      After recently reviewing my credit report from your company, I noticed several inaccuracies that need to be addressed. The accounts in question are listed below:?Company Name: BANK/GS Account #: **************** Balance: $9,431.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681g), I am formally requesting copies of all documents in your records that were used to verify the accuracy of these accounts. Please provide these documents in your response to this letter.I respectfully ask that you do not reply with a generic statement claiming the accounts have been verified. Instead, I expect to receive the actual records supporting this verification. If no such documentation exists, these disputed accounts should be removed from my credit report immediately, as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i) of the FCRA.Including unverified or inaccurate information on my credit reportand continuing to share it with third partiesunfairly damages both my credit standing and my reputation.       I signed up for a loan three years ago to install solar panels but have yet to receive the product for my homes. The last contact with the solar company was on September 11, 2023, when they informed me that the original plans for my home would not work and that they would reach out to the city of ****** to review new structural plans. At that point, I asked the solar company to cancel the project, as it had already exceeded the quoted one-year timeline.Since then, I have not heard from the solar company, but the loan provider has continued to charge me for a product that was never installed. When I explained the situation to the loan provider, they stated they would reach out to the solar company but were ********** a result, I have now been reported as delinquent on the loan payments for solar equipment that was never delivered. This has severely impacted my credit score, and I have yet to find a resolution with Green Sky or the solar company.

      On December 6, 2024, I had a ******* representative come out to my house to inspect and fix a garage door that had fallen off of the rails on the right hand side. After inspection, the representative told me my garage door could not be fixed, and I needed a new garage door. The total cost was over $4,000 which did not sit right with me. I had to open a loan from GreenSky to fund it and put down 20% of the costs ($860). The install was to occur on December 9, and the representative lightly fixed the garage door so I could get out. Unsettled with the high costs, I had another garage door company come out on December 7. This company told me my garage door WAS fixable and performed the work. To this date, the garage door is running smoothly on the tracks. Following the repair, I immediately called ********************* door (9:30 am) to cancel the December 9 garage door and install. I was told another representative needed to assist me with the cancellation. That agent called me back at 10 am and told me I needed to speak with a manager. I sent an email stating my intent to cancel at 12:16 pm. Finally at 1:00 pm, a manager did call to speak with me and expressed my order would be cancelled. At this time, I also denied the $860 charge to my GreenSky loan for GreenSky to not allow the charge and cancel the loan as I was within the 3 business day window allowed for **************** this date, GreenSky has only offered a credit of $860 while they investigate my claim that I cancelled my ******* order. On January 7th after I was finally contacted by ***** about my case, I emailed all supporting documentation related to my cancelled ******* order. The company has not confirmed receipt of the email nor cancelled the loan. I did no business with ******* and should not have a loan balance of $860 nor the information on my credit report.

      GreenSky was able to speak with the consumer and confirm with her that her merchant processed a full refund to the account.  ********************** also sent the consumer a closed account letter to the email address on file.  The consumer did not have any other concerns and was satisfied with the update.  At GreenSky we strive for excellent customer service and will continue to improve our process.

      We have a loan through GreenSky to pay for our home's window replacement. Over the last few months we have been receiving notices that we are overdue on our monthly payments. The first month, I called to address the notice we received. The resolution was to give more time for the check to clear. The next day the check cleared. The second time, we received multiple notices about the payment being late. We felt that our payment is delayed in their mail room again, so we waited a few more days, but our check still did not clear our bank. We called customer service again to try and find out what's going on in their mail room. The resolution was to keep waiting and we were assured that when the check showed up, they would waive the late fee. We had gotten so concerned about what happened to that payment that we put a stop payment on it which cost us $38. The next month's bill (December, 2024) we sent off the full payment for the previous and current months, ($302.82), extra early. It was mailed at the post office along with 3 other bills on Jan 7 (payment due on Jan 23). We waited until Jan 14, after the other bills we mailed all cleared, to follow up on why the GreenSky check hadn't cleared yet. We talked to a nice, understanding lady who could only suggest continue waiting. She also told me that when a payment is received, it is posted that evening. We waited 2 more days, called again and asked to speak to a supervisor. We talked to another understanding person, the supervisor, who admitted that they know there are with problems with processing their mail. They know it needs to be fixed, but no information on when, how, or if it will be fixed. He also informed me that when a payment is received, it can take 2 weeks before it gets posted in their system. That long delay certainly causes worry, frustration, and may force us to take out another loan to pay off GreenSky. It is completely unsatisfactory to run a financial business so mismanaged.

      GreenSky spoke with the consumer regarding the payment that he mailed on January 7, 2025, and confirmed the payment was mailed to the address on the payment remittance form but the payment has not posted to the account yet because the payment has not yet been received by GreenSky. GreenSky will continue to monitor the account and will follow up with the consumer once the payment is received. Once the payment is received it will be posted to the account within (1) business day.  GreenSky also informed the consumer that he could make payments online or with automatic payment deductions and the consumer stated they prefer to mail in their payments.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  It is our goal to provide excellent customer service and will continue to improve our process.

      I am rejecting this response because: We are not satisfied with Greensky's responce. They have admitted that their mail system is flawed and it takes over 2 weeks to post payments after the payment is received. We were assured that there would be no late fee on our next bill, which we received today, with a late fee assessed. We require Greensky to reimburse us for having to stop payment on our December check. Greensky has done nothing to reassure us that our future payments won't be handled in the same inefficient manner that they handled our recent payments.

      My information from this account was exposed in the 2024 social security data breach, which was reported to the ***. According to 15 *** 1681, I am entitled to my information being kept private. Greensky has not provided documentation on this account and how they are protecting my personal information.

      Trying to update our bank account and submit for payment. Was informed to submit account statement, and expect ***** hours processing. Do so on Thursday, followed up Friday to be informed the review was in process. Monday, receive an email that the document was incorrect. Why they didnt inform me of this on Friday is frustrating. Spoke with representative on Monday who informed me if I had the correct document before 6pm, it would be processed that day. Followed Monday, it was not and I was informed to expect an email. Followed up Tuesday, was I does the correct document was received, expect an email. Did not receive the email. Christmas was the next day. Followed up Thursday, was informed the account had been updated. Only to be informed that I now had to wait another ***** hours for the project processing to be approved so I could then request funding. Which, take a guess, is another ***** ******** a simple process that should have been handled in 2 days, is now drawn out to after Christmas and from what seems line will be into the next year for funding. This has caused a very difficult situation to navigate for my family and workers over the Christmas Holidays.

      GreenSky apologizes for the miscommunication and any confusion regarding the merchants request.  GreenSky confirmed the merchant was contacted and asked to provide a voided check instead of the bank statement originally requested. Upon receipt of the voided check, GreenSky updated the merchants banking information, which takes 24 hours to update. Upon receipt of the merchants concerns, GreenSky made attempts to speak with the merchant however, we were unable to reach him by phone or email. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. It is GreenSkys mission to provide exceptional service and we will continue to improve our process.

      GreenSky has reviewed the consumers account and confirmed that the monthly payment amount is the same amount listed in the consumers loan document.  The payments made each month to the account are at the discretion of the consumer and cannot be controlled by GreenSky.  GreenSky has made several attempts to reach the consumer to discuss their concerns but was unable to reach them.  GreenSkys contact information has been sent to the consumer in case they have any future questions or concerns.

      I have two loans through greensky totaling about $30,000. I was in the process of getting divorced when I called Greensky back in June or July asking what the process is to remove my soon to be ex-wifes name off the loan. The customer service representative stated once the divorce is final green sky will send out a piece of paper for us to fill out and send back with the divorce decree. My divorce was finalized in November. I called Greensky to get those papers and get my ex-wifes name removed from the loan when Greensky turned around and said we cant do that. Ive read through the disclosure documents and there is nothing on the document stating I cant remove someones name from the loan, the only thing the customer service representative says is just cant be done. One customer service representative I believe her name was ***. She was the supervisor. She agreed that there is nothing in the document stating I cant remove someone from alone, but she still wouldnt help me remove that person from the loan. Im not looking to get out of not paying it I just need my ex-wifes name removed..

      We apologize for any inconvenience the consumer experienced.  GreenSky reviewed the consumers account history, explained a finance charge was processed on November 26, 2024,and explained the charge on November 30, 2024, was a conversion fee,which was credited the same day, when his loans promotion period ended. GreenSky understands the consumer did not see an actual minus symbol in his when reviewing his transaction history online, but it should state Credit for the transaction type.  The consumer was mailed a copy of his transaction history to review.  GreenSky determined we did not violate the Michigan Shoppers Reform and Modernization Act, because there was no duplicate charge.  It is GreenSkys mission to provide exceptional service and we will continue to improve our process.
