The *************** charged my account for services that I did not received.They charge for a visit on June 25, 2024 which I never attend, nor did I have an appointment for that day. There are 5 million times better as vein clinics of america. The billing department is a joke. So, make sure you pay before you leave and make sure you get and save your receipts because I'm still fighting with them about my bill that I paid 6 months ago!!! They say we will call you back it is a lie. They send you to collections quickly even for "paid" bills ugh!!! Still fighting with them. The system they have doesn't seem to work at all. I would think it would be easy to pay the bill right?! They don't seem to want their money they just want to waste paper and peoples time! The ridiculous I have dealt with over 309.70$ I would paid double if they would just take my darn money and leave me be. It's unfortunate. Get it together! And tell your billing department specifically *************************** and ************************* ******************************* that they are unhelpful, liars, who obviously done know how to or care to do their jobs. Thanks. For no help.So, after this it still took multiple people to actually help me. I talked to ******************* no help. ******* on June 10th at 445pm finally helper me, but then never sent me an email. Then on June 11th I talked to I think *** is her name at 405pm and she should be fired! She was literally very rude. She refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I am pretty sure vein clinics records calls. You should listen to it. Then ******** finally told me my balance was gone and she would not let me talk to a supervisor. Do you have supervisors? Because honestly ridulous isn't even an appropriate word. Now I have been harassed, ignored, disrespected, and had to waste my time with this just to make a payment to you guys that I have now made twice!!!! Honestly, this is disgusting that I have to fight on phone with you guys so many times.Review from Rachel S

Drs are great. Highly recommend ***********************. Office runs on call center that calls no less than 10 times for confirmations, then continues to call for confirmation up until appointment. They do not send bills. I called the medical records office after receiving email about unpaid balance. When I told them I had never received a bill, person stated, we dont send bills. You have to call and request them, or else we wait till you have outstanding balance and withdraw from card on file. He then let me know he would be attempting to withdraw almost $4,000 from my debit card. I have never heard of this practice. Also after canceling an appointment 4 days in advance I was charged $250 automatic withdraw. The reason, they stated, is that if you do not reschedule in the same phone call, they can not cancel your appointment. I had email confirming my cancelation and fought this charge and won. Very shady business practice. I will be doing all business with ********** *********** in ******* going forward.Review from Victoria B

********!!!!!! They emailed me that will charge me for a follow up check up that have done almost a year and half ago that was actually a part of the treatments follow up and still my insurance covered %100 all treatment they charged my almost $1K for that follow up. Billing department hanged up on me couple times and didn't want to help with the issue. Wow is this place a ****. I just came in to have a lesion on my leg checked out that my dermatologist said could be a sign of an underlying vascular issue. Turns out it wasnt. But they did everything they could to get me to answer questions in a way so they could qualify me for treatment I didnt need. Went and scheduled me for 4 procedures - probably the amount my insurance would allow whether I needed it or not. Then when I tried to cancel the procedure they charged me $250. And they keep calling me every day to schedule, confirm and reschedule canceled appointments. Its maddening.Review from Kristi C

Receptionist in NW ** location unprofessional and unhelpful. Leg ultrasound took one and a half hours, most of which was spent standing. Sent home after leg ultrasound during first visit, despite making the apt for sclerotherapy. During the second apt, again scheduled for sclerotherapy, sent home after 30 min without being seen ** staff couldnt check me in and couldnt reach support desk.Review from Samantha S

Probably billed my insurance 100k in total. 20k per injection. Veins were not shut down properly. Saw an actual reputable heart doctor I'm unsure if ************************************* even has the proper credentials to be doing vein procedures as my actual vein doctor *** has real endovascular and vascular credentials listed on the hospital webpage he works for. They don't have you lie down after using foam to let the blood drain out of the vein. You can tell what they are doing isn't proper after you see someone reputable. And after all my veins were done wrong, my last appointment I walk in that day. The front desk tells me I have to pay $700 right *** or I can't see the doctor. So asked them if I need to call someone for legal advice because you guys got all the authorizations beforehand I talked to my insurance. Here they magically switched my insurance so they were in the incorrect billing order after they had billed it for at least 7 visits prior to that. Only then, after I pushed the issue and asked if they want to talk to the insurance company themselves while he's still on the phone they were finally like "oh we are sorry we don't want any problems". The only reason I went there in the first place is because at the time another hospital was saying my veins weren't bad enough for insurance to pay and USA vein clinics said they would get the insurance to pay. Which was a mistake that they were willing to skew pictures to make veins look bigger, etc. but they were painful so I thought they were being helpful to a suffering patient. But no most of the veins weren't successfully closed and I had to have two procedures to correct their work so far. Not to mention their call center is ridiculous, once you sign up with your phone number they will contact you 4000 times regarding one appointment. Please get a second opinion before choosing this place and if you do have to come here make sure you have an ultrasound somewhere else to make sure the vein closed.Review from Scott N

I am so beside myself with disgust regarding this company. The services rendered helped me tremendously and I am appreciative (well over $40k billed to my insurance company from 3/23 through 10/23) Though ..Appointments were never adhered to time wise (the individual offices dont control them, corporate does) there was always quite a long wait. Now I find myself in the position that I no longer need them. I have literally received 5 text messages from them regarding my upcoming appt (that I never made, they didafter I cancelled my last appt) and have responded cancel to all of them. I have received 9 phone calls from the corporate sales **** in the last 3 days (reiterating the cancellation to every solicitor) as well have asked them to not call me. Today was my appointment (that I never made and already cancelled) the phone calls started at 8:05am.. I once again reiterated that I have already cancelled my appt via your 5 texts in 3 daysyour 9 phone calls (+) one from the actual office. Now I receive a call from corporate once again to tell me I missed my appointment ! This is nothing more than harassment and quite honestly money grabbing to both my insurance company and myself as well Im a finance manager for 35 years at an automobile dealership and the aggressive follow up/ sales methods are far worse than anything Ive ever experienced in my industry every office pay a bunch of money to mama bear Mama **** doesnt care about you at all she just wants the money
