Do not order from this company. I am out almost $300 in unfulfilled orders of swimwear. One day in November she decided to shut down and send an email stating that we needed to file chargebacks with our credit card companies if we were owed anything. My bank refused to give me any money back due to the charges being from several months back before she shut down. I feel scammed and hurt by what happened to me personally. I just want others to be aware that if you order from fused hawaii you will be scammed and not receive product either.Review from Mel H

Do not order, they shut down in November 2021 and no refunds. She just abandoned ship but then 1 year and half later she is trying to sell product when she closedReview from Pamela B.

Absolutely horrible customer service , late shipping unsent orders , product quality inferior , colors fade , sewing has been off on some pieces , sizes have a wide range . Shady business practices, doesn't refundReview from Melanie C

************ pieces were delayed for months. Waited to have an April ************ order to be sent, did not email the company directly because the ************** shared that they were waiting on material, and had a delay due to shortage. Found out through the ************** that the company closed. I did not receive any correspondence from the company to state that they want out of business, or what to do about my unfulfilled orders (3 orders). There has been no communication, and found out to do chargebacks with my bank, Unfortunately my april order was so far out that we weren't able to qualify for a refund. I got my sept order refunds. Owner, *********************, has taken no accountability, and continued to post on social media without addressing the company and the open orders.Review from Mariah P

Owner shuttered her business with no notice, didn't refund anyone, and notified many too late in order to do chargebacks on their credit cards. Is this grand larceny, or just regular larceny?Many people are out thousands of dollars. 0/10 would not recommend.Review from Courtney C.

Company filed for bankruptcy. Missing $200 in orders. ******* is back on Instagram like she hasnt robbed people of their hard earned money. This is shameful- no rhyme or reason to shipping, ordering, or how some customer service was great and some was awful. Not only that- they owe thousands of dollars to hundreds of people.Review from Christina W.

I bought two items & decided to return them. I was told I could only receive a store credit because the items were on sale. Ok fair enough, except everything is always on sale. After emailing back and forth with customer service I was given a gift card with an expiration date of 6/4/22. Today on 5/24/22 I tried to use it and was given a message that it had expired. I emailed customer service and they told me it had expired in April. I asked them to please resolve the issue as this was not the case. No response. I left a bad review on their website. They deleted it. Awful customer service! Im out $110.
