      Item left in cart on website. I received 4 sperate phone calls from company asking to complete my order to which I replied I was NOT interested. I was simply checking what the price was as I had found bottles in my sick mother's house. Got to my own house to check on things less than a week later to find the order had shipped and my card was charged via my PayPal account WITHOUT authorization. Money was refunded but shoppers beware.. And they want ME to pay to ship product back to them..

      On 4/13/2024 I purchased $750 worth of gummies from buygoods Totaling $750.That was the total $750. Another charge appeared under that charge, from the same company unapproved by me for $2000 on the same date, that absolutely was not mine. I have tried to work through buygoods about these unapproved $2000 charges. They accurately charged me $750 and showed me the order, which I do not dispute, however, even buygoods doesn't show the $2000 purchase as being made by me! They say it's not their charge. I attached a copy of my bank record showing all the charges to my card showing both the $750 and the $2000. I have contacted my bank and am in dispute is currently in progress. Currently buygoods says this is not their charge, but clearly according to my bank statement it is. I need help recovering my $2000. Thank You for your Help.

      Our investigation revealed that the charges in question, totaling $2750 ($750 + $2000), were not processed by BuyGoods. Instead, they originated from a vendor named ******************************* DO LLC, with contact details indicating a different entity altogether. Please rest assured that BuyGoods is not affiliated with this vendor.

      In response to **************' request for a refund, we have taken immediate action. We have issued a full refund for her most recent orders, totaling $642.00 ($294.00 + $348.00). These funds will be posted to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Additionally, we will send her an email confirming the refund.

When I received the 12 bottles of sugar Defender, I started using and it was fine for the 1st week & 2nd week & the 3rd week I did not feel well, but i continued as i did lose 2lbs the 1st 2 weeks. After that i had to stop taking. The product did not work as described and my body was fighting/ rejecting it. I can no longer take Sugar Defender as It has caused me great discomfort to have severe stomach pain and irregular bowel ********************* I would like to return the unused portion for a full or partial refund. Thank you.I could not get the information where I had purchased and when I did find it, I contacted Buygoods through email. Buygoods (Jhon Customer Support) replied right away and stated that is is beyond the 100% money back satisfaction guarantee (as it starts from when they swipe your credit card and not when you receive product.) He stated in the email that it is only for 60 days money back guarantee and it was up on March 21st so they can not help me. So basically he said that I am out of luck. This is an unfair practice for a company to advertise 100% money back guarantee on product and not give you ample time to test out the product as they count shipping time against you for your money back guarantee? I have 9 new and unused and sealed bottles and one 1/2 used bottle left. I am more than happy to send the remaining product back for the refund.

      We were unable to halt the shipment before it reached our warehouse, therefore we issued a complete refund for all three purchases.
