      We apologize for the confusion! Your parking pass includes directions, photos, description, even our Customer Support number to help you navigate to your parking location. 

      Unfortunately, passes purchased from websites like TicketsCenter, Seatgeek, Stubhub, or Vivid Seats are likely resold to you at an enormously inflated rate over the actual value. ParkWhiz Terms of Service are null and void for any passes purchased through a reselling site, and in case you experience an issue with your pass, youll need to reach out directly to the service through which you transacted to seek a refund/reimbursement, as ParkWhiz is not liable for these sales.

      Although we do not condone this, we lack control over the activities of resellers on external websites. We apologize once more for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.

      I parked in a parking lot managed by ParkWhiz on August 24, 2024 at 4 PM. There was no in-person attendant to speak to, no parking gate arm, no barriers to entry for this parking lot. I paid for 24-hours of parking via a QR code posted within the parking ****** parking pass was validated by my license plate of my car. There were parking spot numbers, however the payment app did not ask for my spot number. There were also no indicators that exit/re-entry were "not allowed." No posted rules stating that we could not exit and return to the parking lot however we pleased.Since I was on vacation and the parking lot was at a HOTEL, I left my parking spot to go drive to dinner. Upon my return at 10:30 PM, the parking lot was oversold and I was unable to park anywhere at all. All the spots were taken. This is very disappointing as you might imagine, since I prepaid for 24 hours of parking and wanted to park overnight as well.I reached out to ParkWhiz customer service and their response was: "The garage does not allow reentry, so you couldn't park again with the same pass as the License Plate might not be in the system anymore."That is absolutely ridiculous. My parking pass was literally validated by my license plate. Why would the system not have it anymore? If the parking pass was validated by spot number, this would make more sense. But my license plate DOES NOT CHANGE within 6 hours, so it should be kept within my parking pass. Plus, if the parking lot does not allow reentry, then why is there no gate?? The lot is left wide open with no barriers.Also, you mean to tell me, I can't move my car AT ALL for 24 hours?? Do you realize that people who go on vacation make plans and have things to do?? I don't go on vacation just to stay in my hotel the entire time. I needed to leave and repark my car, as most people would. ParkWhiz is a scam of a company. Avoid paying for their parking if you can.

      We apologize for the inconvenience! Your parking pass only allows you to make one entry and one exit. You cannot return under the same booking once you have exited, even if you left earlier than the time your booking was supposed to end.

      If you are seeking a location that offers in & out privileges, you'll see a "Reentry Allowed" amenity icon listed; this is shown in the details section both pre-purchase and post-purchase. If you don't see anything on the listing page pertaining specifically to reentry privileges, it's best to assume that you will not be allowed to come and go throughout the duration of your parking pass.

      What amenity list are you referring to? I attached a screenshot of what my parking pass looked like. It didnt list any amenities at all.

      As a first time user of ********************, how am I supposed to come to that assumption on my own? There was nothing that would lead me to believe Im not allowed to leave because the parking garage doesnt have a physical gate, barrier, or an attendant monitoring entry/exit.

      What a snobby and unhelpful response.

By using Scan To Pay, you agreed to let us facilitate payment for your parking session only; hence, you still need to check the terms & conditions on signs at the location, or contact the parking operator for definitive information.

      16 AUG 24 I booked a reservation at *******************************. Parked there before without issues. When I checked In with the attendant he told me that my ticket had already been scanned in as if someone used my ticket to park. Impossible. The guy knew my name. I believe he lied to me because the tiny structure was full. Im 95% sure that I will cease using this sketchy app.

      I made a purchase online to parking wiz on August 17th 2024 for parking to the Jets vs Panther game on ***********. Both myself and my fiance tried for over 2 hours to get to this parking area however it was blocked off by the police. I had to pay more money at another location further away, I missed half the game trying to go the parking lot. It happened to be pride weekend as well so streets were closed. When walking from the new parking lot I passed this location and it was blocked off with police vans and police SUVs. I should have taken a picture since they do want to give my money back. I would like the refund I am entitled too. Was the WORSE experience EVER.

      I ordered parking from Parkwhiz on the app. When I got to the parking garage, the attendant would not scan my code or honor my payment and asked me to pay again. I refused to pay again and parked elsewhere. I requested a refund from parkwiz. I filled out the form and was contacted by their *** via Ticket #****** requesting a copy of the receipt from the other place I parked. I already provided the on street parking receipt but provided it again via email. Then I was told I needed to send them my bank statements showing the payment. I paid for parking and they refused to let me park. Whatever parkwiz has with the lot shouldn't be my fault. I did pay for on street parking and sent them a copy of the receipt. This seems like it should be illegal to refuse a refund without a customer sending bank statements. I feel like I was cheated out of my time and money and now they're asking for bank statements and customers to jump through hoops because of problems or agreements the company has with individual parking lots. Please refund my money for PARKING PASS:#********* in the amount of $23.20 since you didn't provide me with any parking. Attached is the parking receipt from ************* metered parking as requested by Parkwhiz.

      We purchased a parking pass for an event. Discovered our parking was in a parking ramp that valets. Left our car with them tipped them and came back to our car ransacked. Called the police and they apprehended a suspect as well as our items and several other peoples items. The person was still in cars in the parking ramp! The ramp told us to reach out to whokeever we booked our reservation for a full refund. We found ourselves having to commute two days in a row, several hours on the phone just to get our items back. Contacted park whiz to update them on the safety of the places they promote as well as ask for our refund. They said the ramp was supposed to give me a refund. Contact the ramp and they said that we paid through a third party so they cant issue a direct refund. I let ParkWhiz know this then they said oh yeah thats right we dont issue refunds. Its been a back of forth of nothing. I told them I didnt need a refund for damages or my stolen items but for promoting an unsafe place.

      I prepaid for parking for the 8/10/2024 Titans game in ********* and when I arrived to park, it was an employee only parking lot. A police officer was at the gate and told me it was a scam and multiple people showed up to park there but the vendor was not authorized to sell parking in the lot.

      I paid for parking for a conference i was attending which indicated I would have parking for two hours. So, I rushed to get back. While I admit I was 12 minutes late, though it should have expired at 5:07, not at 5:00 on the dot which meant I was only 5 minutes late. Late is late, I agree. However, the parking notice indicated a NOTICE FEE of $80.00! That is simply unconscionable. There was no notice of this extremely high fee.

      ParkWhiz does not set the rates for parking at any facility; we simply serve as an online platform for parking data & reservations. Rates are set by our parking providers and vary by supply & demand, special events, etc. 

      In your case, the rate you paid for was the location's Day Rate which is valid through 5pm on Weekdays hence, your exit time. For this reason and the fact that you went over your reservation, we are unable to make any adjustments.
