I have invested hundreds of dollars into the Echo 58v system of products including the mower, chainsaw, and trimmer. Unfortunately, echo has apparently decided to discontinue this entire line and replace it with a 56v system of products that are not compatible. I have 3 58v 4ah batteries that will no longer charge, rendering all of my products worthless. I have learned that I cannot buy replacement batteries or have the older batteries refurbished. This is very frustrating as I feel echo has turned their back on customers who initially adopted their electric line of products.

I have a product that is under warranty and none of Shindaiwas authorized dealers work on electric leaf blowers. I called every dealer I was provided. I called customer service 2x and was told on the second time they would escalate my issues and get back to me. I am still waiting for a response.

As is the case with so many others, I purchased the 58volt line of tools. I have the string trimmer, push mower and leaf blower. I started out with 4 batteries. two 4ah and 2 2ah. Right away I had a 4ah go bad and it was replaced under warranty. I am now down to just one of each and the entire line is no longer being supported. Even finding new mower blades is getting difficult. This was not a cheap investment and there is now very little to no options to continue using these tools.I know the days are numbered for the other two battery packs as it is well documented they have issues that were never resolved. It was a dirty move to totally drop this line and launch a new one that has no compatibility.

I have the Echo mower used to mow my lawn purchased about 4 years ago.. I'm on my second 58v battery, and can no longer mow the lawn without having to recharge the battery 3 times. (It's not a big lawn). Recharge time taking about 5-10 hours.Anyways now I've come to find out that batteries are no longer made, rendering both my battery/charger and lawnmower useless. I leave my Echo mower parked on my front lawn while I wait for the battery to recharge thinking someone will do me a favor and walk off with it. So far no takers. This is an embarrassment to Echo, and surprised there is not a lawsuit

I'm a very loyal ECHO customer. I purchase a cordless trimmer in 2023, and I registered it on echo website. This week I open a support case because the 56v battery is defective, the LED is dead, and battery life is about 10% of what it was when it was new.My trimmer has 5yr warranty, and the battery has 2yr warranty per ECHO warranty policy.Echo is aware of the battery defect, and despite many many complains from customer, ECHO refuse to replace my battery. It seem that it is completely USELESS to register ECHO product because when customer need warranty the registration is meaningless, and completely ignored by ECHO. Despite knowing the battery are defective, echo refuse to recall the battery, and refuse to honor the warranty which is provided by the company.I'm requesting an expedite replacement of the defective battery.

I purchased echo 58v 2 hedge trimmers, 2 chainsaws, 2 blowers, 2 weed eaters and like the tools which still work perfectly. The 58v batteries have started to die. I have tried to inquire about refurbishment of my batteries and they are discontinued and now I have $1600 in tools from ********** and now they have switched to 56v! I feel duped into buying into a platform of tools and now they are worthless with no refurbished batteries available to purchase. Not happy at all-

I own two 58 Volt battery operated products manufactured by ECHO Products. They are of excellent quality and I enjoy using them. I purchased the products because Echo has a good reputation in the industry for quality products. My problem is with the 58 Volt 4 amp hour battery it takes to operate the product. My battery needs to be replaced and it appears that ECHO has discontinued manufacturing the battery because it has created a new product with a 56 volt battery. My products are only two years old and are now useless. Echo should support their products and I am having trouble with having to throw away an expensive product that runs well because I can't buy a battery. What can the company do to fix the problem?

I own 4 of the tools in the 58v cordless electric line from ****. I bought my first tool which was the blower in 2018. In the summer of 2019 I bought the trimmer, chainsaw, and mower as well as the side discharge accessory. All of the tools I bought were combo kits with the battery and charger. I spent well over $1000 on all of the tools. I was very pleased with my purchases until spring of 2023 when two of my batteries stopped working. By the end of summer 2023 I was down to one working battery out of four. The tools in the 58v line from **** were more expensive than the cordless electric tools from other brands. I was willing to spend the extra money since I've owned a gas blower and trimmer from them and was never disappointed by those. The tools themselves are still in great working order. I can't afford to spend over $200 each for new batteries. I'm so disappointed with my experience with the 58v line from ****. They should voluntarily resolve these issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Echo actually went above and beyond to resolve my battery issues. I will continue to buy from Echo when I need new power yard tools and highly recommend them to others.
