1 starThese people and their debit cards used for plasma places are a joke. i strongly advise not using them nor witness anyone else using the card without smacking it from their hand. i have had trouble every single time i donate plasma and get money on it, its got so bad that i buy something and it locks for 24 hrs and sometimes longer. i have called them ************************************************************************************* even online for it to fail over and over and last time it said fraud at the register and they took my card and ask for id...which i gave them and got the card back to get home and call them yet again to be told i have to wait three days and i need gas i work from my vehicle and its my bday in two days, listen do yourself a favor and the world and just toss them in the trash people.Review fromJonathan P

1 starHorrible experience. Card can only be used at certain olations and even then its restricted. No matter what I have done, I have lost money on each of the cards I have received from this place. 1 starMy BioLife (plasma sales) card was compromised. I called right away and they told me they cant help me and that I have to file a report. I did and they told me 45 days to get my money back after I had to fax in the paperwork since they dont do it electronically. Its been over 45 days and I keep calling and all they will say is they havent made a decision yet. Its over $130 that I literally am selling blood for and yet they just keep saying call back in a few days They are rude and are scamming people.Review fromDeyanira N

1 starThey sent an email that said I would be refund money within 14 days and 15 days after I called and they just sent it out that day and said I needed to wait 7 to 10 more days. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she just hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to someone that "escladed the case" and I would get to speak with a supervisor that never called. Then when I used the card the was an error costing 183 dollars and when I called they said it can take up to 30 days to refund the money. I told them that I want the money and their process is practically stealing money from me and they said they can escalade the case and I explained no returns the call. 1 starGiven such a short time to use the gift card, which we couldn't do before expiration. Even though a resissue fee is listed on the card, we are told nothing could be done and our money was forfeited. It seems they pick and choose which cards can be reissued.Review fromS. M

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service at ********************** is a sham. I submitted a claim for fraudulent charges in an incentive card within the 90 day window. They confirmed receipt, and, said it may take in to 90 days. I followed up every month, sometimes bimonthly. Finally, after 120 days they said the claim is too old and is denied. Because I did not hear from them in a timely manner, I believe they let this claim fall in the cracks, and rather than admit that, they simply denied it and claimed she as the issue.Onbe

On 7/23/23 we bought a refrigerator from The Appliance Factory in *******, **. Part of the deal was to get a $40 **** card after delivery and installation. *******, ** is our summer home and we have a winter home in *******, **. After logging on to the site we saw that our application was rejected. We went back to the store on 9/16 and they called someone and confirmed that we were entitled to the rebate. We were told that we would get the rebate sent to our ******* address. We waited and did not receive anything before we left for ******* on 10/15. We thought that we would have the card in the mailbox when we returned to ******* in May 2024. Nothing was there. I went to the store and they told me to call the number on the email conformation I received on 8/5/23. I called and all I got was policy that the period to get the card expired, I asked for the supervisor and got another tel number, . Called them at got the same script read to me. I did get what another number, which resulted in getting the same script read to me. I was just asking for someone to address my specific situation but it appears all they have is a service desk that can just regurgitate the script theyre given and hand out phone numbers. Is there anyone that can help me get my $40 **** card?Onbe

Their website is broken. Have tried several times over a week trying to login to their site to transfer funds from my card to my bank account, and the site won't allow me to login.I email support, only to get a stock answer of "clearing cache and cookies" and trying again. I followed their instructions, and their suggestion didn't work. Still can't get into my account.So I responded to that original email for further suggestions and haven't heard back for nearly a week. I even tried sending in another support email, and haven't heard back for several days. Yes, I have to option of withdrawing cash using the debit card, but I'd rather not deal with ATM fees. I would like a direct transfer so I don't have to pay fees. The most frustrating part is the silence from the company. They don't acknowledge issues and won't respond to follow **** Absolutely disappointing experience.Onbe

I purchased a $50 prepaid **** card from Digital solutions. I activated and registered the card as was instructed. Today I tried to use the card to purchase something, and the **** card was denied. Logged in to my Digital Solution account and it says, You currently have no payments in your wallet. I called customer service they said the card under investigation and is on hold for no reason. Now this is over a week. Horrible service.Onbe
