      I ordered clothes on 9/27/23. I paid $78.00 for the Order to come in 3 days. by express carrier (air) Order#GE4577270533GB On Sept 29, I received a DHL On Demand Delivery from DHL Express, Waybill#********** which is also the tracking number. Estimate Delivery date was Sept 29. When I tracked the package it says that it's in transit and it's in **. However, when I look on the 17 Track and put in the tracking number **********, it says it was delivered in *****. Also, now when I put the tracking number in, the language is Spanish. I really believe I have been scammed from this company. My mother has been ordering clothes from Long Tall Sally for a long time. I ordered clothes from her in August and the package came directly to my home.

      Long Tall Sally customer service is non-responsive. Add me to the list of other *** customers who attempted to contact this ****** based company. Most recently.....my order GE4290415634GB for a jacket $57.69.....was apparently sent......but tracking info stalled on Aug 5th and no package has made its way to my home, and tracking status has not been updated since Aug 5th (today is Sept 15th, 2023). I've completed numerous on-line forms seeking assistance. Have received their standard "here's your case number and we'll get back to you soon" e-mail. NEVER hear from them. Finally filed dispute with my bank to not pay the credit card purchase amount. I have resolved that I will never see the jacket. I hate to not shop at LTS as sources are limited on where else to shop as a tall lady........but...the customer service has gotten worse with each passing purchase. Frustrating....and disappointing.

      Ordered 3 items on May 19, 2023. Returned 2 out of the 3 items on June 9, 2023 by **** using the label they provided. Using **** tracking I could see the items were received June 14, 2023. I received no communication and no refund. Between June 20th and July 5th I attempted to contact them numerous times using FB messenger, their chat, their email, and the form on their website. Finally received an email acknowledging receipt of items and saying refund would be issued July 5, 2023. No refund has been issued and they still wont respond to my communications. I am owed $50.40 for a shirt and $70.80 for jeans.

      Hello,We ordered several clothes via Long Tall Sally on March 1, 2023 (order number GE3584548186GB) for $594.06. We returned multiple of these items on March 17, 2023 via the ************* ************** ****** using the return instructions provided by Long Tall Sally. The **** delivered to the return agent in late March. We have not received a refund or any updates for the returned items. Furthermore, we have made several attempts to reach out to Long Tall Sally (multiple days and hours), but we could find anyone to discuss this issue and no customer service agents were available to help. We believe that this is an effort to discourage communications hoping that the customer will give up on trying to obtain a refund; thus, Long Tall Sally receives the returned items without providing a refund. We would like the BBB to intervene on our behalf and attempt to resolve this refund issue. The BBB should also launch an investigation to determine if Long Tall Sally is intentionally providing poor customer service to discourage the refunds on returned items. Finally, we would like the contact information of any license facilities (e.g., import / export license groups) to file a complaint for their evaluation of the situation.Thank you to the BBB in advance for your assistance.Sincerely,******* and *****************************

      I ordered $556 dollars worth of clothes from here back in March with the order arriving on March 30th. Once they arrived the majority did not fit and were comically large. I started the return process and mailed the return package on April 4, 2023 with $460 worth of returned merchandise. It is now May 1, 2023 and I have yet to receive a refund or any additional communication. I was told someone from the investigations team would be looking into it. I offered the the tracking number, order number, and receipt showing it was returned but they quickly signed off the chat. I am starting to worry that this was a scam and that I am going to have to fight for my refund.

      I have ordered from them more than 6 times. Every single time they either sent me a different size, a different colour or just forgot to include one of the items I ordered. Im sick of it. Last time I ordered two coats size US12 and they sent one in the right size but the other one they sent a size so big I dont even who the h*** is responsible for this, if its a robot maybe?! Because why would any reasonable person do this? Then it was just a nightmare to send the coat back. Finally I did but they refunded me less then what I paid they didnt refund the taxes.       I ordered an expensive coat on 30 March 2023. When it arrived, it was extremely large/too large. The normal ** to US size conversion chart didn't work at all. The original LTS company, which closed in 2020, was great; this company that bought it (AK Retail?) is horrible. I think they might be a scam. I want to return the coat for a refund, but their returns portal webpage does not work, i.e. "Order Number, ZIP Code, or Email provided cannot be found." So then, trying to follow up with an online "24/7 **************** contact form", the form only takes 10 characters for the order #, but the order number (from the "invoice" with no date on it BTW) is 14 characters long. The phone number for LTS given on the BBB website *************), when called, says the number is not yet in service. I wish that I had read all these other reviews before ordering from the "new" Long Tall Sally. (I ordered because of a text that I received about their current sale, and went online to order.) After reading about people with the similar issues that I have, I am not trusting the company, at all, to actually credit my credit card if I do return the coat. I think I may have to just keep the humongous coat and find someone to give it to. Also, now I am VERY nervous about a possibly scam company having my credit card information on file. Oh, and the "I forgot my password" link does not work either. I asked for a password reset before ordering as a "guest", since my password from before 2020 no longer works. In reply, there was only a generic "We have received your email and our customer service team will be replying to you as soon as they can" email back. And I never got to reset my password. That was over 12 days ago. This is all very distressing. I will no longer be ordering anything from anyone posing as "Long Tall Sally", or ordering anything from British Isles/**************. I will stick to places with U.S. storefronts.

      I placed an order with this merchant on 11/6 for $120.44 for 2 pairs of jeans. Following their sizing chart, I ordered the size indicated by my measurements. When the order finally arrived 11/20 the jeans were WAY too big, and of poor quality. At first they wanted to charge me $20 to return the order until I disputed that the size issue was because their chart was way off. They agreed to waive the charge and sent me a return label. I returned the order and per **** tracking they accepted the return 12/8. Today is 1/4 and I still have not received a refund. They have no phone number to contact them, all correspondence is done through email through their site. *** been told someone will contact me and they dont. *** contacted them several times including providing tracking once again to prove they received the item and now they refuse to respond. Im contacting my credit card company to get a refund. Apparently LTS was bought out by another company and this has become routine for them, per online reviews, their clothing is of poor quality/bad sizing and they wont respond to customers nor will they provide refunds. BBB needs to look into this business.

      11/18/2022 I placed an order for $377.35. The merchandise was late arriving and the sizing was all wrong. I returned the order and never got a refund. I have followed up many times with the company and they claim they did not get the package. However, according to the post office (Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 11:44 am on December 19, 2022 in ***************************) ************ is claiming they have not received it and are delaying my refund. Very poor customer service.
