    Be aware!!!!! My family book with them and when I realized it was too late.i thought let's give them another chance what a garbage company. They canceled our flight from ****** to ******* and would not work with us to get home. their offer was to wait more than 24 hours in the airport for a flight .I had to purchase another flight with united airlines so it costs me over two thousand dollars their stupidity. Now understand it was 15 of us including kids can you imagine waiting more than a day on the floor cause they don't have chairs there at least by the entrance. Book at your own risk they are worse than criminals. Totally garbage company I rather walk than flight with this corrupt piece of company. My advice,saving a couple of bucks will be your worse nightmare with them you are warned. Don't deserve a single star ,more like a thousand p*** emojis.Cuidado!!! Mi familia compro voletos y cuando me di cuenta era muy tarde.*********************** otra oportunidad .son una basura de compaa nos cancelaron nuestro vuelo de ****** a *******. Y me queran dar un vuelo ms de 24 horas y que esperara en el aeropuerto ***** 15 de familia con nios. Porque imagnate tienes que pagar hotel transporte si te quedas no les importo un cacahuate . Ni ****** tienen donde quieren que esperes haba muchas personas en el suelo dormidas con nios. Son una gran caca de compaa. Me sali ms de dos mil dlares su estupidez porque compr otro vuelo con united airlines. El ahorro se volvi como si hubiera comprado con la lnea ********* de primera. Yo ya te advert si crees que a ti no te pasara yo **** como le fregaron su da a cientos de personas. No merecen ms que mil caritas de ??.

    VOLARIS THE WORST AIRLINE EVER!!!I lost $1000.00 dollars with Volaris due to my son being unable to travel and every single time I had pay a bigger price plus the $110 penalty for changing it. I changed my sons flight three times which is why his flight ended up be so high. I tried getting my money back but as soon as I said the call was disconnected and even the ciber bot through email would stop answering. This truly the easiest way to rob people out of their hard errand money. Thats exactly how the rich are made by robbing the middle class out of their money.

    They sell "Refundalbe" tickets but don't actually offer you a refund. They only offer you credit that you must use in short order. That is NOT what a refund is. a refund is to actually give you your money back. This is false advertising they are doing on purpose.

    No opportunity to select 0. I purchased 2 tickets to ****** for Dia de los Muertos. Volaris changed the flight date - moving it by 2 days. I could not secure new hotel reservations for the busiest time of the year in ******. I cancelled the flight and they issued me a credit, not a refund. Of course, this was not clear and I thought I had a refund since they bumped me from my flight. I spent nearly 3 hours on the phone trying to get a credit - their approach is to put you on hold, time out the call, and hang up. I gave up and tried to book new tickets to **********. My husband did not have his voucher number so he elected to call to book the flights. We did not know that they charge a surcharge if you book over the phone. This surcharge caused the flight cost to increase from $653 to $828 - I could see the flight on my laptop but the agent quoted the higher price. We caved. I am not sure how this can be legal but we have learned our ******* Be aware. This is a stinky airline. They do not issue refunds. They will bump you from your flight. Do not call them. They're simply too awful to deal with. Try anyone else.

    I would give it a zero if I could. They charged me for a service I did not request and I caught it within 10 minutes of the purchase. Unable to speak with anyone. As soon as I tell them I need to cancel via whatapp, they no longer respond. I emailed, texted, called and chat through ********* No response. My credit card had to help me. ABSOLUTE WORSE AIRLINES EVER. They have a 24 hours cancel policy but you cant even cancel a minute after the purchase. Take ANY OTHER AIRLINES. Event spirit airlines is a LUXURY compared to this trash!

    Volaris Airlines - Where to start? I purchased 3 round trip tickets from *********** to ************. One week before our flight I received an email "you flight has been cancelled." Panicked I called back, only to be told, "we have no flights for you, we'll give you a refund ($1875.32) and 25% off coupon." The date was 6/20/23. I called 7 days later to ask about my refund. They told me it would take **** business days. It's now day 32 and I've called multiple times with over half of those calls being dropped by Volaris. I've explained my case numerous times, I have a ticket number that no one can access on Volaris end. I am told repetitively "your refund is being processed and we don't know why it takes this long, sorry." Finally spoke to a supervisor and was told "Oh yes, it has been too long, we will take care of this in 24 hours." Today is 48 hours and no refund. I called again; call was dropped after I explained my story. I called back and was told "refunds take 21 days to process." I have never, ever, experienced this with any business. It's not only madness but I truly feel robbed. How can an airline operate like this. Feeling HELPLESS!!! PLEASE purchase tickets at your own risk.
