This is the biggest scam and ripoff company. I ordered checks in ****** theme and they were rejected in several stores which was embarrassing because the store would hand the check back to me thinking it was fraudulent. I requested my money back from Bradford Exchange and they refused. This is just a despicable way of doing business: selling customers faulty wares and then having them to foot the bill.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd. Response

I originally ordered an item 1 time now I am getting charged and I am receiving the items, but when I try to view my order from the link in the email it states I have no orders. I called and pressed 2 for a callback twice in 3 days and have yet to receive a call back. I contacted them through chat and they tell me because I originally ordered as guest I would have to create a new account with a different email address. I don't have another email address. I work in IT and when you sign in you should be able view the items you purchased even if it was originally as guest. The email and payment information are the same. Doesn't make sense. How can I view my orders?? Someone please let me know. I don't think anyone is answering the calls. The first time I waited 20 minutes before putting myself in line for call back and again today I waited 12 minutes before putting myself on call back.. horrible customer service. And to think my mom had shopped with this company before she passed. What a shame.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd. Response

Multiple bills for scam items never ordered or received. Terrible business taking advantage of confused elderly. Requested "cancel" in writing multiple times. Cannot get through by phone (left on hold for 20 minutes. Despicable!The Bradford Exchange, Ltd. Response

Ordered a model train set and only one item was sent. I never knew about or signed up for some kind of monthly payment plan to get each of the train set items that I thought was included in the price. I returned the one single item that I had been sent by Bradford and closed out everything else to do with this Bradford Exchange account that was created when I ordered the train set. I bought the train set NOT KNOWING this was a monthly kind of payment scheme by Bradford in order to get all the items advertised for the train set! My first time buying anything at Bradford Exchange. Now Bradford continues to send paper PAST DUE bills in my postal mailbox after this has already been resolved! Warning to other people especially seniors stay away from dealing with this company they will try to rip you off.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd. Response

Bradford Ex I have been trying to close my account for months and keep getting charged. If you purchasing an item realize they sign you up for a recurring monthly charge even if you do not order merchandise. Worse than the old Album/CD nonsense.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd. Response

Ordered a product in October, to be sent in 4 installments. They, without authorization, signed me up for monthly updates at $16.95 a month. I have called and been told it was cancelled yet they are continuing to charge my credit card. I have also emailed **************** a dozen times and just get a run around. I have ALSO contacted my credit card company and are awaiting results since December. The card has been charged twice since complaint filed, They have also NOT sent the fourth shipment.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd. Response

**************** --after 2 contacts--could only say "sorry" on following issue. Product is The True Meaning of Christmas, a beautiful figurine. Issue is that it has stopped working while using the plug-in power. Only works while using batteries that have to be changed often. We have had the product for a couple years but only used on Holidays and never damaged. ** could/would not offer repair/replacement or ? Shoppers beware of this website...they don't have enough safety protocols in place to protect against scammers and fraud. I was the victim of fraud...someone placed an order on their website under my name and address. They used a false credit card (not one of mine because I had no fraud alerts or fraudulent charges) and false email address. Bradford Exchange kept billing me and their customer service **** were ****** to deal with. They didn't even do their due diligence to see it wasn't me that created the order on their website (which it's quite easy to find out if a credit card is legit!). Needless to say, it was most upsetting and they didn't back down until they had a copy of the police report filed for this fraud. Shame on them for treating me like a criminal when I was the victim! My father ordered a gift for my 7-year-old son. When the gift arrived, so did an invoice, in my son's name. I tried for a month to reach a person to tell them that they billed a 7-year-old and to correct the mistake. I finally got a response to an email in which they told me that my CHILD was sent to collections and there was nothing they could do. Hands down, one star. What kind of business sends a child to collection for a simple billing error on their part. Antiquated and out of touch is how I would describe this business.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd. Response

My husband started the **** *** Reflections Of The Hummingbird Figurine Collection as a Christmas gift for me. However the first one we received came from the "return center" it was not even packaged in a box just Styrofoam and it arrived it was broken. We contacted customer service and they refunded the shipping and sent out the same order again...HOWEVER we received this one from the same "return center" and again this one is broken. We have sent emails and called customer service and was assured they would have a supervisor call us back which has never happened. In less than one month they have charged our card 3 times. Today 1/11/25 I received was was to be the 2nd Hummingbird in the set. It too came from the "return center" only in a Styrofoam taped box and again this one is BROKEN!! I didn't pay these prices to have ALL 3 of the Hummingbirds to come broken from a "return center." And getting any help from the company seems to go no where. I am EXTREMELY UPSET!!! We have been ordering from Bradford exchange for years and never had any issues until this so i don't know what is going on with this company but someone needs to figure this out. Sending a customer 3 different broken items from a "return center" is NOT OK AT ALL!!!!!The Bradford Exchange, Ltd. Response
