    Ive emailed several times as well as called and no one ever picks up the phone. Ive wrote them on social media ( instagram @diamondvirginhair) and the messages says seen but no one responds. I wrote the business page as well as Hoperenita ( the owner) who seems to be out here living her best life with my stolen money. I placed an order on April 9th and I have yet to receive any updates. This company is processing orders( taking your money) and not sending out the product. Ive ordered from Diamond hair company many times in the past and never had any issues. It is now June 28 and still nothing. No product no money. They will just not cancel my order. This company is a scam. I dont have money just to give away. I went to there website today to find out that it no longer exist.I hate that I trusted this company.

    Ordered HAIR ON 03/23/2022 AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY TRACKING INFORMATION. I TRIED CALLING LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES BUT NO ANSWER AS OF TODAY 06/17/22, THE WEBSITE FROM WHICH THEY OPERATE BUSINESS IS DOWN, AND I HAVE NO FURTHER WAY OF RECEIVING ANY INFORMATION OR FOLLOW UP ON MY PURCHASE.

    I ordered hair through shop pay for Diamond hair company in ******* and affirmed paid it but I have to pay them back this order was on March 31 2022 but still have not received my order. Ive called sent emails but nothing. They must be out of business and still collecting money. This company needs to be reported after all the bad reviews Ive seen.

    I ordered hair from Diamond Virgin Hair Company on April 15th, 2022. I paid more to sign up for "Route" which is basically insurance for your package if it gets lost or stolen. I got an email from Route with my order number. That order number only works once the company actually ships the package. I waited a couple of days to get an email from Diamond Virgin Hair Company for a tracking number but nothing ever came. I waited and waited and still had heard nothing from them. It is now May 10th, 2022 and I still have heard nothing from them. I called the number on the company's website and heard from no one. I even used the "Contact Us" section on the company's website and still haven't heard anything from them. The company did not used to be like this. I ordered hair from them a couple of years ago and they sent me the hair in a timely manner. I expect quality customer service if I'm spending an arm and a leg on hair. I recently looked up the company and a lot of women have left reviews sharing the same experience. When I go to the company's website it says it doesn't exist. I don't know what's going on but I would really like to know where my money went.

    I ordered hair from the company on March 22nd. I paid $310 in installment payments through Affirm. I have not received the hair or a refund of my money. When I try to go to the business website it is no longer available. I will be contacting Affirm and my bank to try to have my money returned. I've ordered from the business multiple times since 2011 and have never had any issues with receiving the product. This time it just seems as if they do not care that I'm owed money.. I want my money back!

    I'm writing to get an issue resolve with diamond hair co.i purchase a wig on March 15th, they website says it takes two weeks to be deliver,April 6th I email them regarding my order, they told me they had to re order the product, here it is may 24th still haven't receive any merchandise, I tried contacting them through email and phone calls,no responds.i will like foe diamond hair Co.     Order ******** I placed an order on March 3, 2022. After not receiving any shipping information, a week later I called left voicemail, emailed as well as used the contact form on the site. March 22nd I finally got a response...Hi LaShaune Please accept apologies for the delayed response, I know frustrating this must be.We have experienced some delays and are working as fast as possible to get your order to you.I know this is not much help but we truly appreciate your patience!Kind regards,Diamond ****************** April 28th and I still have not received my order.. I have again attempted to make contact multiple times and ways. I have tried to cancel and request a refund but I have not received any type of customer service back at all As of today 5/13/22 I have not received my hair or any response to my email, vm or message sent via contact form or website.

    I ordered hair on 03/22/2022 for $167.03 and have not received the hair Ive ordered. Ive tried to contact Diamond ******** through phone and email and have not heard from them. I would like to get a refund.
