      I contacted ***** about the possibility of the assistance program for ******* what a joke the application is you have to fax everything its so lame there's two lines that need a signature that I missed one I got a text so I signed it and sent it back . I thought it would be good but no I got a text a couple of hours later saying that they needed more information on my financial situation and there is nothing on the application that says they need financial information ***** could care less about me or my health . My insurance company pays them over $21,000.00 per injection and they still want me to pay $100.00 per dose and I think that's wrong.

      I have been waiting since January 31st for their so called assistance. Since my application they've been asking for the information from the doctor and every time the doctor sends in the information they say it's not correct so back and forth back and forth back and forth several times and then they decided they need a manual signature from the doctor not an electronic signature. Then when he did do a manual signature they decided it wasn't manual it was electronic when it wasn't. After reading the reviews here I see now they're not trying to help me, they're trying to find a way to decline my application. Although, for the first time ever it says that the application is in process instead of more information needed. But I'm not holding out any hope for an expensive medication that I need that right now. I'm getting samples from my doctor because it's the only medication that has ever helped my issue and all the years that I've had it. But my doctor can't give me samples forever. ***** it's useless.

      They tell us about the great Abbvie Assist program available for people who's health insurance coverage doesn't cover Abbvie specialty drugs. My daughter was that person. We went back and forth with Abbvie Assist for months providing them all the things they requested proving in writing that our health insurance company will not cover this drug yet Abbvie looked for a way to deny assistance anyway. The application for Abbvie Assist was a complete waste of months of time, tons of time on the phone with different people and a loss in time trying to get my daughter the treatment she needs for her Crohn's disease. Heartless, waste of time. So frustrated and heartbreaking.

      Sorry that a lot of you are not happy, but they took great care of me! I got transferred to a new doctor when my coverage expired. AbbVie kept notifying me to let me know they have still not heard from my new doctor! This went on for months! They could've just denied my claim, but they didn't. I finally found a doctor that would complete my application and I was approved and have already received my meds! Been on assistance since my 2021 change to ********. Copay unbelievable! Thank you.

      I received my medication, on time, so all fine and well, right? Not quite. The package was supposed to be handled and hand-delivered by the ****************************, but was instead delivered by ******, with a **** label on it, and it was left in one of their Amazon lockers. My temperature-sensitive medication was left in a non-insulated metal structure. I fail to see how that's not a huge issue, not to mention the fact that information pertaining to my medical history may have changed hands outside of the agreed-upon channels. How AbbVie could allow for a logistics transfer like that without at least notifying me, whether or not the true fault lies with the ***** is beyond me.

      First, I would rate Abbvie with "0" stars if that was an option. They claim yo be patient friendly eith their patient assistance program. My experience is that that program is a I useless joke. I got nothing but the run around. They kept asking for irrevalent info and I could never get any assistance of any kind. I'm on ********* in the gap and had a co-pay of about $2200 for a 3 month refill of *****. I could not afford that kind of expenditure for 3 months of a single drug. I have been fighting pancreatic cancer for nearly 4 years and have list 60lbs as the result of ******* surgery that took my stomach and 3/4 of my pancreas. Did the company show any signs of caring and offer any assistance. NO, H*** NO. Just wanted more irrevalent info. Seemed to me that they were more interested is looking for justification to decline my request for assistance rather than offer any assistance whatsoever. I am still struggling and not getting even the slightest little bit of help. Consequently, I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about Abbvie and believe that due yo their behavior that they should be prohibited from claiming that they may be able to help in their commercials. Based on my personal experience that is just an attempt by them to make people believe that Abbvie gives a **** when my experience is that they do not care al all and just want to make others believe that they do care.

      Deplorable service! You get a text telling you that they need more information. You spend 30 minutes or more on hold, to find out that the Doctor's missed something on the prescription. If they can send me a text, why can't they send an email to the Dr. I have to be the middleman. Then I call the Dr's ****** and they say, no, they have a copy of what was sent and it is complete. Call Abbvie again and get to hold for 30 minutes to be told the same thing again. I have been going back and forth for 3 weeks and still no luck. Also, they have a patient portal where you can leave them messages. You are told they will get back to you within 2 days, yeah right. I have left two messages and so far no response at all. I realize this is a ginormous company and they really do not give a tinker's ---- about customers. Since I have qualified for their patient assist program to cover the cost of Creon, which would normally cost me about $1800.00 a month, I will stick with it. But I will be looking for an alternative in the coming year. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

      I absolutely love Abbvie Care team. Mine in particular, have been the only thing keeping me grounded during an extremely difficult period in my life. Thank you so very much especially, my care team. ?? ??

      ABSOLUTELY the worst customer care. Their customer service team is terrible. I have been working for weeks to update my profile for co-pay assistance for ****** and none of the departments communicate with each other. Why is it so difficult? I have spent more than 7 hours on the phone over the last two weeks. Missed taking my medication and my injection date is approaching in three business days and I still do not have a resolution. They are worse than a small business. I am very appreciative of the co-pay assistance program, but if the drug wasn't so overpriced, I wouldn't need co-pay assistance. The drug is to help my quality of life, but the hoops to jump thru negate so much of the positive. Not sure who is worse, Abbvie or the specialty pharmacy. They both want us all to give up the fight!

      Abbvie makes you jump through hoops without communication. I have been trying to get a medication for 2 months now with no success.
