First review of anything ever...a little story. I don't shop online much and never for a car, but after a few months of looking I finally found THE car. I submitted an inquiry and figured I might hear something. That day I was contacted by ***** through email and then by phone. Both ***** and *** worked with me through a process that I was unfamiliar with and had concerns about. As I was new to this process I'm sure I was a bit laborious with questions and need of direction. They were extremely patient, courteous, and professional. They answered many texts and phone calls (even on their days off that I was unaware of) promptly and with intent on helping me. I went through this thinking if these guys work on commission, my purchase was probably not the one they long for (considering their showroom pictures). The purchase was finally completed and I was moved by the treatment received... Here's what they didn't know... In my past I have done things for this beautiful country that I am very proud of, some of those things came with a bill. Well, that **** has come due (no sympathy my family and I are good). This car is going to be my last gift to myself and I wanted something that I perceived as special. With the time left for me I'm sure that this car will bring me happiness and I plan to drive the h*** out of it. I'm already smiling non stop just waiting on the delivery. They didn't know any of this (why would they even my family doesn't know everything). I was touched and can't express in words what they did for me. The worst dealership ever don't use them, they gonna take a deposit from you tell you later that the car is sold and they didn't know. how you don't know if a car is sold as a sales manager, the sales manager told me my approval from the bank will last for only 24hrs which they know very well its 90 days with ALLY, he lied from the beginning to the end, the kept playing games I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, at some point the sales manger told me he's new. I told em stop giving ppl the wrong information you need a proper training. stay away from this dealership or else you gonna regret it.  

They advertised a car with a certain amount of miles on it, and input that same number in the purchase agreement. They then shipped the car to me and it had 550 more miles than reported. I tried to resolve this with them and their manager, *********, just said well, then send the car back. I will never go back to this company and I advise customers to be weary when buying cars from out of state from them

Horrible experience. Even BBB didn’t help w/ a 12 page report of facts. BBB said it was beyond their “Purview”. Big business always wins on the little man. Buyer beware!!!
