    2017 Ford Fusion Sport 2.7L AWD 103,000 miles 14.5K bought 04/05/2024 within the first 30 days faulty C clamps on the air intake hosing blow off, called the car lot waited 27 days after my initial calls to make it to issue 2 had began, replaced the clamps and the heat dissipation padding totaled $150 on 06/15/24 took my car to get the oil done. during service the mechanic showed me issue #2 timing chain cover, the oil filter housing was cracked and was JB Welded together resulting in oil evaCT. Called, texted the number i was given, was given owners number, called texted. a week later Tony had answered. He told me he would have a tow truck bring it to the west lot, gave him my address/number. 2 weeks nocallnoshow. lost my job over this, so i took it to a mechanic, fixed it plus a faulty thermostat and serpetine belt. cost $1,774. got it back 07/01/24 w/part taking 5 days to show and 3 days to fix it. 07/03/24, my head gaskets blow, called the car lot he gives me crap, then tells me to bring the car to the lot. they'll quote my last repair compared to their cost, and reimburse it, now its 07/10/24 ive tried calling the car lots, left messages. Last response was 07/05/24 told me we'd talk 07/09/24 today is 7/10/24. he blocked my number, blacklisted my number at both lots, car is still sitting up at the west carlot. have even tried trading it back for a car the same value or lesser, and they give me the runaround. Found the exact same car on the lot same price i made an offer and was immediately told the car wasnt for sale it was sold, opened the website 3 days in a row now car still available for purchase. ive called my bank they told me file bbb and attorney general also get a lawyer, if all else fails sale the car and pay the remainder. Wont let me tow my car from the lot, refuse to talk to me and ive stopped paying the car loan cause my car is being held hostage. in90 days the car has been down 42 days, longest being 22 days consecutive.

    Oh they were happy, no fuss to get us into a car. Then waited 5 weeks for a tailight. We got the excuse three time that they "ordered the wrong part." Then I went to get the tags, they didn't do a VIN inspection. They didn't tell us that. So I had to pay for that before I could get tags. Do not buy a car from these folks. So now, I've had this car for 2 months and don't even know if it will pass inspection to keep it. Kansas law allows them to do this and now I'm past the lemon law time frame. Our desperate need for a car was taken advantage of by these sharks.

    Days before September 1st, 2022 I inquired about a ***** Enclave at Pretige Auto Sales, they were very nice, approved me for the ***** and I just had to pick it up. I asked numerous times to verify that everything was complete from financing to vehicle I was promised being available as I had to get a ride there Again they said just pick it up My mother had went to the dealership they showed her the ***** she paid $1500 cash for the down-payment for ***** upon my arrival i had wait almost til closing time, no not one other customer, to tell me all of a sudden I couldn't have the ***** now She says I could get 1 of 3 EQUINOXs but then quickly took that back and tries to say the only vehicle on the lot I could have was a Subarban which as a single woman with one grown child I obviously said no. These people knew I had no ride home, they knew my mother was not reachable at thus point, they waited for all this until after store hours and tried blaming me for that, they didn't follow through or own up to any of their promised. SO as I am trying to figure out what to do now she comes and is so fake nice, I see that now, to save the day and be my hero because now one car that I can take, only one and it's a 97 **** Ranger she said they just got that day **************
    Day 2 fuel pump goes out almost causes a terrible accident, they ignored me for the 30 days while warranty was in effect then promised to give me $150 to "help" me when I had already spent $500 in the first week but then I got cussed at and told I can't have that either. In less than 4 months I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs, fix one there's another one and now it's transmission. I am already behind on payments due to repairs, the payments are twice as much as I was told, im out of money and can't afford this anymore. These people knew they could take advantage of me and they did and now I'm stuck with a loan more than this truck is even worth and no vehicle to show for it.

    I purchased a vehicle on March 2nd and only had it for a week out of the almost 60days. The first time they took the vehicle back to fix the problem they had it for a month and I had to get the bank that I got my loan from involved. I received the vehicle back just for it to have the same issue all over again, called for them to take it back to fix the problem. They gave me a loaner car this time but have had it for 3 weeks and counting. Keep telling me different dates that it will be ready for pick up or that they have to wait for another part. When my bank calls they tell them one thing then when I call its another. Owner is stating that car will be ready for pick up today but yet shop manager told bank different. They are not great at doing updates for I have to reach out to get one. Would not recommend them to anyone.
