This account was opened without my authorization, and I have no recollection of applying for or agreeing to any terms with ROZLINFINGRP. As a result, I believe it constitutes fraudulent *********** accordance with 15 USC 1692g (Validation of Debts), I am requesting that you provide verification of this debt or a copy of the judgment within 30 days of this notice. To date, I have not received any signed documentation or contract that proves I consented to this account. I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed an inaccurate and invalid account reported by ********************** LLC. This account is not valid, and its presence on my report is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Under the ****, all reported accounts must be accurate, verifiable, and legally collectible. This account does not meet these standards, and I am requesting its immediate removal. I have not received proper validation of this debt, and without sufficient proof, it should not be reported. I am formally disputing this entry and requesting that it be deleted from my credit report. I was contacted by RFGI to pay for a loan that I allegedly had took out to purchase an iPad via **********. I don't own an iPad and did not take out this loan. This company called me several times trying to get me to pay for this iPad. When I asked them to provide me additional information, they provided me with a loan agreement that included my apartment building, but not my unit number, which was the first red flag. I then checked my credit report and this alleged loan that I took out is nowhere to be found. They repeatedly called me and told me that I need to file a fraud case with the government and tried to make it seem like someone in my life had access to my information to do this to raise doubt and fear and anger in me. Their tactic was likely to raise frustration to the point that I would pay, but I'm not paying for a loan that I didn't take out and is not showing up on my credit reports...I think they're actually the fraud. They also asked for proof that I filed a police report, proof that I submitted a fraud report to the government, and asked for my government issued IDs. This would have been particularly damaging if I had provided this information to them, given that this is a FALSE debt collection loan claim. SHAME ON YOU.Business Response

I didn't receive the services advertised on ********, after trying to contact the support POC. No response was received to fix their issues with the account. I tried to delete and stop the subscription. In which they make the process very confusing to say the least. I have recently received this collection notice from RFGI, as shown in the attached picture, document. I didn't receive any sustainable information regarding this collection attempt. They don't list my issues with the site, or any ways to correct their confusing process online. Along with they have No documentation of the Dates, Months, etc listed in this collection attempt. They are misrepresenting a debt on my credit report as a charged off loan when it was from an employer in the state of California that wanted to be paid back rightfully earned wages. They claim their specialized training is worth $15,000 when they know a collection account will disallow you from pursuing another avenue of employment within the finance field.I requested they remove it as a delinquent credit account as it was never called a loan and no loan or financial documents were signed for a line of credit that would be reported to any bureaus. It looks like I have $9000 in an unpaid loan to loanDepot now rozlin financial and it was very clearly an issue between employee and employer. Im happy to provide the original employment contract to show that there was no representation of this being a loan or a credit item & the language does not state it would be sold to a debt collector or any other entity. I tried to resolve it with both parties and they keep referring me to the other. In the meantime this is the only delinquent account on my report and has hindered my ability to gain work in my field of expertise because of a disgruntled employer. When I reached out to loanDepot they stated that they have it on there basically because I am currently working with a competitor, no matter how many times I have explained with official state documentation that I have been unemployed for almost 3 years now. Obviously being under financial strain and having no credit in case of an emergency due to this ridiculous situation is predatory and violates the fair credit reporting act due to the debt being falsely misrepresented and misreported as a charged off loan/line of credit. This has a larger impact on how it affects your credit and my resolution would entail reporting it correctly if thats even a debt that is allowed to be reported without court judgement or for it to be removed completely.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have never taken out a loan or line of credit with loanDepot. It is reporting on my credit as a charged off loan/line of credit. This complaint is also being forwarded to the CFPB as of today.I worked with loanDepot 3-4 years ago, they pick and choose employees to send to collections. Not only am I being treated unfairly and likely being singled out as a minority. Please provide signed loan documents (which would be forged as none exist, a correlating search of hard credit inquiry history can confirm that I never applied or had an original transaction). There is no court ordered judgment showing I owe my former employer any money.
This has also been reported to the state of California to show that the FCRA has been violated by this company as well.

Since 11/22 I have been trying to gain answers from RFGI to why they were pursuing me for ******. I never signed up for the ******** account, I cancelled it as soon as I found it, I never used it. Prior to their involvement I made countless attempts with eharmony to resolve. In January 2023 I filed a report with the ***, this is what RFGI stated they needed, they were provided with that claim number. Since filing that report I have gotten no where with this company. They refuse to give straight answers. Getting any reply is like pulling teeth. Back in March 2024 they wanted a policy report, copies of my ID/bills. It just never mattered they always wanted more. Eharmony could easily show them this account was cancelled within 3 days, but that was not good enough either. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I pay my bills, out of fear that this would hurt my credit I just paid it. This never should have been my debt. I never should have had to basically beg for answers. I have emails showing all correspondence. I have never received anything in the mail. Due to the way they have acted I did request a long time ago for them to not call me so that I would have proof of all conversations. These emails can be provided if needed.Business Response

I apologize but I am unable to respond directly to the consumer due to her previous claim of harassment.
The original creditor has a non-refundable cancellation policy. This member subscribed on 7/2/2022 and made one out of four total installment payments resulting in the remaining balance being placed into collections.
The consumer's claim of ID Theft was investigated but this account was determined not to be a result of fraud.

I am rejecting this response because: first of all I have asked the business on numerous occasions to communicate by email and not call me, so they could have responded. Second I did file a claim with the FTC, when I found this account I promptly had it all closed down. I never used the account personally. I didn’t ok the agreement. I would love for them to explain how it’s my debt when I never signed up, I never used it. Looking at the other replies it’s looks like this company has a history of being deceptive so I never thought this would be any different. The bottom line is I have been completely screwed by this company and the company they represent for something I didn’t sign up for. It pisses me off than I am being pointed at as a liar(, if I signed up for the service I wouldn’t be taking the time to do this now. Better yet if I signed up and had already paid for it then why wouldn’t I have used it . This business may enjoy avoiding the truth, it all comes back around. I never had high expectations that this company would do the right thing, my main point in filing was to try and warn others.

I am rejecting this response because: this company has been asked to email me on several occasions. They have stated, and I have it in email, that there were items to discuss but they would only call All such items have been sent to the orginal creditor and like with this company no response. No one wants to answer anything, just give excuses. I have 2 years worth of emails showing how this company conducts business. Amazing how when a bill is paid it’s stated they are not credit reporting. All complaints are very similar, people that don’t know anyone with the same issues Ironic This never was my bill No one ever wanted to answer, just pass the buck This company is in business due to handling false claims from the previous creditor Buyer beware that it t doesn’t matter whether you sign up for something or not, you do not deserve any answers from anyone just pay your bill Anything can be said, I was taken advantage of, and they know it Deceptive practices have karma, hope they enjoy the money that I paid that I never should have had too I was just the unlucky one that got blamed

I received information about account creation from ************ and spam calls in May 28th 2024 after being charged 98.85$ for an online service that was never requested by me and not being able to get the money back that I still dont know why I had to pay. It was paid off my ***** Pay account and few weeks later after realizing several charges on my bank account it had to renew my account/ cards.The Website Eharmony insisted on a contract in may that would with duration of 6 months and several payments I would apparently owe. I responded to them that there was no knowledge of mine about any services requested from this website and that this is a case of fraud to me. I have not heard from ************ since then and as mentioned, had informed them that their request is a scam and that I will not be charged for the requested payments. 2 days ago I received and email by a company called RFGI, which states that they would collect an outstanding debt of 296.55$ for eharmony. it is completely oblivious to me why they send me this 4 months later and try to keep charging me for this amount but it is not my debt to pay. Dear ***/*****:I just received a mail from RFGI stating they are collecting a debt in the amount of $171.85 for Yourgi Bestlife. I dont owe this debt because I did not sign a contract with RFGI nor Yourgi Bestlife. I was asked by *************************** in ****************************************************** to download an app so that I will only pay $60 for a visit last year for my dog. I downloaded the Yourgi app because I was told by the staff in ***********. I lost my job and we had to move so I stopped the service and cancel the service.
