      I used annual credit report one time to look at a entry I dispute on my credit report . The advertisement states its a free check once a year. Well I logged in and it stated you need to pay $1.00 dollar to check the entry. It states the one dollar will be refunded. I just got a new credit card because of BS charges trying to post charges on my credit card. The bank said i needed a new one.I used it once or twice and I was locked out of my own credit card. Can't even use my card for gas while at the gas station with no money. My bank said their is a pending charge from this company of $39.12 for a subscription I never signed up for either. This is fraud. Have these people call me I want to be removed.

      I have not receveid my copy of my equifax credit report. I have only recevied the TransUnion (04/01/2024) and the Experian (04/01/2024).I had requested this back in March 2024. Please see the attached file that was accompnay with the annula credit report form that was mailed.Thanks in advance.

Between *****, (expected me to act as secretary and be burdened), ***** (slurred, rapid), inappropriate/intrusive demanding comments of "Calm down..she ordered me to calm down several times (terminate) ~ I hung up. ***, demonstrated incompetence with her lack of comprehension, having me spell my name 3 times and she failed to register her questions, violated boundaries when insisting on manager and emphatically wasted my time. Terminate. *****, I had to instruct her how to slow down and verbalize properly. No fragments or abbreviations. Lost call. Tacky. NO UNAUTHORIZED OR UNREQUESTED REPORTS TO BE MAILED. You are legally accountable for failing to safeguard my history, no communication and no accuracy.       For the past few weeks I have been unable to get my Transunion consumer report from annual credit report website where I am allowed to get my free consumer report once a week. I enter my information and I keep getting a message saying transunion is unable to verify my identity. I have been pulling my consumer reports weekly for the past 3 years and I have never had an issue with my identity being verified. Last month I sent a dispute letter to transunion which included my government ID and a utility bill which verifies my address. Several times I have called transunion and they verify that the information they have on file is the same information I am inputting into the annual credit report website when I try to get my consumer report. I have spoken to several reps who said that I am only allowed to get one free report from annual credit report per year which is not true. This has been a very frustrating situation and all I want is for transunion and annual credit report to simply fix this issue so I can pull my transunion credit report as is my right. I have no issues pulling my Equifax or Experian reports from annual credit reports website so clearly there is an issue specifically with transunion and annual credit report. I need this issue to be fixed ASAP. I dont want to have to get one mailed to me. I want to simply be able to go to annual credit reports website and pull my transunion report. There is absolutely no reason why they cant verify my identity. I sent in the necessary documentation for them to easily verify my identity. I need this issue fixed ASAP. I have attached a screenshot of the message I continually receive when I attempt to get my consumer report.

      I tried to get my credit report, because previously there was information on my report that was inaccurate, I tried to save the report,and only received a report for Equifax the other two credit reporting agencies were missing, I gave my SS, and everything that was requested, they didn't have any validation questions on this website, I feel that my information has been hacked and I'm very uncomfortable concerning this matter.vthay had a number I called it but they just told me to log in to the website.

      Attempted to obtain free annual credit reports from this site. First up, Transunion, which did NOT let me print to verify if any information is correct nor did this incompetent site allow me to obtain the next 2 supposed free credit reports from Equifax and Experian. If I didnt know any better, I would say this site is a complete scam especially since I did not receive my FREE credit reports as detailed by LAW. BBB nor Transunion are allowed to use any of my information to create a security/bond/instrument thru their asset-backed securities department. Failure to adhere to this request will result in a complaint for SECURITIES FRAUD with the SEC. It's also interesting when you go to print this page, not all of the info shows up to be printed including this box. No worries, pics were taken bc most of these corporations commit FRAUD daily.

      Annual credit report is required to provide consumers with credit reports from all 3 credit bureaus but over the last couple of months they have refused to address the issues with there website that is denying us the option too. They are collecting very sensitive information about us then at the end saying they cannot retrieve our credit reports and thats a lie. They have to provide us this information and by collecting such personal information on us only to say they cannot provide us the credit report needs to be addressed immediately. By not doing so they need to shut down there website and let the federal government know they have been collecting consumer information and not providing them with there credit reports.

      I called early November for all 3 copies of my credit report from Annualcreditreport.com.They did not arrive by 11-29-23 so I called again to check on the status. They made me do the request all over again like it was a new request. they told me it would take approx. 16 days.I have marked my calendar for 12-16-23 to check again if not received by then. This is a free service. I I would like them to speed up this process because I originally order early November 4 weeks earlier than the 2nd request.
