      Annual Credit Report refuses to recognize my identity and gives no explanation why not. They breach my records to any random hacker but the only legitimate owner can't get access.

      I have attempted to pull all three of my credit reports via this credit reporting agency for the past year and a half. Per the website, I should receive all three credit reports, if requested. Whenever I put in my personal information and ask for all three reports from each bureau, I only receive my Transunion report. I never receive my Equifax and Experian despite requesting them several times. I am the victim of spousal identity theft where my death has been reported years ago in order to make government entities think Im dead thereby allowing my ex, my sister and various others to use my social security number for their own financial gain. I am personally blocked from my own credit reports as a result of the decades long fraudulent activity of family members who are using my identity. I am reporting this company as it does not make sense that I cannot access my own reports via their website.

      I did not receive my one time free credit report from ***********, which Ive applied for using annual credit report printed form requesting all three and sending it certified Mail. I received the other two, but I have not received Equifax. Its been over a month now and I still havent received our heart any response regarding why I have not received my credit report from them.

      I filed for my pre-credit report with annual credit report. I marked all three for which one I want it for my credit report, which was Equifax and ************ Experience, but I didnt never receive my credit report from *******. It is against the law for them not to give me my free credit report, but this has been the third year, which I requested my credit report and have not received it. I have letters that prove it and Im just putting this on, this has to be noted And I did send this off Priority mail

      Gives weekly/annual credit reports since the Covid. I can't get my Transunion report there. I can only get the other. 2 credit reports there. This is a .com site run by the federal government and you are a .org site that I've heard about my entire life. I've also had a .edu address. People seem to wonder if it is a legitimate site. And yes it is. So,.you would think it would.be a .gov site, but the Bureaus are companies.

      I used annual credit report one time to look at a entry I dispute on my credit report . The advertisement states its a free check once a year. Well I logged in and it stated you need to pay $1.00 dollar to check the entry. It states the one dollar will be refunded. I just got a new credit card because of BS charges trying to post charges on my credit card. The bank said i needed a new one.I used it once or twice and I was locked out of my own credit card. Can't even use my card for gas while at the gas station with no money. My bank said their is a pending charge from this company of $39.12 for a subscription I never signed up for either. This is fraud. Have these people call me I want to be removed.

      I have not receveid my copy of my equifax credit report. I have only recevied the TransUnion (04/01/2024) and the Experian (04/01/2024).I had requested this back in March 2024. Please see the attached file that was accompnay with the annula credit report form that was mailed.Thanks in advance.

      For the past few weeks I have been unable to get my Transunion consumer report from annual credit report website where I am allowed to get my free consumer report once a week. I enter my information and I keep getting a message saying transunion is unable to verify my identity. I have been pulling my consumer reports weekly for the past 3 years and I have never had an issue with my identity being verified. Last month I sent a dispute letter to transunion which included my government ID and a utility bill which verifies my address. Several times I have called transunion and they verify that the information they have on file is the same information I am inputting into the annual credit report website when I try to get my consumer report. I have spoken to several reps who said that I am only allowed to get one free report from annual credit report per year which is not true. This has been a very frustrating situation and all I want is for transunion and annual credit report to simply fix this issue so I can pull my transunion credit report as is my right. I have no issues pulling my Equifax or Experian reports from annual credit reports website so clearly there is an issue specifically with transunion and annual credit report. I need this issue to be fixed ASAP. I dont want to have to get one mailed to me. I want to simply be able to go to annual credit reports website and pull my transunion report. There is absolutely no reason why they cant verify my identity. I sent in the necessary documentation for them to easily verify my identity. I need this issue fixed ASAP. I have attached a screenshot of the message I continually receive when I attempt to get my consumer report.
