    I ordered hair from Diamond Virgin company on March 4, 2022. I thought I would receive tracking number and would have received my order by now. However, I never received tracking information nor my package. It was over several weeks before I reached out to the seller. I have ordered before with no problems. I received a email about their backed up with shipping on March 29th, 2022. It has been over 2 months. I reached out in April for a follow up concerning my order and received no response. I called several times and no answer. After no response I requested a refund through email. However, still no response. They have stopped communicating completely. I ordered the hair a several months ago for an event I had to go to. I purchased through shop pay where I make payments on the hair. They opened up a dispute several weeks ago and are unable to provide a refund until they received a refund from the company for the payments I have made. I have one payment left but no product. I would like a refund for my order. Since it has been over 2 months. With a dispute they stop payments with shop pay but I have paid all but one payment. I would like a refund at this point.

    I purchased some hair online March 15th,The website says I will receive my order within 2weeks,I didn't receive nothing, April 5th I sent diamond hair co.an email regarding my order,they told me it was some issue with my hair and I will be receiving it soon,still no hair, I email the company again on May 5th asking them if they are still having issues please send me a refund haven't receive no reply regarding this issue

    Ordered HAIR ON 04/13/2022 AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY TRACKING INFORMATION AFTER A MONTH, I TRIED CALLING LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NOT RECEIVED A RETURN CALL, I ALSO EMAILED AND TEXT, STILL NO RESPONSE. AS OF TODAY 05/9/22, THE WEBSITE FROM WHICH THEY OPERATE BUSINESS IS DOWN, AND I HAVE NO FURTHER WAY OF RECEIVING ANY INFORMATION OR FOLLOW UP ON MY PURCHASE.VERY DISAPPOINTING.

    I purchased my hair March 15th 2022. Its been well over a month since I have received any contact from the merchant. I only received an email saying it was a shipping delay! Which I received march 28th 2022. Ive called and emailed and sent messages through instagram. I been purchasing from this company for over five years and this has never happened. I had to cancel My hair appointment and lose out on a deposit because of this. I dont even know if its worth trying again to purchase any hair from them. I seen on other sites such as yelp etc that this is going on and its possible new management and a scam to purchase from them. Im highly disappointed in this company. They just lost a loyal customer

    Hello,I purchased two bundles of Brazilian Body wave 18in and 20in on April 30,2022. Order # ********.My total order came to ******. I used Shop pay and paid the first installment of *****. However I have been checking the shipping status for my order and I am unable to view Diamond Virgin hair website. I would like a refund at this point and also for the Shop pay installments to be stopped. I am going to have to purchase hair through another distributor at this point.

    I ordered hair from this company on 04/16/2022 and waited their standard time for processing orders. A couple of days after the processing date to contact them through their website and did not hear anything from them. The following week I emailed them at ***************************************** with my order number on 05/04/2022 and still have not heard back from them. I called their phone number online and it went straight to voicemail. I am highly upset at the lack of professionalism as I have been following this company for years. Do not order from this company.

    I ordered their product online and received confirmation. After weeks of no tracking, shipping information Ive attempted to contact them through their website. The "contact us" link is disabled. No on answers the customer service line or multiple emails that was sent. It doesn't look like their local store is open either. There are several people on their social media pages stating the same thing. I looks like they are accepting order with no intentions of delivering the product. I have requested to cancel my order and ask for a refund multiple times. Now i will have to file dispute with my Bank.

    On March 5, 2022 I purchased hair from Diamond Hair Company totaling $447.55. I received a confirmation of my purchase. As of today, April 30,2022, I have not received the product. I have called the company and left messages at least 15 times. I have not even received a call back.

    I placed an order on March 17, 2022. As of April 25, 2022 I have not received my order. I have emailed the company several times. On April 4, 2022, they said that the orders would ship that week. Nothing was shipped. I have since emailed the company and sent various messages and comments about my unanswered emails and asking them to refund my order. They continue to ignore my email and messages and delete my comments but have not refunded my order. I want a refund. the purchase amount was $500.45.

    On March 5, 2022, I ordered 4 bundles of Mink Brazilian Body wave hair *****************" from Diamond Hair Company. Order number DHC17821. The price came to $497.15. I also selected the route package protection as well. It is now April 25, 2022, and I have not received any update on when this hair will be shipped. I emailed the company 4 times and I have called 8 times with no answer. I have checked my email constantly and my spam folder and have received no reply on when my order will be shipped. I needed this hair for my graduation which is now in 2 weeks. The only email that I have received from this company is an email that says they have confirmed my order and to reach out to them if I have any questions. I ordered using ShopPay pay in 4. This company is still advertising hair for sale on their website but no product is being shipped to the customers. I would like a refund on my order as it has been over a month and the company has not reached out to me to update me and I have not received the product in a timely matter. I do not want the company to say they are going to send me the hair as I am concerned that they are going to hold on to my money and not send the hair in a reasonable amount of time or at all. I reached out to others on yelp who have left reviews saying they still have not received their hair after months. I have also noticed reviews on Instagram and ******** of other unhappy customers in my same situation who never received any hair at all.
