      The absolute WORST customer service that I've ever experienced!! I would give them 0 starts if possible! I have a brand new appliance that isn't working. I've been trying to get a repair tech to my home for over 2 weeks. Most of the customer service process is done by automation. There is no option to actually speak to someone from my area that is going to do the repairs (contracted company). There is NO communication between the tech and customer for ETA on arrival. You're given a 9 hour window of when the tech will show up (7am-4pm).m. I wasted an entire day, was assured by 2 people just prior to 4pm that the tech was still coming, only to receive a text message that my appointment was rescheduled to 2 weeks from today! They don't even do the courtesy of making you the top appointment for the following day. If I worked normal daytime hours and had to call off work just to have this happen, I would be demanding financial compensation for having to miss work for no reason. As it was, my day off was totally wasted because I had to remain home for someone that never showed! I called multiple times to get someone to come first thing tomorrow morning, but the soonest they'll send someone is next Friday, 8 days from now. When I finally got to speak to a customer service rep, they refused to give me to contact info of the company that would be doing the repairs.

      *** ********* I have no idea what has happened to this once great company I have been trying to get my defective ******* Elite replaced for 4 weeks now I have been sent to numerous departments and spoken with different service representatives None of them know what they are doing I was told today that everything had gone through and the representative tried to order my new refrigerator Well that didn’t work because it was off an old replacement in 2015 NOT the new complaint So now I sit again for another 3-5 days waiting This is an absolutely horrible company to deal with No wonder they are going out of business *** *********

      I was scheduled for a technician to come to my home, assess and fix my dryer at on 2/08/23 between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and no one came. I did not receive any follow-ups. I called Sears at 5:13 PM, and the only I was told was that they didn't have anyone available and had to reschedule. The rep on the phone apologized but didn't even seem apologetic. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor but was not transferred to one; was only given another number to call only to have an automated system answer. Absolutely unacceptable.

      Buyer BEWARE Absolutely worst ever customer service. Could not return the wrong parts sent to us because the phone number given was no longer in service. After 4 1/2 months still have no way to return parts and have verbal communication with the company. And of course, the return window is closed. Out $93 Buyer beware. Do NOT purchase anything from this company!! I gave them a one star but they really aren't that good

      I ordered online 2 ******* oil space heaters before Christmas to give as gifts. A week or so after Christmas both recipients told me the heaters did not work. I got them back to return. I have spent hours trying to get help. I have reached one person by typing on the help line. She said she would send me an email the following day telling me how much I would be refunded. Her email never came. I reached an agent (finally) over the phone who said to give her 48 hrs. and she’d call back. She never called and I couldn’t reach her. Today another employee gave the number to the “customer care line”. This was answered with taped options, none of which had anything to do with my problem. Yet another call said I could get answers to any questions for a dollar! It seems Sears is determined not to be of help to anyone or to return any money. Their return policy is as long as my arm, naming every situation for which they should return the customer’s money. I’ll never, ever buy from them again. Expensive lesson. .

      absolute garbage company. paid for a services on the day of said service. got confirmation from my credit card it was paid and i still got non payment notices and got sent to collections. calling them gets you no where. emailing where they tell you to email gets you no where. DO NOT USE THEM

      By far the worst company I've ever worked with. My washing machine broke and after 6 months it was still broken. It took two months to get an appt for them to come out, then they diagnosed whole unit needed replacement inside the machine. They ordered the part and it came one day after their scheduled appointment to come back and fix it. So had to reschedule the appt and this time only took a month for them to come out. They came out and said the replacement part was broken so needed to order a new one. They ordered a new one and brought it with them to the next appt (another two months out). He "fixed it", and left two huge boxes with large Styrofoam for me to dispose saying they didn't have a warehouse to take it to. He left and the next day it was broken again AKA he never fixed it. Then I made another appt for them to come out so they could *********** warranty know it clearly was still broken and not fixable and needed 100% replacement. So I made another appt (a month was the soonest I could get). The day he was supposed to come out ****, I get a text at 12 that the appt has been rescheduled for another month out. I finally gave up after 6 months without a washing machine and replaced the washer myself, and when removing the old washing machine (which was pushed out of cubby to be worked on prior) I found that the wood floor below was ruined. After the tech "fixed it" it broke and leaked water all over my floors hidden under the machine. This company has cost me so much money and time, they are truly the worst.

      ************* ever . We have no heat for 17 days in ********** . We are elderly with medical conditions. Customer ******************** are bunch of layers every one tells different story and nothing is confirmed. We should complain to the upper management of this company and will never recommend it to. Anyone

      I scheduled a service appointment to replace the igniter on my oven, only for the technician to arrive over 5 hours after the 8am-12pm appointment window. I was instructed to call the customer service line of ********************** Home Repair in order to see what adjustments could be made, only to get repeatedly transferred, and my issue to not get resolved.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been under a "Master Protection Agreement" through Sears/Transform for over 10 years. THIS SERVICE HAS GONE TO NO SERVICE IN THE LAST YEAR. You call and sit on hold for 30 minutes in order to be transferred 7 times having to tell your story over and over again. My guess is that they want you to get frustrated and give up. My refrigerator/freezer has been out for 3 weeks now. I have been told that the parts are on order and have waited patiently. Nobody is able to give me updates on the part and I have even been told by several vendors that the part is no longer made or available. I was also told that after 10 business days they would authorize a replacement. Today is day 10 and now they have changed the story to 15.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
