    I would not order from them again! I have sent them a complaint four times and no one has responded. There is not a phone number either. I ordered 17 pairs of socks from their company and paid for four gift boxes. The boxes did not come, only the sleeve that goes over the boxes. I ordered the boxes because they have the Alpacas pictures on them and thought they were so cute. There is no where or no one that I can speak to to correct their error. Theres a link that I can fill out for a refund and I would have to send the boxes back but THERE IS NO BOXES to send back since I didnt receive them. I want a refund. ******** customer service.

    The compression socks that we purchased from Pacas are for my wife. She is newly dealing with a swelling angle. The doctor suggested a compression sock to help minimize or eliminate the swelling. We love the quality of the Pacas socks so, we decided to try their compression socks. My wife is thrilled with the performance of the socks. The swelling has decreased and the slight pain she was feeling no longer exists. Thank you!

    Just received my 3rd, maybe it's the 4th order of Pacas here in **********. One or two socks were different than shown in the 6 packs online but satisfied, Women's small/medium crew will fit a 10 year old skinny girl as my granddaughter had to have mine when she felt how soft they were. They shrink slightly after many washings in wool wash, line dry. I find the women's med/large fits almost identical to men's med/large - the crew sock calf areas are the same width or circumference, the mens seem slightly larger in the ankle area, & both fit my wide 8-8 1/2 ladies feet. Women's Slouchy Pacas (gray/white pack) in the small/med fit best as the med/lg Slouchies are huge & had returned for refund, Slouchies are very comfortable with no restriction around the calf, unlike the other crew socks, however not as warm, but good for sleeping in. All socks stay up, wear & wash well & are a treat on the feet. I had found the ladies sm/med striped socks less restrictive in the calf area & therefore more comfy on my slightly wide calves.

    The socks feel really soft and comfy. Cant wait to give them a workout in **** in a few weeks. The colors and quality are nice too. Plan to order some low cuts soon.

    **************** was extremely pleasant and helpful. I had problems with attempts to begin an order on my computer. The 50% off that I'd been offered had expired despite several tries. I wrote to Pacas telling my tale of woe. I then attempted to place an order using my iPhone and it worked. I was promised I could still get the 50% off and customer service followed through. I have yet to give the crew socks I ordered to my grandson.

    Great! Very comfortable. A little long, over my knees, so I have to fold over. Well see how they hold up after a few washings.
