    Was spectacular while servicing my home. Brandon & JT handled all the stress with insurance and the basement and kept me informed the whole time. Highly recommend.

    Services: Flood restoration, Water removal, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Sewage cleanup Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I had a sewage problem in my downstairs living area, laundry room and hallway on June 15, 2023. It is now July 3, 2023 and they still havent finished. I havent heard from them since June 28. When the crew they send out get here, they only stay 1-2 hrs per visit instead of just getting the job done. They have yet to send anyone out to take the panels off my furnace area and clean the sewage from under there. One crew used my utility sink and didnt turn the knobs all the way off so I ended up having another water problem in the laundry room.They were supposed to clean the carpets upstairs in the hallway, steps, living room and kitchen after the plumbers who had been here were upstairs after walking around in sewage. They came out and said they were told to clean the steps and hallway only.They also stated it will be at least a month out before they can do a rebuild of the damaged area.I Would NOT use again.

    I want to start by saying I am sorry that the claim isnt going the way you thought or intended. There are several variables of the claim that Paramount Restoration can't control. We cannot control what the adjuster approves or how long it takes to get approval from the adjuster. The furnace removal is a costly endeavor and has not been approved. The plumbing company agreed to pay for the carpet cleaning, but they only approved some of the areas that you are mentioning. We offered to call and verify that it was ok to clean those areas, or we offered to give you a price to have it done. You refused both options and asked us to leave. We do our best to provide great services and great customer service. If we were to provide the services that you are demanding and the insurance and or the plumbing company did not pay for them then you would be responsible for the invoice. Youve made that abundantly clear that you don't want to pay for those services, nor should you have too. We are doing the best we can with the situation that we are in.If there is something I can do to help, please reach out and let me know,

    I spoke with the insurance adjuster today and to date, they have not received any type of correspondence or phone calls from your company. We have decided to go with a different company to finish the process.

    So glad I called Paramount Restoration , William and Brandon M. were prompt, friendly and professional. They did excellent work showing me pictures of findings and assured me things were taken care of. They were completely thorough with the task at hand and cleaned up afterwards. The price was exceptionally reasonable. I would never call anyone else!
