisLexis service for ONE month to get access to my report. So I reluctantly paid approximately $45 for a month of service to access my report. When I first got on, after they search my records, it came up with a score of *****. They never explained what the score meant and it was the last time I ever saw the score. I searched all their records for me and 90% were long lost relatives and properties that I never owned. It showed that there was a *** offender about 5 miles from me....I guess that was very important?? It showed my two daughters and relatives and many others that I never even know. It showed my current owned properties and the values and taxes for this year which are not due till the end of 2023. It also showed past property I owned and the new owners names and address....this is really nice ? Note that I have no arrests, not outstanding bills, no mortgages, no traffic violations.......nothing at all.As I said this information is soooo worthless to anyone needing to see my financial condition or loan/payment history I dont know why anyone/any company would put any credence to it.I have read some reports about LexisNexis and they say it a reputable company and that it supplies information to Equifax and others. I find this so disheartening that this kind of inaccurate, and worthless information is finding its way into our background

  Horrible company relaying false information and causing increased insurance premiums.Not responsive at all even with a letter from the insurance company confirming that the accident was the other party's fault.Be careful when you have to deal with this company.

  This company LexisNexis Risk Solutions, linked whatever on my husband's record/report to my son's record/report (my son's just get his ** 3 months ago), and they reported both persons on same days & same things, how funny is it? Need your advice and help how to deal with this matter. 06/12/2021 not at fault accident CLUE only 12/26/2020

  From a company thats gets a D- from the BBB, insurance companies should not be using information from them. You want to know why your auto insurance is so high, this is why. Even with a letter of experience from your insurance company proving their records are wrong they will not correct it. Id give them zero stars if it was an option. What a trash company!!

  LexisNexis is absolute c*** my son was in an accident and was deemed 0% at fault we have eyewitnesses and video camera footage to show. My insurance company claims it was reported to Lexis Nexis and that I need to dispute this with them. I have called several times trying to start a dispute and was told that because hes a minor I need to submit his both certificates. I did that. Then I call back and ** told they cant help Im barking up the wrong tree call the insurance company. I was hung up on by a customer service ********** while I cant get insurance for him unless the rates are sky high over $1000 more and no one is taking the blame or working to resolve the issue.

  LexisNexis sent me a letter saying they put a security freeze on my file and wont remove it unless I give my SSN! Never happening and I didnt ask for the freeze because they couldnt verify my identity with my drivers license. Not a good company and Im reporting them to the **** I am covered by multiple idshield companies so leave me alone!

  They use 30 year old data and will not fix. When I called to get it fixed they asked for my social security number or could not fix or attempt. Also would not send me paperwork to fix Sorry bunch

  my insurance company said the only way to get a total loss vehicle removed from my insurance history is to contact lexisnexis. however, even now with a police report as i never owned the vehicle nor lived atthe address shown, it still hasnt been removed. (lexisnexis can also see i never lived at the address as all my addresses are shown and credit history with nothijg showing that address please remove the 40 thousand dollar truck loss where someone put me on their insurance for better rates and it took me months to get my name removed from it all, every where except here that is.

  IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I am a solo practitioner and a customer for over 17 years of ********************** and in a current dispute with Lexis-Nexis over payment for services they discontinued mid contract year. They insist my office could download the updates when we couldn't. A dozen calls later and the *** is still insisting on payment after the services were discontinued. It started with lies from their salesman that we had to upgrade to a cloud type contract at over 3x the cost mid contract year or our service would be discontinued. When it was discontinued because I refused to be shaken down the company said denied it was discontinued then a month later was willing to reinstall the account. Keep in mind that I had made all payments prior to the service becoming unusable. By the month's expiration I had to move on to another company to get the real estate forms necessary for my practice. AND GUESS WHAT? I GOT THEM FOR 15% OF THE COST I WAS PAYING AT LEXIS ********** I am even being threatened with legal action for non-payment-a loyal customer for over 17 years with over an 800 credit rating. I'll see them in court if I have to. This is ***************************. I have been a practicing lawyer for 43 years on Long ***************: CHECK OUT OTHER COMPANIES--YOU'LL SAVE A SMALL FORTUNE AND GET THE SAME FORMS YOU NEED.
