      Full email available - I could not post it here. Parking was prepaid and lot was not clearly marked as such. There was NO address visible and did not want to risk getting towed. They can very well issue a refund but chose a credit for which Inwill never be able to use.

      I am filing a complaint regarding a parking reservation I made months in advance, which has now been unfairly canceled less than 10 days before the event.Cancellation and Price Hike: I made my original booking 5 months ago, and it has been canceled without justification. However, the same parking lot is now reselling the spots at three times the price ($75).Prepaid Pass Misrepresentation: Your website claimed prepaid passes were no longer available, but I was able to book a new pass for $75. This contradicts Parkwhiz claim that prepaid parking is not available.

      On October 10, 2024, I paid $54.22 to ParkWhiz for parking in **, ** and, upon arriving at my scheduled arrival time, found that this garage does not exist at the stated address. I emailed ParkWhiz immediately and to date, they have refused a refund. I am seeking a full refund to the original form of payment. I also desire my ParkWhiz account and all of my personal information to be deleted from ParkWhiz databases.

      On 9/4/24 I paid $28.63 to ParkWhiz to reserve a parking space at the **************************************************************************************************************** to attend a For ************** concert at the *****************, with garage access beginning at 5:00 p.m. and exit before 12 a.m. 9/5/24. I entered the garage at 5:00 p.m. when the human attendant scanned the digital ParkWhiz pass provided on my phone. I parked my car, walked to the corner stairs indicated by the exit sign, walked down several flights of stairs and exited via a street level door. When I returned to same garage at 10:30 ********* concert the stairway exit door was locked. I had to walk all the way around the block at night in downtown ******** to the entrance of the parking garage with the attendant still present. The attendant said he had no idea why the stairway exit doors were locked and unattended and his best advice was to hike up the parking ramp until I reached my car. This was unsafe, as cars were exiting and entering on the ramp where I was walking and it was physically taxing. The ability to enter the garage and park with ease was useless without the ability to likewise return with ease and get in my car quickly and safely after the concert. I was not provided with any specific exit instructions.I submitted a complaint to ParkWhiz requesting a refund. ParkWhiz accepted no responsibility for the conditions of the parking experience, stating they are merely a booking agency. I contracted with ParkWhiz for a safe secure parking space on a date certain and they did not provide it. If they wish to pursue recourse from the garage owner that is fine but that is not my role in this. I am seeking reimbursement and also wish to warn other folks who might consider booking parking space with ParkWhiz that the service provided is neither safe nor reliable.

      Timely Better Business Bureau intervention caused the business to pivot from a position of no responsibility because solely a "booking agent" to written admission of the problem, several apologies and a full refund. I thank the BBB for its invaluable service.

      Purchased parking for a concert on 08/29/2024 directly on the app. When we arrived the parking attendants said they have received complaints all day about the lots being oversold. This company scammed me out of $55 for parking (I guess hoping we wouldnt show up). We were told to leave and find another spot. Parking pass #*********

      I had a reservation at Park Whiz in *******. I reserved the spot on Tuesday for my event on Friday. I received an e-mail less than 5 hours before the event that my pass has been cancelled and was unavailable. I know that we have a sold out ************** baseball game that was unexpected. I am sure that they think they can get more than what I had reserved the pass for on Tuesday.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As is shown in the first attachment, on Tuesday, 9/24/24, i paid ***** to ParkWhiz to reserve parking for an event on Friday, 9/27. 

      Then, at 12:27 on Friday, 5 hours before my event i was sent a notice that my reservation was cancelled. See the second attachment. ParkWhiz claimed it was not their fault, it was the owner of the parking. However I did not pay ******************** I contracted with ParkWhiz for my parking. Now, i have less than 5 hours while I was at work scrambling for my parking. I was informed that the money would be refunded, however, it was not be refunded until 5 days later. I understand that is the credit card. But, again, I reserved from ParkWhiz and they were paid for my reservation.

      I had tried to call ParkWhiz and was not able to get through. I eventually, was able to work through chat support. But, it was a very long and tedious process. And was eventually told, "ParkWhiz claimed it was not their fault, it was the owner of the parking." While I was told there was a coupon I could use for my parking, it would not work at the new spot I was attempting to secure through ParkWhiz. So I paid ***** which is evidenced in the third attachment. At this point, I am now out (*****+*****) $66 for parking. This is problematic that ParkWhiz held $66 for a spot I reserved 3 days earlier. 

      I am asking to be reimbursed for the $***** that I had to pay while ParkWhiz still had my $***** from my original reservation that they chose to cancel.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      You are telling me that you cannot reimburse me for the parking. I disagree with this statement. You are choosing not to refund me the total amount. 

      We had a contract, where I paid you a fee to secure my parking. I trusted you to manage this. I am not asking for any more than a refund of the new parking amount. This does not cover the panic and distress caused by being notified four hours before I needed the parking that it was being illegally canceled. Had I not received the email, I would have arrived at the lot and not had my parking.  This should never happen.

      As explained by our support, we are unable to issue refund for a payment not made into our system. Hence, we've refunded you the $27.50 for the cancelled booking and applied $11 credit to match the cost paid at the other location, essentially paying the original amount agreed which was $27.50. In addition, it shows that the account credit was already used on Oct 17, 2024.

      This company overbooked parking spots in ********* for the Springsteen concert. No spots were available at the time they said to arrive.

      Company needs to remove the signs or cover them up in maalaea harbor maui hawaii.The business is not currently in contract with this harbor to enforce any parking which is largely due to non consistent charging of people for towed vehicles like over charging which shouldn't be done at all in general, their should be a posted fee and that needs to stay the same not s what ever we feel like charging fee which is what it is. This is one of the reasons as to why the contract for this vendor is no longer in effect and they can not enforce parking in this harbor. But signs are still posted today for parking for a company that can not enforce parking and collecting fees from 100s of consumers daily in a false presence, this is fraud and misleading to the public.

Although the Maalaea Small Boat Harbor Lot is part of our network, the lot is independently owned and operated. We are not involved with their daily operations, and as such, we are not responsible for issuing citations or enforcing parking regulations onsite.

      I am rejecting this response because: if the lot is part of your network you have a shared responsibility if your the advertised company with all the signage saying to "pay for the parking, this lot is monitored by parkwhiz". You are the company that's being put out there as the enforcement,  if that is not correct than you should be going to whomever owns the lot and have them correct the issues. The towing company that's being used I have found is fraudulently over charging those they tow in violation of state law as well.

      We apologize for the confusion! Your parking pass includes directions, photos, description, even our Customer Support number to help you navigate to your parking location. 

      Unfortunately, passes purchased from websites like TicketsCenter, Seatgeek, Stubhub, or Vivid Seats are likely resold to you at an enormously inflated rate over the actual value. ParkWhiz Terms of Service are null and void for any passes purchased through a reselling site, and in case you experience an issue with your pass, youll need to reach out directly to the service through which you transacted to seek a refund/reimbursement, as ParkWhiz is not liable for these sales.

      Although we do not condone this, we lack control over the activities of resellers on external websites. We apologize once more for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.
