      I have 2 Kenmore Elite Refrigerators, I have called Sears for over a year to get the compressors fixed all they keep doing is giving me the runaround and wanting money what can I do to get my Refrigerators fixed?

      They charged me ****** for a part in December. Tech came in January stay 3 minutes, said the part was bad, and walked out. I run out and said hey I paid you for that part-he said I forget do you want a refund. I said, of course, I do that is over 500 dollars. He said sent a text saying he submitted it. I have email as well saying customer wants refund but no refund and no one at sears home services will help me-they transfer me to one person to another and say nothing they can do

      This company has very poor customer support and almost no recourse for talking to a real human being with the capability to solve issues when their "automated" system has a flaw that stops you from getting service.Our repair tech had to order a part. After the part arrived at my house it was still showing as "backordered" in their system and that led to repeated cancellation of the appointments I set to have them come back out to install the part because they just looked and saw the false "backorder" status so simply did not dispatch.I tried calling their number to verify the part AGAIN so they would show up but the automated system just kept telling me "sorry your part is delayed, you can use the website to reschedule when it arrives" and hangs up on me. The website won't let me do ANYTHING while the part shows backordered.Every time I manage to get a human being to reschedule the appointment they schedule it and say they updated the part but it still shows "Backordered" on my end, we'll see if this time someone shows up, but I'm not holding my breath. It's been almost a month without my oven/stove because of this.

      I had a dryer needing repair. The first Service Rep did not look at the inside of the machine but simply turn the drum a couple of times before stating what the issue was. I asked him how he could know without opening up to look at the mechanics? He said he didn't have too since he had 23 years experience. The parts were ordered and received. But when the new Service Rep arrived he stated I only needed 1 of the 5 parts that were ordered and switched it out quickly. I asked why I was being charged for the full repair, and not getting a reduced price for the smaller scope of repair, I was told he could not do anything and I had to pay the entire amount. I chatted with customer service how told me they could not do anything but promised to escalate the issue to their Billing Department. I was promised a response in 3 days. 30 days later no response. When I tried to resolve the issue 30 days later, I was told I had to collect all sorts of information that Sears already had (like service number and proof of payment) and essentially start over. Not a company to own a customer issue.

      The water hose on our brand new refrigerator broke after 5 months. Called to get service to fix it.Almost February and it is still broke. We had 5 appointments and no showed up or called and then would reschedule. We have stayed around the house waiting for them and no one ever shows up. I call or chat and am always told we will for sure have the technician call you or we will send this up the chain so they are aware of your issues. This company has horrible customer service. Stay away. They just gave us another appointment and I already know they will not show up. It is a game they play. So disappointed. I will NEVER buy a Frigidaire appliance again.

      Four months ago we called sears warranty about our fridge and ice maker. The, they sent us an ice maker that was incorrect and the technician was unable to install it. He informed me that he would send pictures of the original ice maker in order to have them send us out a new one. For four months, I haven't received anything and I have been paying a monthly warranty. I made several phone calls meanwhile getting transferred to a variety of different departments, just to discover that it was a manufacturer default, however, after speaking to the manufacturer department it seemed to be evident that it was not a manufacturer default. All in all, I have been very disappointed by the service I have been provided. I have cancelled my warranty with them as of December 2022 in hopes of receiving a settlement with the sears warranty department to get a new ice maker machine or a new fridge.

      I bought a fridge part they said I would have in 3 days and there was 3 in stock. After 5 days they said there were none in stock and don't know when i will receive it.I called 3 different times to have the money put back on the card and after 15 days I got a email saying the credits were credited to my account but still not back on my card. What is wrong with this company still waiting and angry.

      Do not buy this warranty. They ordered the wrong size oven and microwave unit AND they left without making sure it was working. I never dreamed it would not work. Now I was told to contact GE. What the heck they didnt install it correctly and now I am stuck with an oven that is too small for the hole and it doesnt work and they wont do a darn thing. Worst customer service!!!

      They charged ****** for doors and windows. Did not insulate the windows. And front door was not leveled. My mom has to put rugs at door to keep air out. I have called and texted. They have ignored my calls. Would not ever recommend them. All I want is the job done right. My mom is 89 years old. They did not do storm door even though we asked for one

      My Sears home warranty doesn't seem to be working, waiting on a replacement washing machine for 2 months. Hours and hours on hold and being handed off from one dept to the next. Have paid the protection fee monthly. My next step is small claims court. I'm going to ask for a new machine or a full refund for the time I have paid for this plan.
