      One of there customer hit me 12/12/22 and I didn’t get a rental till a week after so I missed work then on 1/17/23 the declared total loss n now I’m being tossed around about when I’m going to receive a payment I’m a single mother 4 kids n they expect me to return the rental leaving me with no car nor any money after they’ve declared my vehicle a total loss someone also gave me information saying they was going to make sure I was helped today 1/19/23 but all day I’ve been tossed around and on hold longer the 1 hr each time

      I was in Texas on Dec 30,2022 and had an accident. Car was still drivable so we decided to drive home to Missouri. 200 miles into our trip the car overheated, stood for 2 hours on side of highway waiting to talk to a claim rep and waiting for a tow. I was told on phone tow would be reimbursed and to save my receipts to turn in. I had to get home and my car home and was told they do not tow that distance so i had to rent a uhaul equipped with tow dolly to get my car back to Missouri at my repair shop. I saved all receipts and turned them in only to be denied any reimbursement stating they only paid for the tow off the highway, which of course was the cheaper tow. I did not get any calls for 2 weeks from state farm, i finally got a message from the injury claim rep but called back and left 2 voicemails with no return on their part. As of today 01/19/2023 i have yet to here from anyone on my injury. All i get from collision claim rep is denial and refusal of any reimbursement. I spent every dime i had to get my car home and now they tell me i should have left my car there and returned to pick it up when it was fixed. I have never had such poor service from an insurance company! I am currently seeking legal advice on how to handle this situation.

      Their response states that they contacted me on January 27th and i have not spoken with them so there has been no satisfactory resolution to my issues.
      They sent a letter for me to call them and when i do call i have to leave a voicemail and never get a return call from them. I cant see how anything has been resolved when we haven't even spoken.

      I have full coverage on my car.. I submitted a claim to have my windshield replaced and my rear bumper replaced after an accident. So after the accident my car was damaged.. I took my car to ********* to get new spark plugs and air filters.. The shop damaged my car and it ran hot.. I had to have my car towed and I called my insurance company and explained that the mechanic that worked on my car had damaged my car and it ran hot.. State farm had my car towed to my home.. They came back 2 wks later and towed my car to ******** of Rock hill. The agent waited 4 wks to come and inspect my car causing all the rental time to expire before he gave a diagnosis. I was able to speak directly to the Manager of the shop at the ******** dealer explained that they could not work on the car because the insurance had not came and they were not able to get the car to hold water enough to run any test.. Then they submitted a bill to the insurance company that was fraudulent, and I appealed the decision and submitted a letter to *** **** ********** *** regarding the fraud from the ******** dealer asking him to remove my car from the ******** dealer because of the fraud.. The dealer claimed that there were parts held on the engine by tie wraps and completely missed the broken water line which was the only problem (40.00 fix). I submitted my findings to the insurance company and nothing.. I don't have my car... the bumper is not fixed.. the windshield is not fixed.. the car engine is not fixed.. I have been paying for a rental for more than 3 months waiting on *** **** ********** *** to respond to my complaint.. My car is still at the ******** dealer and non of the claims have been satisfied nor have they paid my medical bills and expenses from the accident.. State Farm has failed to provide coverage and continues to take my money with poor poor poor poor poor poor customer service and low ethics... I feel that after 35 years as a customer it is insulting to have to go through this.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I have not been contacted by State Farm at all on any of the claims that i presented to the BBB.. I would appreciate it if they would send correspondence through the mail when they try to contact me. I would appreciate the mail as i will have good understanding. So far they have not responded to any of my calls or messages that i have been leaving and i am burdened with having to pay for a rental car while they are taking time to respond. I do not have my car it is at the dealer and they have not fixed the windshield or the bumper that were approved because of all the problems with the damage caused by the mechanic who broke the T fitting..

      On October 9, 2022 my car was severely damaged while I was at ***** ******* preserve by a hit-and-run driver who left the scene and I came back to find my car damaged in the parking lot. I contacted State Farm and they told me this would fall under the uninsured driver portion of my policy since I was not at-fault and the driver was unknown and had left the scene, so I would have to pay the lesser deductible. The damage consisted of a large area along the front fender of my car going all the way through the front bumper, so the damage was obvious from the top side. Upon tear down of my car by the body shop the front bumper sustained damage that could only be seen after taking these parts off, and it was found that the bumper had numerous clips that were broken during the impact, and the clips are an integral part of the bumper as it is all one piece, so a new bumper must be put on to repair this damage. State Farm is refusing to pay for a new bumper and wants the repair shop to only do sort of a patchwork job and basically try and figure out a way to attach the bumper so it will hold. They only want to repair not replace, but this will not be possible as the bumper and the clips are all one big plastic piece. It is unreasonable for State Farm to refuse to repair my car and restore it to the former condition which was pristine. This car has very low mileage and has never had a scratch on it. I have been trying to work this out for over two months now with completely unreasonable delays, non-answers. They are unresponsive to the body shop or to us, and the adjuster never went to do a proper assessment of the car, even after the tear down was complete. All his questions or concerns could have been dealt with at that time. The car has been available at the body shop since Nov 28, 2022.. They want to do this in the cheapest manner possible and not restore my car the the previous condition it was in, and I have been a State Farm customer for 40 years.

      In February 2022, I received a claim check for my roof replacement from this business who stated it would be sent to me after it was sent to my mortgage company. Unknowingly, I deposited the check not knowing that it had to be cleared by my mortgage company first. Subsequently, they changed it to a FRAUD case. For the last year I have been given different information on how to resolve the issue by several DIFFERENT people at this business, never speaking with the same person twice and having to explain the situation each time. Well, now I was told all I needed was an affidavit signed by my mortgage company. The mortgage company sent the affidavit multiple times (as they reported to me). Stat farm stated that they only received it once & it was outdated by the time they got it. NO ONE at State Farm has tried to help me resolve this issue in any other way. The affidavit was also sent and received to Wells Fargo, bank for State Farm, and State Farm states that that is not acceptable to them. The bank also filled out a form and sent it to them stating that I did not receive the funds, the also said that it was unacceptable. ihave been dealing with this for a year with no resolve, in the meantime, my roof is already compromised and with the bad weather (tornadoes, hail, rain), in our area, it is at a risk for causing internal damage to my home. State Farm is not willing to let me contact the Treasury Dept. to see if there is anything else that can be done or to try to help me. I've called my local agent, and they tell me that there is nothing they can do because they don't handle this issue. I DID NOT received these funds and have not been able to get the roof replaced.       i had insurance on 2 cars. my father and mother had insurance on 2 cars. my mother died in May and i called to have all 4 cars put in my name to relieve my father from having to pay bills. i have been paying 200 a month for 4 cars. they never cancelled the 2 cars from my father ****** *********** account that was set up for autopay and continued to double charge for 5 months from June until October. they charged my father's account June 142.48 July 159.86 August 130.79 September 142.48 October 158.81 for a total of 734.38. i have been trying to get a refund either direct deposit back into my father's account or a refund check for over 3 months since October. i have contacted agent **** ******* ************ multiple times for days, weeks, months and i have been to his office a few times. i called ************** and still no help. it's been over 3 months trying to get a resolution. when i call i have been given a runaround they say "we are working on it" "it has been turned over to underwriting" or "let me transfer you..." i do not understand why it's taking so long, and they will not give me a timeline when they will refund the money.

      I had wind damaged to my roof in October 2023, causing water leaks inside my home. Contacted statefarm and received prompt service at the beginning of the process. After speaking to supervisor he approved repair for roof. Due to the damage lost my kitchen causing eating out for a family of 5 until this day we have only received $600 disbursement for food expenses. Agents showed no care for our situation, questioning our expenses. I paid expenses for packaging all of my belongings, and was told by demo company the insurance should of paid. I requested to get a new claim specialist to handle my claim and same situation no empathy at all. I have started repairs on my own using my own money since statefarm mailed out a check payable to myself and 2 loan companies, I have mailed the check to my mortgage company for endorsement and now bank is requiring endorsement from another loan company? I don't understand how statefarm was able to send out check to demo company under their name but when it comes to us the customers they mailed out check under several companies. I have not yet to receive a call from statefarm, very frustrating and disappointed since we have been doing business with them since 2014 and have never had an issue with them until now. Claim specialist show no business etiquette, the fact that only time I felt understood was when requested o speak to a supervisor. Although they did not renew my insurance for 2023 and decided to cancel, the incident was during active coverage.

      I filed a complaint against State farm not Farmers insurance Farmers insurance had contacted me and we made it clear that they are not the ones I'm complaining about State farm is the claim number is on the document I uploaded if we can please get this taken care of as soon as possible I'm getting tired of them harassing me and giving me such a hard time when my house was robbed my stuff was taken sentimental stuff a lot of sentimental stuff they sent it to the investigator or whatever you want to call them they come and investigator at first and then they called him an adjuster he had 40 days to complete this he even told me that the first time and now he's prolonging it I've been very patient I've had enough he wants proof of it receipts which is ridiculous isn't the receipts proof of

      Can’t cancel policy . Sold property in 2022. No agent calls back. Receptionist says all lines busy. Due refund from sold property. ******* ****** *** **** *** ************. Weeks speaking to personnel that take all information on phone and then say they are not the ones that can cancel policy but will leave message.
