Much like ************ We prepaid for services and cant contact them and theyre telling us we owe them money.**************** department says it is hard for them to access the online Contact Us portal, so dont bother using that. **************** phone number they dont answer.They do answer the Sales number, so if you want to talk to someone (not that they will be helpful) use that number.They also send annual renewal letters, but this year there was a malfunction so they havent gone out yet. All the letters say are if you dont contact us well keep showing up and charging you, which doesnt help cause you cant contact them.

3 years ago i paid unlimited lawn care for the summer in advance. On several occasions they said that they serviced my yard but never did. I have cameras. Then on one occasion my wife paid for a service in cash and the employee never gave them the money. We dropped them 3 years ago. Today I look at my credit report and they have me owing them $52. That's nerve.

The chemicals they use are awful and they don't kill my weeds. They say I owe $34 and it will go to collections. I am contacting ***********************.

I was been a Customer to ********************** from 2019 and they were always been very bad so i decided to stop using their services but the Managers visited the property and convinced that they would do a better job but unfortunately they just leave the flag that they have serviced but No one can see them, when all the cameras and Ur eyes can spot every one except these guys so we can imagine the fraud they are doing. They do not service but would send out an email that they have serviced.This happened Last Year and this Year as well, so i requested for a extra service and we were been waiting with all Our Eyes Opened along with Our Camera's focusing and waiting for these guys to show up and till ****pm EST, they did not turn up and when i called the Manager, she says that the guy has come and done the service, unfortunately all our eyes and cameras also did not spot this guy doing the service on my 10k ft. lawn but we were able to see rest of the Dogs, Birds and People walking by, seems like a Eye sight and Technology issue for us.I clearly told them to ring the **** but they did not do that and since we were been waiting outside, may be he might have talked to us which i can't remember, may be a memory loss and Camera issue. I have asked the Manager to return the rest of the Money, not sure how long its going to take and if they do not respond in the next couple of days then i am going to file a Consumer case against them coz i have all the proofs that they did not do the service at all.Please Do Not Use this Company for the Lawn Maintenance, whether its a Home or Business, they are the best in doing the ****** be AWARE and advise all Ur Friends and Families, Not To Use the Services from "Unlimited Lawn Care" ... Tried their service. Had to cancel 2nd yr. Dishonest service. They mail a full report saying they serviced lawn. My 4 cameras showed no activity non my property that day. Made numerous complaints. Service manager offered a patronizing response, but service never improved. They don't cover the area that you're paying for with the product. It doesn't matter that they have been in business 22 years if the keep sending new hires with just one week's experience. New employee spilled full container of nitrogen fertilizer on my lawn, didn't say a word just drove off. I should have read these reviews prior to doing business with Unlimited Lawn Care. These reviewers have the same complaints as me. Crappy company

I paid this company for a year service upfront. They said they came to treat my lawn, but I have on my house camera they never came on 3 occasions. Also when I complained to them, I told them to cancel my service and I hired a new service in Feb of 2022. I have received 2 collection letters on July 3, and 15 for $40. I called them and they said I never canceled, and the came to my house in March no record of them coming. I will pay this because I dont want any collections hurting my credit but Im furious that they can get away with doing this to people.

Paid in advance for 6 or 7 visits to rid front yard of weeds. Have had 2 treatments and yard looks worse than ever, ****************** Is sending me letters to get yard right. I want refund for remaining treatments and to be contacted that service is cancelled as of (this date) 7/7/2022. I'm retired, let's not make this a regrettable incident on either side. Thank you

I have been a customer of ****************** in ********** for 2-3 years...I have seen NO improvement on my lawn and have complained multiple times. No one seems to care that you are not a happy customer. I would suggest staying away from this company and not wasting your money.

Today, my Ring camera showed WF tech place sign in my yard. No other services were on CAMERA and I called and spoke with Manager ***. *** first stated tech said she parked across street...impossible as I live in a circle intersection. Of course, as a business this has Never happen before, well camera's do not lie. Tech did not enter my yard today until dropping off sign. *** calls back 10 minutes, says Tech has not completed yard. Of course not, she never started and again stated CANCEL my services now that I do not owe you anything. *** states he can't, I would have call back??? I was transferred to you, transfer me back to ***************** *** states well I can't Cancel it and I don't know who you spoke with. Why can't you cance account and *************** up on me! Really, ok, I called back and canceled told their Tech not to come back to my house to Complete a job that never started. People have Camera's now, you can not hide from any and all my camera's around my house. Mind you my landscaping service just left and saw pretty much the entire service. Do not use UNLIMITED LAWN CARE. excuses, excuses, excuses for three years. I am done!

I paid the company for a year of Lawncare in 2011 in advance to get a good rate, After that they sent an email the your lawn will be serviced and I sent the email to them, as I did not have any agreement on payment for weather it is month to month or I pay full in advance, They never called me or contacted, So I respond to the email I received that I do not need any service, please stop. They did not, as per them until 3 applications, and now they are sending me **** and collection letter for $85.They need good lawn service not the lip service over the phone. The service is pretty bad anyway, does not help lawn much. I wish I can give them no star, but that is not an option.
