      This is the worst company and a joke regarding providing prescription services for people. Submitting an application is a joke as well. No matter which roadblock you resolve, they come up with a new one. Their technology for processing applications is archaic and you will be lucky to receive the services they offer.

      Worst customer service I have experienced in the healthcare industry. AbbVie Assist does nothing to speed up the registration progress and get their patients the needed medications to remain healthy. I am currently trying to get my 94 year old mother a renewal on her Creon medication. It is a very cumbersome process. We had to re-register for **** and the application has not been processed. On January 9, **** it was indicated that AbbVie had my mothers application and required Doctors information. Said call back on January 16 to order. At that point, they said they needed something else from doctor. **************** rep called Doctor while I was on hold and got necessary information. Verified that everything was on hand to complete the re-registration process. Called back on January 18th. Indicated re-registration to support order not complete yet. Called again on January 19th. Still not complete. Call early next week. Stressed the urgency of situation. Said it was in IT hands to resolve. A one star rating is generous.I am my mother's son trying to help out because of how cumbersome the reorder process is.Long hold times, appears reps can not see history of calls, and no sense of urgency to resolve issues. I am a AbbVie stock holder and am shocked how poorly this program is administered by AbbVie compared to others.

      Have been a Crohns patient for a decade and on Abbvie Humira for approximately 6 years. EVERY time I've requested refills, it's like an act of congress to get anything done with these people! I've literally been put on "brief" holds for up to 80 minutes at a time. UNACCEPTABLE! WHY IS THIS SUCH A DIFFICULT PROCESS?!, and require talking with up to 6 people?! For all of the hoops that one has to jump thru, I would challenge Abbvie to just lower the price of the medication and receive an astronomical amount of savings just in labor costs to juggle all of the "processes". What a concept! Well, LOOKOUT ABBVIE, as of 7/2023, you NO LONGER HAVE THE MARKET CORNERED!! THANK GOODNESS! There is now a generic! PASS IT ON FOLKS!

      Horrible customer service. I'm on Humira. This is the only medication that works for me and I been grateful for the assistance program that provided me with free meds for the past 3 years. All of sudden there policy changed. I do not have any extra access funding. I relayed them till I was blue in the face with the help of my insurance. However they refused to acknowledge this and denied me twice. I hope they know if something happens they are looking at a hefty lawsuit.

      I have submitted all required documents and have yet to receive approval or denial. It has been over a month since my application was submitted. When I call I am told it is being reviewed by management. All this time I am without any medication. Turn around should be much quicker.

      It has been frustrating getting help from this company, however I got ***** on the phone and she did a thorough and outstanding job of getting it all straightened out. And she spoke English as well. The company better not lose this one.

      ***** care was nothing but problems. They continuously made errors with paper work that prevented me from receiving my medications. They offered no reasons as to what went wrong and said they would look into it and would never return emails, calls or texts for WEEKS. When asked to provide an update, again no answers. This lead to having to use much of my personal time and having to take time off work to make phone calls to try to resolve these unidentified problems. Clearly very low functioning people without skills who seem to lack control of their faculties. They are rude and unprofessional and no one seems to know what to do. They do the opposite of what it is they claim to do.

      Ordered skin care products. Was charged a second charge. Brought it to their attention. I was told three weeks. Nothing. Reached back out. I was told it had been escalated. Nothing. Reached out again over a month from original charge and was told that since others experienced the same issue it was going to take a long time and they will let me know. Its already been 5 business days since the last time I reached out which was over a month since the initial charge. Do not trust this company.

      After being out on Humira and my pharmacy setting me up for the discount card, I received over a dozen calls in ***** hours to get my account set up; finally did that which took almost an hour, where I explained I dont have an official diagnosis just trying to control my symptoms - was told thats not a problem. Also was not told I could create an online account for patient resources. Then phone tag with a nurse ambassador, finally get her & 30 more mins going over similar things -again I dont have a diagnosis. We agreed at the end of that call on 4/19 she would call me 5/1 to set up a FaceTime for my second dose. Never called, didnt answer me. I find the online account option today and make it, another rep calls me and after almost 20 minutes finds my original account, which was closed without notification to me because of my lack of diagnosis because they cant treat something they dont know -I NEVER asked for treatment. I was told my nurse could help/provide tips on my injection thats all I asked for. Horrible company denying me support just because I dont fit some cookie cutter diagnosis.

      I recently applied for a position and was selected to move forward. The hiring manager got in touch with me through Skype stating that he would be sending me a company credit card for equipment, etc but that I would have to go to multiple stores to get gift cards to purchase the equipment. I informed him that I had one shot to get out and get things done due to transportation issues, He informed me that he would send a list of things to get prior to my leaving. Not only did he not send the list, I did not hear from him for hours, I sent everything back
