      I could not find a listing for the ******************************************, so am listing my issue here. I have repeatedly used the Safeway app to clip their digital coupons only to have them not be applied at checkout. I will not let them get away with this fraud and make the checker go through each item, showing them the clipped item and price on my phone. One visit this equated to over $48 that was over charged. Another $11. Today was over $16. The people waiting line behind me are not happy, but I am not going to let them get away with not giving the advertised price.

      Terrible! I signed up with Safeway's Freshpass and weekly scheduled delivery. Of four week's, only the first was delivered as promised. It's been a nightmare ever since. Numerous contacts with their customer support results only in unkept promises.

      Safeway offers good weekly deals through digital coupons on your phone but everytime without fail that I attempt to use these coupons there's endless drama. Today as I got in line I was behind another couple who got home last night and realized their coupons were not honored. I like to shop and go but that's not possible unless you are willing to pay more. In December they tried to charge me $98for a 9 pound ham that had a digital coupon for .69 cents a pound. Today I had coupons for 4 three pound packages of ground beef at $8.97 each and 4 one pound packages at $2.99 each. 2 Tillamook cheese with digital coupon $1.99 each and 2 lucerne sour cream members price $1.99 each. I was expecting a bills of under $56 but instead I stood for over ten minutes repeatedly showing them that their register was wrong. People behind me left leaving their groceries where they were. Stop cheating people. It's not worth the frustration of shopping in your store and finally the manager not knowing what to do about the fact that her register was charging me something that didn't add up , she tells me I'll just give it to you for the $55.80. Let me tell you this, they weren't giving me anything but a headache. I was paying for my groceries the price Safeway advertised.

      I think Safeway is one of the most overpriced Grocery stores, Its ridiculous! ******* literally sells the same exact grocery items for half the price Safeway does. ***? And no, you do not get a break on gas for the money you spend at Safeway. The gas prices at Safeway are jacked up higher than everybody else, that its actually the same price as everybody else AFTER you use your reward points that you spent so much money buying theyre Expensive groceries! Im so sick of Safeway and their **** prices. I refuse to shop there.! I dont understand how they are still even around with a two point Star score. Do they not even care about their overall score?? Ridiculous! I refuse to buy gas there. I refuse to buy their groceries. Just ridiculous. **** ****** is even cheaper than Safeway. And that is saying something

      I had an extremely frustrating experience at Safeway Store 496 (********************************). It took me an hour just to check out due to poor service and ******************* checkout, my member discount wasnt applied. A cashier told me I wasnt a member, even though I had installed the Safeway app and registered in January 2025. She directed me to ***************** but no one was there. A staff member cleaning the trash kindly led me to the store manager, ****, who was resting in a corner. Instead of resolving the issue, **** told me to wait at ****************.After five minutes of waiting, I asked another staff member, ******, for help. She assisted me in registering my membership again via the app, which showed that new members should receive a discount. However, the discount still didnt apply at checkout. When ****** called ****, he claimed I was already a member, which is why I didnt receive the new-member discount. I explained that I had to register again because I was told I wasnt a member earlier. **** then accused me of providing the wrong phone number at checkout, causing the issue.He insisted I take all my items to **************** to redo the entire process. By this point, I had already spent an hour trying to check out. When I voiced my frustration, **** raised his voice, told me I was "done here," and said I was not welcome at Safeway.This experience was beyond disappointing. The lack of organization, accountability, and customer service was unacceptable. I have removed the Safeway app from my cell phone and called to cancel my membership with them.

      Looking for a lawyer to start a class action lawsuit. If Safeway owes you a small amount of money they will keep moving the start date for the refund and say 5-7 more days. They are so good at it I strongly suspect a supena will show that is their policy and that they have stolen millions from customers with this tactic. So I documented it this last time and am ready to go to court over it.

      I place orders on-line worth $164.48 on January 18. It supposed to deliver from 12 to 2:00 pm. I recieved three case bottle of ******* ****** and bread, I order 6 but only three and the rest of the item is missing, I called customer services and said it will re- deliver by 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Im waited , I called again by 9:30 to ask where are the rest of my orders and it said apologize it will be late 15 minutes and its coming right now, I waited again , I give another half hour but nobody show up, I called 10:15 p.m. and the store closed, I was really upset cuz I order meat to cook but instead I spend hours waiting , spend money to order food . The next day I called the same customer services , again apologize and this time the excuse is no driver to deliver the item, I request refund but to my suprize she is willing to refund everything but I told her to deduct the amount cuz I recieve three case of water and the prize for the bread, all of sudden she want to refund me $60 out of $164.48 charges and the reason is their not allowed her to refund what they owe me, need to call the higher position and wait 10 to 15 days for the answer, please I need help to get my money back . It just so sad cuz Im Safeway member and this is not the first time online order, Im so up-set , I dont want to shop Safeway anymore, give me my money back and when you apologize make sure is sincere

      I called the pharmacy at 5:10 today. They said they were closed. I called customer service 3 times and no answer. Their customer service ***** if they have any to speak of, which I doubt They are s joke and deserve a fail..."f". I will never shop there again

      the self checkout lady was extremely rude and unprofessional,disrespecting a 66 year old disabled senior with a very rude attitude and remarks
