      I recently had the unfortunate experience of servicing my car at this Toyota dealership, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they overcharge me for the service, but they also managed to damage my vehicle in the process. When I brought up the issue, they shamelessly tried to deny any responsibility, leaving me to foot the bill for their incompetence. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this dealership unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and mistreated.

      Never buy any used car from this dealer! I purchased a used *** x5 2017, within few days noticed Air Spring from rear suspension was sagging down, took it to the *** service center they confirmed both Air Spring needs to be replaced with the quote of $3000, sales manager said it's not covered under used car warranty and the car was in good shape when it was sold it seems. They sold me a defective vehicle hiding a technical issue which ordinary person can't tell when you do a simple test drive of few miles. ***** part is, they don't even take a responsibility in fixing it stating they don't have qualified technician and equipment, you will have to take it outside by completely washing their hands, and the sales person ******* who sold the Vehicle didn't even answer to my call or text message when the issue was reported.

      I received an email on 9/26/23 from Continental Toyota that read Year End Clearance Sale on ALL New in Stock OR INBOUND UNITS. I went to their website and found a new 2023 Toyota Prius XLE FWD in Guardian *************** ***************** for a Smart Price of $34,449 and Total Est. Net Amount Due $38,360. Vehicle was in transit. There were no exclusions mentioned in the email. On their website I confirmed availability. I received a phone call from the dealership. They said vehicle was on its way and was not sold. They said I had to come in to get the exact price. I told them I could not get there today. I asked if they could they make an exception and give me the price. I would leave a deposit if the price is right. They said they would talk to the sales manager. They called back and said hybrid vehicles were not part of this sale. I said there was nothing in the email saying there were any exceptions. They also said that there is an additional $3,000 added to the price. What kind of Year End Clearance Sale is this?

      I have purchased so many different brands vehicle for my family, and this was my first time to purchase Toyota for myself. And that would be the worst experience I ever had in my life. I would give 0 star if I can. TBH, salesman is nice to customers. But their finance department is not professional enough, and refused to resolve the problem. They even asked customer to pay for their mistake and tried to put all the responsibilities on their customers. That was what happened to me. I was a grad student and were able to apply their online rebate program. I told them multiple times I wanted to apply that, they refused me with so many reasons. But they never mentioned to me I needed to verify online first. If they told me on that day, I could go back home to verify and come back another day or I just gave up the rebate. That was my choice. But no one told me anything about the verification. The finance director called me and told me that was my responsibility. First, the program was new for them, they didnt know that many detail (the rebate has been posted online in April, and I asked in June). And they didnt have any responsibility to tell me what to do four applying, if I want to apply, I need to do everything and told them what to do. That was very funny, I was a customer and spent money in your dealership, I was not the student in college that needed to search up realizable resources before I went. After that, their customer relations called me and apologized for that, no reimbursement. Still asked for customers to pay for the mistake they made. And the most important thing was, nobody in finance department tried to apologize for the mistake, they just kept telling me nothing they can do. If you are looking for the Toyota dealership, save your time and go somewhere else. Dont waste your time on it. They just want your money and will not resolve any problem.

      We had a bad experience in this dealership, they are taking advantage of people for no reason. They call it "market adjustment" to justify and hike the price of the vehicles they are selling... We were looking at a RAV4 hybrid and ** running the numbers looked good until the dealer gave ** a final price $9,000 above the **** price. We understand market conditions but it seems like they are charging customers because they can't keep inventory? That it ridiculous! Perhaps market conditions allow increased price but what they are doing here doesn't add up. It is best to not waste time going to this dealership right now.

      My 2021 Toyota hybrid RAV4 recently starting experiencing an issue with the remote start. I tried to schedule a service appointment with the service department. They stated. They can give me an appointment at 9am mom-fri. I work just like everyone one else and I mentioned that I am unable to schedule during that time slot and asked if I can schedule for drop off at a later time. They were not willing to provide any other time slot other than 9am Mon-Fri. I asked to speak to a manager and I was then transferred and received a voicemail I left two v.m. And have not received a call back. I attempted to schedule again and they provide me a 3pm appointment only to text me 15 mins later and canceled my appointment stating I have to schedule mon-fri before 9. This is very inconvenient and they are not willing to work with my schedule and have not received a phone back from the manager in the service department. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. Do not purchase from this location it is their way or the highway. Terrible customer service.

      This establishment is a complete rip off I took my car in for 2 repairs that was diagnosed to be the problem I was having with blinking dash lights costing me **** after I paid **** on yesterday for the problem they diagnosed I drove out the lot to my home and the same problem happened to only have to return the same day now I am receiving a call from ***** telling me it's something else now telling me they will patch that problem up and return me the car if you did a diagnostic than this should of be detected saying this is the problem now after giving **** for what they say the problem was I am totally disappointed with the service at this dealership and would like to be compensated for being misled causing me to miss several days from work, I feel this place is taking advantage of people that comes in for service. I am looking to file a complaint in the court as discrimination.

      Was excited when they told me they were not adjusting prices on their vehicles. Come to find out they add a **** dollar "paint protection" that is not optional. The vehicle is not even on the lot not sure why it's not optional.

      Don't waste your time with this dealership. Took a look at their web site and saw national lease programs that were available. To my surprise, when visiting the dealership, I was told that Continental Toyota is not participating in any of the "National" programs and that I should read the fine print. "Dealer participation is not guaranteed". I said, if not participating, don't show the offers on your site! ******************* them in the door and tell them something completely different. Shame on you Continental!
