This company installed a brand new driveway for me less than 7 years ago. Nearly $13,000. Less than 1 year after installation cracking and sinking began. These were not small typical cracking either. I repeatedly contacted the owner about the issues. Finally he came out with his wife. He said he would send out a crew to hot patch the most problematic areas at no charge. These patches didnt even last 1 year. The owner ***** Parisi stopped returning my phone calls. Clearly he knew something wasnt correct whether it was the materials or the workmanship. These issues have gotten worse, even after having multiple other companies come out to sealcoat and repair. My driveway has only not been seal coated 2 of the years. I followed the exact guidelines by ***** Parisi. I am going to have another company come out to see if i have to have a approximate 60 section redone. I would not recommend this company and anyone wanting to see their work is welcome to contact me.

Hi *****,I hope you and the family are doing well. I'm also very sorry to see the review you've posted. You've never had any issue with being able to reach me or my company directly so I'm a little confused as to the review. There are a few things that were not mentioned in your review that I feel are important. You driveway was paved in 2016 (Nearly 7 years ago and you paid $12,200. for the complete job- NOT $13,000.) The price isn't so important as are the facts being accurate. When I provided you an estimate in April of 2016 I provided 5 different options for your project based on your intended use. You decided on one of the least expensive options. I also made it very clear that due to the incline and the very sharp maneuvering of your boat trailer into your side load garage that could potentially cause a great deal of strain on your pavement (especially the edge) where we widened the pavement along the garage to assist with you being able to make the swing into the garage with the trailer and truck. **** knifing a trailer with a truck while backing up a hill does cause quite a bit of stress on an asphalt pavement. Especially, in the warm summer months when you are taking your fishing boat in and out of the garage to use multiple times a week. This was made very clear to you and you acknowledged and understood the potential for issue to arise down the road. You wanted the pavement now and you didn't want to spend more than you had to in order to install the new pavement. In 2017 we sealed your driveway free of charge as part of the original project scope of work. I did not hear from you again until **************************************************************************************************************************************** order to **** knife the boat trailer into the garage when you put the boat back inside each time you use it. I reminded you of our conversation at the time of initial estimate that this could become problematic and you acknowledged that previous conversation. At that time I said I would send my crew to install a hot rubber crack filler to address those cracks once the weather allowed and we could get into your area. This was also going to be free of charge and done out of "good will" and "follow up" even though you said you had decided to use another contractor to seal the pavement for a cheaper price multiple times since the installation. I made it clear that I did not know what type of material another contractor would use but we did address the cracks of concern. Free of charge. Again, we discussed the strain on the pavement in the area on the edge and in the drive path that your truck would be pushing the trailer up the hill to get on the pad and then turn to get the trailer into the garage. On June 21, 2019 (nearly 3 years after initial installation) you sent me a message thanking me for sending my crew out to do the hot crack filling as I promised. You seemed very content with the hot crack filling which we provided. You also said you were wanting to get the driveway sealed later that summer and you were looking for the best price you could find. I did provide you with a price and we never heard from you again until June 2, 2020 when you asked how much it would cost to seal the driveway. Your also said you were in no big rush but you wanted it done on a weekend. You never mentioned any additional issues and we never heard from you to confirm scheduling. Your review on the BBB has been the first contact you've made with us since you inquired about pricing in June of 2020 ( nearly 2 years ago). It's also the first that we've heard of your displeasure with the quality of the job completed nearly 7 years ago in 2016. You've never had an issue reaching me and I'm disappointed that you reference a lack of quality in materials and workmanship. That just is not the case. I believe you know that, *****. You have always been present during all work performed at your home. We've had tremendous swings in weather since your pavement was installed. Polar vortex, extreme heat and drought and also unprecedented rains over the last 7 years. Not to mention it has always been clear that due to the strain you're putting on our driveway you could develop issues in the pavement due to your desired use. Again, I'm not sure of the scathing review when I have always been available for your calls? I realize we're now living in unique times with all of the worries and stress in the world. I hope you will reconsider the review you've left us. I don't believe a reasonable person would find it fair or with merit based on the history of our interactions from the completion of the project in 2016 to the last showings of excellent customer service and care we provided you. I, nor was anyone in my company been made aware of any additional issues with your driveway since we provided the free hot crack filling years ago. We value our excellent reputation with the BBB and for many years we have shown our commitment to thousands of customers each year with providing excellent quality and workmanship with the pavement services we provide. Respectfully, I'm going to ask the BBB to dismiss this review as it does not fall within the reasonable time frame to expect there to be an active warranty period nearly 7 years following completion of a project. Respectfully,***** Parisi
