      Groupon double charged my account. They refused to refund my card for an unauthorized transaction which is illegal regardless of their policy. They said due to their policy, they are unable to refund me. I only authorized the first payment, not the second. Biggest scam!!!!

      I purchased a product from Groupon which requires you to deal with a physician online & answer all the health questions before they will ship out the product you paid for which I did & I tried multiple to claim my voucher. Ive used the product for a long time & have never had any problems, so I thought I would get the approval but nothing came from Groupon to tell me the physician approved & I could continue & redeem my voucher. After many failed attempts & no approval sent I contact one of the worst customer service departments I finally received a response telling me that I was unable to redeem my voucher because you are only able to purchase this Groupon once in a lifetime even though the merchants CosmeticRX purchasing guidelines is your able to purchase it once a year & even are able to purchase three refills if you pay for it at the time of purchase. I asked Groupon to send me in writing where it list that you are only able to purchase this Groupon once a lifetime but nothing! It directs you to contact the merchant for further support which I did & even after pointing out their purchasing guidelines, they chose not to stand behind the Groupon, I also think Groupon should immediately refunded my money when they told me I couldnt use the Groupon because I wasnt going to use it for anything else. Think twice before ever purchasing a Groupon for ******* from CosmeticRX. I use to purchase Groupons all the time but I havent purchased lately but I will never ever purchase another Groupon & see all the complaints with the BBB even though their not an accredited Vendor, just a Vendor who doesnt care about their customers. I was told you can also contact your Secretary Of State for your State to let them know any complaints you have!

      Vendors arent accepting Groupons being bought. Contacted groupon for groupon bucks or money back. They do not follow up. Basically they take your money and you are out the service. No longer purchasing from Groupon. Its a scam

      Groupon scams people. They are horrible! So far, I've been ripped off for 2 amusement park tickets and a 25-gift card that. They gift card was in my basket and I thought it was just ad for one when I legit checked out. They won't refund or cancel!!Stung me for $71 so far. I asked the park to see if they could get me a ************* said they would try. However, no promises!!! through Groupon and when we got to the ticket window, he couldn't get it to load! That was another 17 in Groupon's greedy hands! NEVER AGAIN GROUPON!

      My wife and I took a trip to ******* to visit the ****************. I purchased my tickets through Groupon but once we arrived to get our tickets, the Groupon app was temporarily unavailable. We talked to the ****************** but they required us to purchase new tickets. Requested fee return from Groupon due to having to purchase new tickets from ****************. They refused because they were non refundable. Unacceptable business practices

      I ordered parking at *** and gifted it. The gift cannot be redeemed with the code. No one os responding to my request for a new code. Also, Groupon has changed their method of no refunds or no credits. So if you buy and change your mind, you are out of luck. I would not recommend Groupon to anyone anyone because of this new policy. My Groupon purchase was for LAX Parking Spot. We like Parking Spot because if it close to LAX but the difficulty of gifting it is impossible. We are TWO days out to our flight and have corrsponded with Goupon for the last week. Hopefully we are not out $150. The no refund or no credit is a terrible policy. I have used Groupon for the last 10 years and I cannot recommend them. It would be nice to be able to communicate with someone before my Groupon expires and the date of my flight in two days.

      Terrible experience with Groupon.I purchased Schlitterbahn Galveston tickets for $300, but due to an unforeseen family emergency, we couldnt attend. I reached out in advance hoping for a fair solution. Instead, I received a cold, impersonal response. The only relief offered was a $30 credit just 10% of what I ******* refund, no rescheduling, no voucher transfer. They stuck with a rigid policy and showed they dont value human situations.This was a deeply disappointing experience. Groupon takes no responsibility, offers no real help, and clearly prioritizes policy over people. I do not recommend purchasing from them. Im posting this everywhere I can so others can decide wisely.

      I bought Nutrafol from Groupon and it was a fake product. I reached out to ******** and they stated the company who sells the product is not one of their authorized companies. I also had pictures of the bottle and product which did not match the description online and the ingredient list online was not the ingredient on the product I received. I paid $184 for this product. I sent it back **** from my workplace not know they do not immediately scan the boxes. The post office never scanned my package and Groupon said they never received it. Im filing a claim with **** as I have proof of sending the package but I still think Groupon should be responsible for allowing a company to sell a fake product to their customers, which I provided proof of.

      I Pity anyone who has trouble scheduling and redeeming a voucher if the app is broken for a vendor. you will not be happy.Buyer beware and don't make big purchases where you need to schedule anything.I ordered a massage groupon and was unable to schedule it due to a bug in groupons app on my phone and the site and via my ipad. It was broken on all platforms! I talked to support and they asked for days they could book me for which is laughable since the vender was booked out for weeks. I submitted that information and then never heard back from groupon. Every week I checked on the app. Still no scheduling. no feedback from groupon. no feedback from the vendor. When I talk to support its like talking to a wall and takes forever. Support basically washes there hands and says not my problem. Later on, the groupon is about to expire. I can now book on the app magically (looks like they fixed the bug) but the vendor has no open days. No surprise there. I ask for a refund and got no response from Groupon. 2 months later (today) and asked for a refund. After talking to a manager I finally got credit to use in the groupon app but I could not get a cash refund for this piece of **** broken groupon scheduling service failure that happened before it expired, around 45 days before! You could end up with store credit if you're persistent but you'll never see a ***** back. Yeah, not happy.

      I bought two water circus tickets in this groupon website. When i trying to input the code its say code it was not valid at all.when I spoke to The merchant told me they were sold out. So The the Money that i paid from Groupon is gone..I called Groupon customer service i contacted them through email only. They said they cant give me a refund or credits because are sales are final! Dont even bother to buy to this Website Groupon!
