      It is a disappointment in the parts Department we ordered parts in 12/2021 I was told they would call me NO CALL. I called in one Month No parts I called in three months I. Was told they would call me no call. I called in seven months no parts and I was told they dont know where they are and I should quit bothering them this was told to me by the parts manager if I had said that to someone in my line of work Id be looking for a job they dont seem to care you pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for a vehicle and get the worst service Ive ever seen I thought I was more than patient I picked up the phone call ***** design ordered the parts and had them in five days at my house this is a shame . if your parts manger talks to customers like this, I was a big fan of your business but will not endorse this kind of behavior. I don't see a future for your business. Back about my story I went back today 7-27-2022 to ask for a refund for the parts. because I no longer have the card I charged it on because the number has changed they refused to give me a refund I told them mail me a check do anything you need to do and they said they cant because it would be considered fraudulent on their side I told them to keep the $38 and Ill do business with somebody else from now on and I also told him the only reason I was mad was not because of the seven months it took to tell me you couldnt get the parts was the parts managers horrible attitude to his customers and a smart remarks to me .

      I cant get ahold of anyone in service I have called ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** return message then what I took my Rv in right after I bought it because the ends of the awning were coming out they said they fixed it the following summer I took the tv out and the awning was the same I looked at it and it looked like they preyed open the grove and put it back in then tried th squeeze the slot together I called and told the service department that they didnt fix it right and the service writer blew up at me and told me there techs were great and for all he knew I could have went to ******* for the winter well Im not old enough to retire so that wasnt the case anyway still cant use the awning and I got treated like s*** the last to times Ive been in there for my inspection I tried using my furnace this year and it dont work first time I tried it I called to schedule it in and get my yearly inspection done which I mite add took many phone calls I asked if they check that stuff while doing inspection and they told me all they do is blow air into the outside vent so imtthinking its gonna be a fight to get them to fix it thru the lifetime warranty when I bought it they said all major repairs were covered but now I bought it there seems to be a different story I would never buy from blue dog again nor should anyone else

      would never buy Anything there again!! the sales ***** are good when buying, but i believe too pushy on making the sale. did credit check without our permission. They kept our rv for a week for so called inspection. we went to pick it up. t.v. had a little trouble working but it did. we brought it home and after two weeks in our driveway we plugged it in and put out the slide, then we tried tv, and it didn't work at all. we tried the slide it didn't work, awning didn't work. lights didn't work. nothing worked. we call about 10 times. no one ever answers the phone, you leave messages. finally after a full day trying to reach someone. i called sales and they answer right away then i told them what was going on they sent me to service ***** again no answer. we finally got a person to call us . he said to push the *** button in bathroom. we did. Loud Buzzy noise. and all lights on the controll button kept flashing. still nothng worked. we called them again. told them what was happening.they were of no help. we kept at it and just by the ***** of slide came in, but nothing worked again. we took it to service **** before 30 days were up.. gave them a list of what wasn't working. frige also frost up inside terrible. we went to sales manager, and talked to him with no luck. blamed manufacturer. i ask fo them to do a buy back and prorate cost or exchange for different trailer. they wouldn't do it. refused to take keys back. they even said to ttake it to bank. nope cause that would be voluntary repo. that would hurt our credit. we just went and picked it up at service **** today. they said everything is fine and they can't find anything wrond. i mentioned a short in wiring. they said all is good. i said i don't want it i am afraid of a fire issue if it is a short. these people are absolutly horrible and should be held accountable for what their doing. wish i would have read this site before we even went there. now we have a brand new rv we don't trust being forced to keep

      Not sure if it's because they sold out to a national company or not, but their ****************** is terrible! Most of their bad reviews that you read have to do with the ****************** and they do nothing about it. ZERO customer service. They don't know how to answer a phone, they don't know how to call someone back. Even when I waited in line I could hear the phones ringing off the hook and a bunch of employees standing around talking. The guy in the back office was talking loudly on the phone about his weekend plans. All while customers are trying to get a hold of them. I was promised several times when my RV would be ready and would get a phone call. After 12 days, calling numerous times, leaving several messages and NO returned phone calls I finally had to go into the store and demand to get my RV back. Low and behold they happen to get it done within a couple of hours after all of that. **************** is good, finance guys are awesome, but nobody should ever use their service department.
