      I placed an order on April 26,2022. I have not received the order nor a refund. It is now September 3,2022 and I still have not received the item nor a refund.

      If I could give 0 stars I definitely would have. Please please please stay far away from this company. Ive ordered many times from them in the past and had no issues however I placed an order in April 2022 and its now June and I still have yet to hear back from this company. I never received a refund or my order. I have called emailed as well as wrote the company multiple times I also contacted them on there instagram and still no response. There business page is still up as if they are still conducting business however its all a scam. Please dont waste your time or hard earned money with this company. Ive definitely learned my ******* The way they handle business is so unprofessional.

      I give 0 stars for this company. Same as all the other reviews I placed my hair order February 24th and still haven't received ANYTHING! I have emailed and called the company several times with no answer. I will never patronize this store nor recommend them to anyone. This is absolutely unacceptable.

      I ordered from diamond hair company on April 7, 2022 and had to pay $15 for shipping. Its now April 29, 2022 and I have not received my closure. The tomato price was $110.45 and I used zip installment to pay for it, making payments every 2 weeks. Ive emailed the company many times, Ive called many times and left messages and zip has tried to contact the company as well. Id like a refund. This has been the worse experience ever. And I will never use this company again. The customer service is terrible and Im starting to believe this is a fraud and not a real company at all. Please refund my money. Order number DHC17996

      I ordered my hair on March 30th and emailed them on March 31st asking for a update they said it will be shipped out the following week but I still havent got my order which was a total of 529 I ordered 4 bundles of the 28 inch of the mink Brazilian bodywave hair and here it is April 18th without no update about whats going on I will like my hard working money back or my bundles without no bad quality hair I never had a problem with them but now its a problem since my 529 is gone without no hair no updated or nothing I want my money back

      I wish 0 stars was a possible selection because that is what they deserve. I ordered the body wave bundle deal which includes a total of three bundles. I received only one bundle of body wave and the other two bundles were wavy. I immediately contacted them to let them know I was returning the items. They state they only issue store credits, no refunds for returned items. Once they received the return they issued the credit.I then placed another order of the body wave bundle deal, yet I again received two bundles of hair that are wavy not body wave. But this time the hair packages were not labeled, but it was obvious even by the photos on their website that I again received the wrong hair. Body wave is clearly different that wavy hair. So I contacted them again showing photos of the packages not being labeled, and showing them the different wave textures in the first bundle compared to the next two bundles. They say that its the correct order but its clearly not. They blame the hair packages not being labeled on peak season (*rolls eyes*), I told them to keep their excuses. They tell me I can return the item again for a credit. But I tell them they are done wasting my time because whose to say I wont place another order (again paying for shipping because thats not in the credit) and receive the wrong item. So save yourself a headache, incompetent people providing incompetent services.

      Please do not do business with this company. I ordered 2 bundles and a silk closure. When my package arrived the 2 bundles were ok however, instead of a silk closure they sent a lace closure. I immediately contacted them because I had a hair appointment and a wedding coming up the next week. Although it was totally their fault, Diamond refused to send out the correct closure until I returned the incorrect lace closure that they sent me. I had no choice but to find a closure elsewhere so I ask them to give me a refund for the lace closure. I was sent a return label, and per the post office tracking number it was delivered a month ago now . I have called and email Diamond hair for weeks now to ask about the status of my refund but they will not answer my emails or return my calls. Its like they all of a sudden disappeared off the face of the earth. If they need $135 that bad I suggest no one do business with them ever again.
