    Volaris Airlines is one of the worst airlines I've ever traveled with. When unforeseen things happened due to Volaris' air traffic control, they didn't take any responsibility. My Volaris flight landed late, causing me to miss my connecting flight and forcing me to repurchase new tickets for the whole family, costing an extra $4000! I had no choice because we were traveling with my preschooler and an infant. The airline refused any responsibility for the delay that caused us to miss our next flight. ?? #Airlines #Travel #FlightDelay #CustomerService #FamilyTravel #Nightmare I would ZERO stars if I could

    I was trying to register online before my flight I was looking at the luggage and happen to add it to my cart but and I saw I had purchased one already so when I wanted to cancel and I couldnt so then when I went to the airline to tell them what happen they said I needed to pay even though the luggage was not needed I even had them pay to register me then when I had my daughter file for a refund I couldnt this is by far the worst Mexican airline

    HORRIBLE!! I've actually been flying with them for years and have experienced a few things here and there but nothing like this. So I purchased a flight for next month, total for 3 passengers was $808. I wanted to make a change to my flight for 2 passengers to fly out a week earlier and they said it'll be $288 more for the change I said ok. They email me a few days later telling me the change was not processed because they want more money, they inform me they want $288 MORE, i said no if i purchase a new flight today it only cost $132 but since I had already purchased a documented bag and seats I would rather make the change. They then tell me that they will not be able to make the change and the cannot reimburse the money it'll stay as a credit to use in the future. I said no, and after going back and forth with several people I was finally able to get that reimbursed (can take up to 45 days according to the supervisor). I then call again to see if I can transfer the documented bag under my name to my husband instead since I might need to purchase 2 new tickets and I already had the bag on original flight. well then the agent informs me that my flight are "stand by" flights and If I want to get them confirmed I need to pay $122 more per person. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!! new tickets cost $132. so as of right now I don't know if I will be able to travel or not. they kept throwing different prices at me. one informed me to make the change it'll be $225 + 519 for fare difference ?! it's ridiculous! then another "supervisor" informed me that I didn't pay the taxes and when i get to the airport i will need to pay $275 for departing flight and $275 for returning flight, in my receipt I see the taxes were charged, i feel like they just keep trying to get more and more money. Never had to deal with anything like this. and customer service is horrible. not only is it almost impossible to be able to speak to an actual agent over the phone, but they always want to upsell.

    I wasnt allowed to check in, for my returning flight home to ******* from ***********. My surname is printed on my passport. But was told the system didnt catch the surname. Therefore I was told. I need to buy a new ticket with my corrected name. And my flight will be in 13 hours. And $400 to change my flight. Ive been traveling to ****** and back for more than 10+ years. Never experienced this issue but this the first time flying with volaris and on my return flight I have this issue is not right.

    This airline advertises a low price but then after you go through the booking it is much higher. Scam. Also, when you check in, you cant check in without downloading and using their app - but you can buy tickets online but cant check in online. I called customer service and they hung up on me when I asked if I could complain about the forced app download. At the airport, we bought premium seats Zone 1 boarding, but the Checkin person looked at us, right after she let in others from Zone 1, and said that ya paso which means it is already done - and made us go to back of line 2. Flight attendants onboard had non-functioning credit card machines and would negotiate prices for food and beverages for cash its just a horrible airline and horrible customer service. I like their direct flights, but I will happily take multiple legs to fly with an airline I trust and that has good customer service.

    Went to check-in. Our flight was overbooked and they were offering 125% voucher. We didn't want it, went to put in our passport numbers to check in and the website crashed. We hit refresh and they said thank you for selecting vouchers our tickets have been canceled. Everytime we tried to call we were put on hold, where we would eventually be disconnected after being on hold for ***** min. We tried the WhatsApp number but never received a response until over an hr later, in which they said, it's been over 1 hr so we cannot change anything, please rebook using your voucher. Only the tickets were 3x more and 2.75 times the voucher.

    HORRIBLE customer service and I will never fly with them again! They had me in tears for the way they treated me and had no knowledge of what procedures were in place. Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life flying.

    Their fees and cost of flights change extremely frequently. They are not transparent about fees and how they change depending on time from booking. The check-in process at the airports are also the slowest and least efficient Ive ever encountered. Stay away if you can

    My flight was on ***** flight 1702 departing at 9 we were taking my nephew with us with all the documents needed for him to fly with us as he did 4 months prior. We asked the gentleman in the front if all the paperwork was ok for him he said yes. Once they checked our passes at boarding time the agent stated that they needed more documents and a stamp from immigration and he would not be able to board. I asked for a supervisor ****** ******** I asked her why it took so long for them to say that if we were not told anything at check in time nor when we asked the gentleman. My mom and nephew went downstairs to try to get it sorted out. ****** very rudely asked why I did not go with my mom that my mom was old and I should go she continued to say that we should know to ask questions that she has kids and she asks lots of questions when she travels. I went to check on my mom I came back to the gate at 847 pm and the agent at the door said they would not let me in any longer when I went back to the counter they advised my mom that they would have to pay the difference for the flight the next day for her and my nephew and that I would have to pay full price because ****** reported me as Irrate. This is the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced ********************** dropped the ball from check in time and to cover their tracks they strike at the customer when asked for accountability. I asked for a manager first I was told they were in a meeting then I was told they were busy the Manager never came out. Volaris does lot care about their customers they care about their pockets their workers lack empathy, customer care and training.

    My 2 brothers and I paid extra $60 dollars to be seated in the first row. I got confirmation but when arrived the airline seat us on row 18 and resold our first row seats. When I called it's impossible to talk to someone volaris wants to speak to a voice computer who **** tell me " I don't understand, please try again " I gave up .Volaris is a cheat airline with the worst customer service.
