I waited without medical attention (no doctor saw me) from 8:30 pm to 12:30 in the morning when I went to ask what was happening. The nurse and the head nurse were unpleasant, without human empathy, despotic, arrogant, and with a horrible character they told me that I had to keep waiting because the rooms were full and that was not their problem. I obviously complained to them about why they sent me a chest Option to leave if you wish or you can continue waiting and they told me you have 3 more patients in front of you so I don't know what time the doctor can see you.Issues:1. Lack of medical care 2. Horrible nursing service 3. There is no proper emergency medical care, each patient must be individualized, not all of us have the same symptoms or the same priorities.4. Examinations without justification or medical evidence: There is no explanation in modern or ancient medicine for sending a patient a lung x-ray if the patient does not suffer any symptoms or signs related to said study. There is no scientific evidence that explains the laboratory studies that were indicated for me that explain acute dizziness; in any case, cervical spine x-rays should be taken instead of lung x-rays. the emergency room and everything they did with me was wrong, as it is It is possible that they did not attend to my main problem, which was dizziness, and then send the pertinent studies that the doctor believed necessary. ***************** Hospital has a big problem brewing deep within there ER department.There is one security guard named ******* that believes his outfit is a street gang. This guard attacked me and I needed to call police on him. His fellow coworkers spent close to twenty minutes restraining this young man to stop him from assaulting me. There are several camer footage of this incident that I am debating releasing to the public. When the police finally came this young man's coworkers refused to give his name to Clayton County Police.The shift supervisor had to publicly correct these guards and tell them that this is a job. A professional place of work.This supervisor then showed integrity and said the guards name is "*******".Thank God that this man was and is a man of INTEGRITY.This guard was growling and ripping at his clothes. At one point He was punching the doors and walls while at the same time attacking me every time He broke free from being physically restrained by other guards. This young man was threatening to get my information from my chart. I can't believe that this young man is apart of a security outfit.I went to the store in this community and was openly talking about what took place and people standing around knew this young man by name.I was told that this young man in known for this behavior.COMMENT IF YOU TO HAVE HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GUARD. HE IS GOING TO SERIOUSLY HURT SOMEONE ONE DAY.
