      Worst company to deal with these people are constantly calling me not just one person but two people after another. They cannot communicate with each other or get their ducks in a row. Every time they call it's personal questions being nosy and wanting to do video chats. I've been with other companies and Abbvie is by far the worst company to deal with if your having to take a certain medication. If it wasn't for my doctor going through them I would be switching companies.

      They are the worst. Crazy stuff. Nothing but long calls . Nothing gets done.

      My doctor recently made a change in my medication from ******** ********* manufacturer) to Skirizi (Abbvie manufacturer) and of course with the shady greedy medical system we currently have, the medication (with insurance) was going to be $4,000 a month (yes my cost) for two little syringes. Of course I filed for patient assistance with the company which I also had to do with ******** because despite paying $1,200 a month for health insurance it's HMO (the only option we have being self employed). It's been since November and like another reviewer they have found every excuse known to man to avoid actually assisting me. I vote for a class action lawsuit against these grossly exploitive practices with drug manufacturing. When I spoke with the company, they didn't even have a record of previous conversations and continued to give me the same lines. ******** was way better at this...

      I received Creon through AbbVie for 1 year with no problem. Then also for about 4 mo. I reapplied for the new year and have no responses to phone calls, emails, or a certified letter. My doctor's ****** hasn't been able to reach them either. Neither has the drug supply company.
