    Please be advised that we have retained law firm, ****************** to file a Class Action Lawsuit against World and yourself for Collecting on Fraudulent Debts. Also, cease and desist collections and calling my folks cell phone or Home numbers. 13 times documented. Unfortunately your firm has acquired a bad to be collecting on! Lastly, remove Tradeline from all ************************** Today.

    D&A Services (D&A)acknowledges receipt of the above referenced complaint that was submitted to the Better Business Bureau of ******* & Northern ********, **** on April 22, 2023 and sent to D&A on April 23, 2023. D&A understands **************** states she has retained ****************** to file a class action lawsuit against World and D&A for collecting on fraudulent debts. **************** requests D&A cease and desist collection and calls to her and her relatives. *************** further requests D&A remove their tradeline from all credit reporting agencies. Based upon our research, D&As findings are as follows:

    Thank you for your recent contact dated: March 28, 2023. I wrote to you on March 23, 2023, requesting the following documentation, so that I may settle any financial obligation I might lawfully owe:1.Validation of the alleged debt (the actual accounting);2.Verification of your claim against me (either a sworn affidavit or a hand-signed invoice in accordance with The Bills of Exchange Act ****, Section 23);3.A copy of the contract signed by both parties and therefore binding both parties.4.Please also provide me with a true and certified copy (NOT photocopy) of the Original Note (Credit Agreement), under penalty of perjury and with unlimited liability and confirm that this Note, has never been sold.     We have reviewed your inquiry and the related matter, and have made the following determinations:First, we would like to thank you for providing us with feedback on our efforts as this is one tool we can use to continue to improve our operations. In reviewing your UHG I, LLC (Current Creditor) account, which was opened with CashNet, USA(Original Creditor), D&A received your account from our client United Holding Group(UGH), account ending in **** on January 10th,2023. On February 8th, 2023, D&A emailed our standard initial demand letter, which includes validation rights, ************************ On March 21,2023, our records indicate we emailed to the same email address a Tax Season Offer, reflecting an offer of $539.78. On March 23, ****, D&A received your ************************************ (CFPB) inquiry, which at that time we immediately updated your account to ceased future collection activity. D&A has initiated our investigation with our client, and the outcome will be communicated to you via ************* ************** ******* Any supporting documentation included in the mailing would comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 809 - Validation of Debts section of the Act.

    I am rejecting this response because the company is playing games, and they never verified the debt they claim is owed; therefore, their response proves there is no debt, and it's time-barred.  If they decide to do any correspondence and reporting it to the credit bureaus, I will sue.

    Received a debt collection notice for 2500$ from D&A services that is False and seems to be a scam. I have never had a Fin WiseBank account nor did I charge spend that amount in the time period it states. I believe this may be a repercussion of a a titlemax data breech. This has got to be Hacker/scam. Please remove me from your system D&A services

    Receiving calls and VMs from this number to my work office line. I have no relationship with D&A Services on a business nor personal level, no personal debts, a stellar credit score, and I would like D&A Services to no longer contact me.

    D&A Services continues to call me about a false debt. I've talked with *************************** about them having the wrong contact information, and he said they removed me from their records, but yet I still receive calls from them about attempting to collect a debt that I don't owe. I am 100% debt free, and have been for a while now.

    I have been called a number of times from this number. I usually dont receive a response when I answer. Today they responded. I believe this number is a scam fishing for personal information. The representative was completely rude, refused to discuss or inform me of anything. I believe they have the wrong number therefore why would I want to give out my personal information?

    I have been receiving multiple calls and voicemails daily from this company. They do not say who they are looking for so how do I know if they have the right person. They also do not give information on as to what account they are calling for.

    In response to Ms. ******** complaint, in reviewing with the Current Creditor, D&A has restricted Ms. ******** account from communication at this time. Ms. ******** account was placed with D&A on July 2, 2022 and D&A attempted to contact to make contact 6 times. The only successful attempt to reach ****************** was on October 20, 2022 and when ***************** informed D&A that she filed bankruptcy in October of 2021 and her attorney is **************************  D&A has restricted Ms. ******** account pending bankruptcy information.

Each time D&A did not reach ****************** and D&A left messages requesting ***************** to contact D&A.  Ms.******** phone number ************** and address ***************************************************** have been restricted. ****************** will not receive future calls or letters from D&A regarding this account.

    I received a call from D& A services and the person asked me for my address. When I gave him the address he asked my name. After that he asked me how I wish to settle an account with *************** Services for a $25,000 debt. I have never heard of that company nor do I have a $25,000 debt. I keep a watch on my credit report and there is nothing with even a related name or amount. I asked him not to call me again. He said he was going to send a letter to my address. I told him that I would dispute any such letter. He then hung up on me. Very unprofessional and inaccurate. Seems like a scam.

On October 13, 2022, in response to the consumers request, additional information was submitted to the **************,including statements and charge off information for her to review.  D&A prides itself on customer service and apologies for any discomfort ************** experienced during the call on October 4th,2022 and the representative has been reprimanded.

    I have been contacted twice within this month by a company that shows up on my phone as D&A services. They have used two different phone numbers with different area codes and the messages left have not told me who they are or what the company does, only that they have important information for me. I looked the name up on ****** and it is telling me they are a debt collection company. I do not have any debt and this seems like a scam trying to get personal information.
