I had ordered and paid for a single report. I had no issues with the initial report. Since then, I have had an account problem that generated unexpected charges. It took one phone call and the error was reversed. The refund came in an hour. The customer service person was quick to advise how the problem would be resolved and professional in her interface with me. Compared to some customer service teams, this one seems very efficient and well structured.Infotracer.com

I dont know if I can say the gentlemans name, but the guy I got twice was knowledgeable about the product and gave me useful tips. I wish more companies/people cared like the way I feel now about customer service and helping when they can. They may not have what your looking for or maybe you need to speak and listen to customer support. Nothing is 100% but its harder to find your path to peace in the dark without guidance from a light.
