      I ordered a loveseat on line from Interior Define. It is a bit large for my space and the fabric does not match as expected. Starting the day after delivery until now, I contacted the company at least 5 times to find out how to return it. I called customer service several times and left messages, written to customer service via email, and filled out something on line regarding this. No one has gotten back to me.       I placed an order in May of 2022 which was never shipped. I was told that I would receive a full refund but never received one. I was then told to file a claim which I did, but I was told today that Interior Define was not giving any refunds due to the fact that they don't have any money.

      Paid for sofa and love seat ($3460.60) on 11/06/2021. Delivery was supposed to occur by March. Closer to October when things arrived. They were discolored and the stitching on the cushions was wrong. We were promised new covers as part of the delivery/warranty. They never arrived, and I continued to communicate via email, and get updates, and excuses. The last email I received contained notification of reorganization and bankruptcy, with no record of promised compensation.

      I purchased a pull-out sofa on June 17th, 2022, total amount after taxes and shipping was $2,322.94. This amount was immediately charged to my credit card. I received multiple emails letting me know my order was being delayed. At one point it was supposed to be delivered in September 2022, then it was sometime in 2023. My sofa was never delivered and I found out the business was not doing well (they wouldn't answer any phone or email outreach during the time). At that point, I didn't care about the sofa, I just wanted my money back. I filed a claim with the agency handling their claims after learning the business was dissolved and its remaining assets would be liquidated. My claim recently came back saying no, I will not be refunded my $2k AND I will not be receiving my sofa. I have a family to support and that is a lot of money to be out of pocket. Can you help get my money back? I've reached out to my credit card and it is WAY beyond their time frame of issuing credits for these scenarios and said my only option is to get the refund directly from the business (which I have had zero luck with thus far).-frustrated mother

      On June 27th, 2022, we purchased a sectional from Interior Define in ****************** in ******* **********. We were initially told that we would receive our sectional in 18 weeks. We checked back in 18 weeks later and were told that the delivery time was unknown. In January we received a notification letter but were still told that we would receive our order in May. Now our order has been canceled by Interior Define. We were contacted by a law firm and we entered a claim, but they have told us that we will not receive anything back. We have not received any money back. My desired resolution is to simply be refunded the $2715.82 paid to Interior Define for a sectional that was never made or delivered.

      On August 1, 2022 my first payment to Interior Define was processed but in December they filed for an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors which I received notice of in February of 2023. Today I called for an updated status of the claim I filed in February with ******************* to be reimbursed for the amount of $2, ****** for a couch and ottoman order that was not fulfilled I was told to get an attorney because they are not paying their unsecured creditors. I would very much appreciate your help in resolving this matter in the return of my funds or even just store credit.

      Filed a claim on February 3rd 2023 with ****** Recano to receive a $4158.09 refund from Interior Define because they failed to deliver products ordered due to bankruptcy. The result of the suit filed against them apparently does not provide enough funds to repay all the customers they scammed. Like others, just looking to get my money back for something that was never made.

      I purchased a couch in 2/2022 from the company interior define. I paid for a 5 year warranty at the time of purchase. It has been a year and the couch is falling apart on one side. when I reached out to interior define they informed me they sold some their business assests and that all claims prior to 12/29/22 would be handled by the assignee of interior define. when we contacted ********************* who is the assigned claim agent, they claimed no affiliation with interior define. we paid for a 5 yr warranty that is not being upheld and we are getting the run around.

      On the 09/16/2022 I purchased a sleeper sofa for a client of mine from Interior Define for $1940.11 to be delivered early April 2023. Several months later I inquired to firm up the delivery and was informed that interior Define had been purchased by another company and that all orders would either be manufactured or refunded. Later I was informed that a company, ********************************** was organizing claims with a date of assignment of 12/31/2022. Very little communication from this company as to when I will be refunded the money I paid upfront for a product never received.

      On 9/16/22, I purchased a couch in the amount of $1940 from Interior Define in *******, **. The purchase was made by my interior decorator, ********************************* (**************) who I subsequently reimbursed. The company declared bankruptcy at the end of 2022 but I believe their assets were purchased by another company. We followed instructions to complete an assignment of benefit of creditors form and were told that we could request a refund after 6/12 if the couch had not been delivered. The couch was never delivered and it appears was never actually produced. I would like to request a complete refund in the amount of $1940. I have also asked my decorator, ********************************* (GioStyleDesign) to file a complaint. Thank you fro your assistance. *************************
