I went to Webb Chevrolet to have my ************* due to the engine light being on first repair I was told that I needed it new spark plugs and fuel Cleaning or booster so that was $1200 drove home. The next day engine light came on again so I took it back again. They told me I need a spark plug wires so they found one bad wire they said so they fixed it. I left and I came back. They told me they had to change all the wires so then that was another 400 bucks engine light came on again so I went back to them. They kept the vehicle and told me they had to do an engine breakdown which was gonna cost me $3800 so I had to give them $1900 to start the breakdown by that time I had picked up a warranty from a warranty company and they check with the warranty company in the warranty company supposedly told them it was OK to break it down that they would take care of it after all this the warranty people bagged out I was stuck with the bill. I paid the 1900. I didnt pay the other half so they talked me into coming in and getting another vehicle that they will purchase my vehicle come to find out when I first went in. They offered me ****** for my vehicle now when I did the trade-in for the new vehicle somehow they put $4000 on there when I knew I told them that I owed at least $22,000. They left on paying on a vehicle knowing all this they steal put on the paperwork $4000 as trade-in which is a lie and they knew it I still have the paperwork for that. These people are scam. Artists you have to watch everything you do. I would not shop there if I were you guys. Im still fighting trying to get my truck back. I wanna trade this one back in will not trade it back in, but give it back to them because I dont want it. Im not gonna pay for two vehicles. Thats not gonna happen im still waiting to hear back from them. Its been three months. Ive made 20 calls to them and still getting the same runaround.Review from Frankie B

Simple warranty work turns to nightmare 1.6 shop time, company tried to charge 3.5 hrs for time funny that I am in industry never do business proof read your paperwork. ***********************Review from Tonya H

**** Chevy in Oak Lawn need to improve on quality and customer service. I took my car in for a routine oil change. One of their workers stripped the s**** from my oil pan from previous visit so it had to be replaced. They didn't have a loaner so I left without a car. A few days later I go to my garage and see oil on the ground by my car. I take it back again and have to leave it. This time the new oil pan they replaced it with is defective. I picked up my car today and asked are you sure it is fixed. The service manager speaks to me with an attitude. Whoa I should be the one with an attitude ??. I got my car tow into Chevy dealer engine light was coming on we thought it might need a tune up ended up paying 4700 dollars when we walked out I had to use 6 check cards to get my car back. They did something to my car I do believe. One I thought they take off diagnostic if you get the job done threw them two my husband stated they told him it would cost ******************************************************************************** *******. Then when I said something about it they said well we record phone calls so I told them to forward the recordings. Now the first recording you cant even hear who the gentleman is speaking to but they said thats my husband and the price he said was 4900. Then on the other two recording you can her my husband very clearly so they did something with the recording to send to me. I also looked at my bill and how did it come from 4300 to 4900 and when I got there I paid 4700 with no discounts Ive asked to talk to owner but they refused to let me I will never go back here or give them my business again.Review from Irma A

I wish there were zero stars but anyway. ****** thinking about buying their Chevy Equinox 2022 stay away from this dealership. I took my 2022 Equinox to Service Advisor ***************************** and he did not want to help me with servicing my vehicle. There is an issue and i would even think this could be a recall since am investigating issues with the vehicle. When it was freezing cold, the check engine light came up and vehicle was stalling. Was going very slow and then was slugging. When i took the vehicle in, they came up with vehicle has all this issues with the Grille shutter damaged intercooler frozen causing concern, ECM needs software, update and cover to protect from freezing needing replacement, Kit boot for sensor and grille ECM software. Costs over ***** dollars. Dealership wants me to pay for all these repairs and ***************************** was very rude when i picked up my vehicle. Their powertrain warrantie s are the worst for chevy's. My wife bought a 2022 ******* from ************* and powertrain warranty was for ******* miles. She had the same issue and they fixed her SUV "no problem". When i bought the car over a year an a half ago, they were super nice until i left the dealership. They do not treat you the same when you need service. For new vehicles, they also give you one oil change and after that you have to pay those. My wife has free oil changes until ****** miles. ****** with this issue, please report it because it sounds more like a recall to me. Chevy does not stand behind their vehicles so please "Do not buy from this dealership!!!!" Go elsewhere where you will receive better bumper to bumper, and powertrain warranties. Bought my first car from a dealer with them in 2021 within 2 months i had to replace the muffler at about 4 months i had to replace the starter a little over a year i had to replace the transmission and also the right passenger ***************** ****************** within a year because it broke down when i was driving and i do not use my car on the expressway only in the city and its constantly giving me problems after problems! I took my car in about 2 months ago and the warranty did not cover the issue so a sales guy heard i wanted a new car and was constantly calling my phone and sending me messages i felt pressure but i did not go back to shop with them, terrible car i got from them!Review from Lashon W

I wish I could give them zero stars. THEY EXTORNIST!! Took my car on 3/20 for radiator, thermostat & housing , wasn't given a loaner car until 3/23. Picked my car up on the 24th after paying $1,902 and the warranty company paying $897 and the car broke down on the 27th. They had it towed back to the dealership, now its ignition coils and some kind of cap and something else. I suggested they give me the parts since the warranty company paid for them. they said they couldn't do that and the work needed to be done there. Today is 4/4/23 I still have no car. Haven't been to work. The warranty company covered $314 this now leaves me with a $1,100 balance. So I say I do not have anymore money. I call the warranty company they have now agreed to pay for EVERYTHING BUT THE ***** PLUGS. They informed me that I will have to buy my spark plugs(understandable) and cover the taxes. I am ok with that. Today the dealership called me asking for $455 for what???? DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING YOU OWN TO THIS H*** OF A PLACE!!!!Review from Semyra C.

terrible customer service the only people that was kind and trying to help me was **** and ******* and ***** first off, they had my car almost 2 months now. When I did receive my car back, it was damages to my vehicle that they caused in their care and they refused to take responsibility for the damages I even agreed to take the damages and repairs out of what I owe them. they also refuse. I never been treated so badly at a place where I was spending my money I would never ever refer anyone to them Ill go back up there ever again my issue still not resolved terrible place to do business with
