I bought a product and received it March 21, 2024. The product is called slim patch. It goes over your navel for weight loss. After trying the patch for one day I had a reaction to my navel and stomach being sore. The owner said you should leave it on for 24 hours. The first day I did my stomach and navel was in pain. So the next day I said I would try for 8 hours. Same results but worse. So I discontinued it. Called Mink hair to report this, and yes it does say no returns or exchange but I thought the would made an exception. No straight no they can’t help me in no way. The customer service is awful just how they respond to me when asking. Quick no response. I’m still paying on this product I can’t even use. There is a disclaimer on the website stating a test should be done to make sure this product will work for you and if you are allergic to any of the ingredients do not use. We also recommend speaking with a physician if you have any concerns.The patch can be worn in various ways, not just on your navel. On our website, the picture attached is a reference guide to show you the multiple ways that it can be worn. If you were wearing it in the same place daily with agitated skin, this could also be a leading factor.

I’m filing a complaint because I’ve ordered products from this company about three months ago and i never received the merchandise. I emailed and called several times. .. no response. I live in Nj so my order should not take 3month. Customer service is horrible and unprofessional. They will put you on hold until you decide to hung up and if they do return they will tell you to call back tomorrow because management is not there. I placed an order for a few products from this company and when the order was delivered I was missing 2 items my slimming tea and my slim patches. I called the company and was told that the items would be put in the mail. I just received the items but the slim patches look like something at child made. Here are directions on the usage of the product.
Slim Patch Directions -
1) Wash your hands and cleanse your navel area.
2) Pat your navel and surrounding skin dry.
3) Open the Slim Patch and the Natural Bead.
4) Place the Natural Bead in the center of the Slim Patch.
5) Place the Slim Patch on your navel. Make sure the Natural Bead is inside of your navel.
6) Wear the Slim Patch for up to 24 hours - do not exceed past 24 hours.
Slimming Tea Directions -
1) Prepare 3 cups of water for every 1 bag of Natural Slimming Tea.
2) Boil 3 cups of water (bring it to a rolling boil).
3) Add a bag of Slimming Tea.
4) Boil for 5 minutes.
5) Let the Tea bag seep for 3-5 minutes, then remove.
6) Let it cool and pour in a water bottle.
7) Drink 1 bottle at night before bed.

I phoned the company at the number provided and spoke with a representative that advised the Customer Service Department closed at 2:00 P.M. I advised the representative that I would prefer to return the entire purchase and was advised that the company does not accept returns, at this point I only want a refund for the price of the item that I did not receive (1) Rapid Grease priced at $10.00 plus applicable tax. Today's date is January 22, 2024 and to date No Response from the company or any attempt made to resolve the outstanding issue.Business Response

On December 18, 2023 the owner of this business got on social media and done a live video stating she was blessing people by selling Apple watches for $200 when they sell other places for $749. The owner actually pulled up the **************** website and said she was selling the same Apple watch that Best Buy was selling but Best Buy was selling it for $749 and she was blessing people for the Holidays and selling the same watch for $200. I sent the $200 for the watch via Apple Pay to the business owner and she said she would send the Apple watch out. She sent a generic watch that was not an Apple watch. I called the business to state that the watch was something other than an Apple watch and she insisted it was several times and after I told her it was not several times, the business owner then stated well they were donated to her and she is not giving refunds. The business owner also sold me several pair of fake Apple Airpods that were not actually Airpods but she stated they were and I told her I went to the Apple store to confirm and the watch and the ear buds were both imitation and did not work properly. I called the owner four times requested a refund and she refused and hung up the phone.Business Response

11/17/2023 I purchased a hair strainer from this company. They claim it takes 2 weeks to delivery date. It's been a month now. And the money was drafted from account the same day I ordered the product. When I called this company to resolve the issue. I was told. There web site was down . And there was no way to track my order. Then hung up. I called back. Asked for a manager. And was told there was no manager or supervisor I could speak with and got hung up on again. So I called again. And then was told it takes 2 weeks and 2 days to arrive. But it's been a month now. And I could call who ever I want and report whatever I want. Nature of Dispute: I called ************ and spoke with a representative and told her that I had ordered previously a booty and body shaper advertised by Ms **** and wanted to order two additional units, I described it to her in detail and she placed me on hold and said I have found it and we do have it in stock. She took my American Express and placed the order and I waited for the shipment to arrive. I received it last week and then proceeded to send them emails on 11/12/23 carefully explaining that they sent me the wrong items which has no clips and no opening in the crouch and received no response. I then on 11/13 called the company and spoke with a representative and she then placed me on hold and then came back and said that she had located the order and that I placed it online, I repeated to her no I called your company from my office which is a recorded line and placed it with your representative only after she verified that she had the correct product. I told her I received the wrong item and wished to return it so that they could send me the correct item sold. She immediately said that we do not accept returns and there will be no refund. I said Ma'am it is not my error but your company that made the error. She said that's too bad and then said that Ms **** has started her own company and that nothing could be done. I told her that you committed to selling the correct item and then she told me that if I wanted a shaper with the crouch open then I could take some scissors and cut it myself which was deplorable. Even this day Ms **** still advertises on the website but they have refused to honor the business requirement to supply the paid product to me. I want my money back. I don't care if I never order from them again. They are unethical and should be ashamed of themselves.
