      I ordered an eagles ring in January for my daughters birthday in February. Received notification that the ring would be delivered between March 14 and March 28. Called Bradford exchange the week of March 28th because I had not received any notification. I was advised at that time that it would definitely be shipped by the 28th. In checking my account on March 31st, there was a notification stating order status, order received and will arrive by Thursday, May 8. Spoke with Bradford exchange again on April 1, 2025 and was advised item is still on backorder. As disappointed as I am, I advised the Bradford exchange to cancel the order. Terrible company that could not produce the product all these months and still continues to advertise the ring for sale on their website and it is not available.

      I wish I had gone on here and read everyone's messages before I ordered anything from The Bradford Exchange. Just like everyone else, I am getting scammed out of money, and don't bother replying to this review with the usual "please call or send an email" because I've done it all and I still haven't gotten my money back. I ordered the Christmas scene with Santa and the manger back in November. They don't tell you how many payments it is or how long it will take to pay it off. I just found out today that I paid $78 for a tree skirt! The ornaments were also $78 for a small box that I returned because I didn't want them, but someone from their company told me not to open it but write "return to sender". Needless to say they haven't received it yet, so I probably won't get my money back for those. This is a warning to everyone, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

      Ordered a die cast and didn't know I was getting a subscription. Called to cancel and they assured it was and sent E-mail confirming. Billed again the next month. Called again and billed again 3X. I've disputed twice with my ********** and they are going to try and block. If not I will cancel my card. Icing on the cake was, they also sent me a bill in the mail for same amount, which went in the garbage. Terrible company. I'm tempted to send them a bill for my time! Will never do business with this company ever again and will tell everyone I know not to as well.

      Ordered a bills necklace for the wife. Just something small but knew shed like it. Purchased on 12/15/24 and item was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. It is now 27 Mar 25 and I still haven't received the product but the credit card has been charged. Shipping now shows its been sitting in ***** for 10 days after sitting in original IL facility for 8 days before moving. Emailed customer service and have never received a response. Will never order from here again.

      I chose ONE STAR because it won't allow me to leave ZERO or negative stars. I ordered a personalized "My Daughter, My Joy" figurine on Feb 27th to be sent to my girlfriend's daughter for her birthday. Initially it said that it should be received by Mar 27 (TODAY). NOW it says May 7. I checked the order for accuracy, called customer service (That was a joke, I could barely understand them) who said they couldn't tell me what the hold up is and that there was no one that can tell me what the hold up is, though they DID confirm that the item is in stock. They told me I just have to wait. For $111, including shipping; I find that totally unacceptable. I have ordered from the Bradford Exchange in the past with no issues. Unless this is resolved TODAY (I am on hold AGAIN) I will not be ordering from you again. Also; there seems to be an issue as to the correct number to call for customer service? The number listed when I did a ****** search is not the same as the number listed on their FB page and is different from the number listed on their website as well. So, in all, they have 3 different numbers for their so-called customer service.

      This company is nothing more than a business that steals peoples money. No matter how many times you call to cancel they still take your money from your account. How they are allowed to stay in business is astonishing. They are nothing more than liars and thieves.

      I have been a loyal customer of the **********************, having previously purchased multiple items, including four clocks and two sets of pilsner glasses. While their products are of high quality, my recent experience with their billing and customer service has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. On November 14, 2024, I ordered a Steelers four-piece pilsner glass set and a Cowboys four-piece pilsner glass set, totaling $335.08. However, my credit card statement revealed unexpected additional charges, including two incorrect charges of $174.54. Concerned about potential fraud, I disputed these charges with my credit card bank. Upon realizing the charges were legitimate, I reversed the dispute, and on December 5, 2024, my bank issued two checks to return the funds to the Bradford Exchange. This is where the nightmare began. Despite my bank sending the payments, the Bradford Exchange claimed they never received them. Their customer service even admitted they have more than one bank and don't know where the money is. This alarming response suggests major flaws in their financial ************* resolve the situation, I provided proof of payment from my bank via email, yet their customer service refused to accept the documentation. As a result, I was left with no choice but to allow the Bradford Exchange to charge my credit card again on February 18, 2025meaning I paid twice for the same items. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the company has failed to address the problem, leaving me frustrated and financially disadvantaged. This level of disorganization and poor customer service is unacceptable. While I appreciate the quality of their products, I cannot recommend the Bradford Exchange due to their inadequate billing system, lack of accountability, and failure to provide proper customer support. I sincerely hope they take corrective action to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

      Bradford Exchange and its rewards program is one of the biggest scam around. I ordered 2 veteran jackets from Bradford from an advertisement. I received the items and a month later they started charging my ****** account $14.95 per month a couple of years ago. I did not notice the charges until over 2 years later while auditing my account. I never signed up for an awards subscription. I contacted ****** and asked that they discontinue the payments to Bradford Exchange rewards and they told me that I would have to contact Bradford Exchange. I did that several times via phone and email asking them to cancel immediately. My attempts were ignored. I tried t o cancel via online account system but the system never allowed me to login stating that account is not recognized. They wouldn't accept an account reset or password reset. Finally, I sent the message to customer service supervisor and she responded with we don't handle rewards program but I will forward your request to them on your behalf this one time as a courtesy . She gave me a number to call and when I finally got a human on the phone to explain that I never signed up for a rewards subscription he was rude and condescending. He ultimately he said in a rude manner *** your subscription has now been canceled, good bye! I am still waiting on my subscription refund. By-the-way the jackets that I ordered were okay but the **** stickers on them were fake and of poor quality not embroidery as advertised.

      I ordered checks then got a email stating he didn't have the right routing number that was a lie then I called sp to the supervisor gave him the info he said a box will come to me with the wrong info and I should destroy it he said then the second shipment will come to me and it will be the right order They are liers at this place and I told him to cancel it and send my money back he said ok but I didn't get a confirmation number or anything

      I had my wedding ring engagement rhyme for less than 24 hours and all the stones fell out I wanted to see a pictures but this site would not let us leave pictures. I could have went elsewhere and got a ring with a real diamond in it for less than what this one cost me and the Diamonds are not real.
