      They will not answer the calls to cancel and subscription. Being on hold for 30+ minutes and then talking to someone you can't even understand is so frustrating and they are taking advantage of older adults who don't realize they are signing up for a subscription and continue to get products they didn't order (Like a $2 bill for $49.56) . I called to cancel a subscription and asked to take an elderly person (96) off their mailing list. They wanted a POA letter sent before even removing the person from a mailing list. Be prepared to be on hold for a long time - my battery went dead on my phone!!!!

      BRADFORD Exchange Placed me on AUTO PAY via my Bank and Pay pal...Contacted **************** and was advised it was because I ordered an Item On Line. In addition the Item ordered was NOT as advertised / Pictured and quality sub par. FRAUDULENT Practices.

      Ordered a 5 piece Spooky Train, CLEARLY shown in the product description WITH description in print saying the Train was a 5 piece collection. After the 5th train car was sent, and payment made, continue to send additional cars at a price roughly 85% higher than the "item cost" to cover "shipping and handling". ie: $32.99 REALLY means $52.90 for each car. There is nowhere on website to cancel the "subscription" that was never SOLD as a subscription, only directing you to call customer support or email to cancel. Calling customer support, 3 times, on hold without a human answering for over 30 minutes each time due to "customer support representatives unavailable, please wait". The 4th time, I decided to call and scam the scammers.....answered "2" to place an order, live person within 30 seconds who proceeded to tell me my wife would have to call, i could not cancel. When i explained that wife worked 12 hours a day and could not call, they tried to tell me the subscription would continue. Asked to be transferred to supervisor who spewed the same garbage. Only after letting them know all further communications would be through my attorney unless wife received confirmation email of cancellation today and that i was filing complaint with BBB did they give me confirmation # of cancellation. Wife has still not received email. Will see how this ends. Last payment will NOT be sent until email received. They say "we do not send emails, that is why i gave you confirmation #"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Basically borderline fraud in all they sell (2nd rate, cheap crap). Only giving 1 start because it would not allow 0 stars.

      "Haunted Dreadful Cemetery Village Collection" is PLASTIC!!! for $112.33. I cancelled my subscription today....a subscription I never signed up for. I was lucky enough to speak to a person today, so we'll see if it's actually cancelled.

      I am receiving the complete ****** a peace silver dollar collection and I get a coin every 3 months and I am very satisfied, had an issue and will get the ****** dollar replaced. Over all the coin part is a positive experience.

      They charge top dollar for merchandise and shipping. Merchandise is so-so. They use slowest and inefficient shipper - the US ************* who delivered my package to wrong address. Never again.

      Ordered the ******************************* "Death Dealer" Knight Sculpture. The website only shows one sculpture. Yesterday, they charged my account $122.94 as part of the *************************** "subscription plan," which I did not sign up for. When I initially ordered, there was nothing saying I was signing up for an ongoing subscription and there was also nothing in my order confirmation e-mail. I called and spoke with one of the rudest "customer service" reps who basically told me that yes, I did sign up for the subscription, the next sculpture in the series was on the way and I was out of luck in getting a refund. After 6 requests to speak with a supervisor, I finally got one who reiterated the same garbage. Bottom line, do not order anything from this scam company.

      They sent me email saying it was shipped via **** Gave me a tracking number. *** has no record of it. This is a SCAM! I disputed the charges with ****. I'm letting them handle it.

      I ordered an ***** gold record set for my husband. (They are cheap flimsy little plastic painted records) I decided to keep the few we received but the price they charged per month was ridiculous and misleading so I cancelled the subscription. I continued to get charged so I cancelled the card it was connected to and now they're saying I owe them money, even though they continued to charge me after it was cancelled. Major scam! I would strongly discourage ordering from this company!!

      I returned the item I bought. The item was cheap and ugly. Then I find out I am being charged a monthly "Reward Program" to be part of Bradford Exchange, after emailing twice I finally got a phone number to call! This is the first time I am charged monthly to join a rewards program. I won't order from them again, completely disappointed in the ring, and customer service.
