We had a total bathroom remodel and Anthony and his sons did a fantastic job. Anthony is very much a perfectionist and it shows in his work. We couldn't be any more pleased with the outcome of our bathroom and how it all turned out. They cleaned up so well and worked over many nights. Wouldn't hesitate using them again. Top notch!

Perfect Choice installed windows on my house 12 years ago. They needed new caulk after so many years. Their crew came out in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job recaulking my windows (at my expense, but it was worth it). Thank you, Perfect Choice.

Called for an estimate , Ginger was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone, answered my questions making it extremely easy and painless to schedule and estimate, the VERY NEXT DAY! No wait! Webb was my representative that came to measure, answer my many questions about options and best recommendations to achieve the look I dreamed of. As a sales person with high expectations of how a customer should be treated, WEBB exceeded my expectations and was AMAZING.

Quality of the work is good and we have no leaks from the roof that we’ve noticed yet. The gutters and leaf guard seem to working well also. The reason I give a low score is due to the fact they told me they’d show up one day and didn’t. When they did, I share a driveway with my neighbors, I couldn’t communicate with the guys in the crew as they didn’t speak English, I had trouble conveying that they needed to move into the yard and we shared said driveway. They also began to tear off my roof, which was not part of the bid. They cleaned up their mess with that part but had to cover the part they tore off and make it match up to the new. Then the next day was thanksgiving, which I hoped they wouldn’t show up, again fine. I expected them Friday possibly and when they didn’t show up I assumed they’d come back Monday, well they showed up Saturday unannounced and again had issues with driveway sharing. Finally after the job was completed I expected that they’d run a magnet around my yard to remove any nails which had fallen. They did not do this and I have found several nails in my yard one landed in my sons car when he came to visit and my neighbors found several nails in their yard and part of the shared driveway. I’ve also located a few screws after the guttering was completed. So not sure I’d recommend using Perfect Choice.

They gave me a quote on an egress window for my basement, and after some negotiation, we agreed on a price. The salesman that came out was knowledgeable and helpful. I signed all the paperwork and was excited for the project. The manager called me the next day to say they actually couldn’t do the work for the agreed upon price. I cancelled the contract and moved on to another company. Don’t waste your time with this company.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the window we purchased from Perfect Choice and their professional team of installers. However, the company and its boss need a lesson on how to handle and talk to customers. The company called us several times to tell us that we needed to call the loan company and verify that the work was finished, which we had already done a week before. Then the boss got very snippy with me over the phone, and threatened me that he was going to come back and take back the window. He then hung up on me before I could even say a word, and the next day, we received a notice of intent to lien on my house. The letter said, “It is apparent that you have no desire to pay the balance that is due to this company for the windows that were completed on 1/31/2024, per the contract that you signed 11/08/2023. It took nearly 3 months for Perfect Choice to order and install one window unit. During that time, they also messed up the exterior color and had to reorder. It only took them one week to accuse my wife and me of not verifying with the loan company that the job was finished and threaten to put a lien on our house. We will never use this company again and we will let as many others know about our experience and Perfect Choice’s boss’s unprofessional behavior towards us.

I needed to convert the front picture window and two side windows ( all in all a 12’ space) into 3 individual picture windows. I called several window companies and no one would touch it except for Perfect Choice. So, they got the window job plus the siding job. I also switched another 6’ picture for a sliding window and a kitchen double hung for a picture window over the sink. Perfect Choice made all of this look EASY. Love my new windows.
