      This company DOES NOT CARE about its customers. Visit https://www.potpourrigroup.com to see all the websites/catalogs that are part of the conglomerate they represent. Please be advised to NEVER place an order with ANY of the "catalogs" they represent. If you do and then have ANY issue with your order (return, exchange, replacement - ANYTHING) you will not be provided with the customer service you expect from any ********************** doing business in 2022 and beyond. Their ****************** call numbers cannot provide you with any information/answers to your inquiries re: your order. YOU will have to keep checking the credit card account you placed your order with to see if there is any resolution. If there is no resolution, you will NEVER be able to reach anyone through their **************** to provide you with one. Your hard earned money will be gone. If you are unsure........before placing any order, call any of their many catalog/website customer service numbers with a question about an order. This company/conglomerate of companies is a TOTAL SCAM.

      Horrific customer service. Coupon pops up on web site but there is no way to input it on the order. Call to place the order and at the end of the process am told oh we can't put that coupon in on the phone. Five phone calls and four hang *** later, including being told one minute the order is there and being cut off, then being told on the next call, it can't be found, followed by another phone call where the order is found and the discount finally applied. Supposedly. Never experienced anything like it. Will never buy from this site again.

      Returning something to NorthStyle can take many weeks after they have received the return. Even when they sent the wrong size Ive been waiting weeks to get a refund. Will never order again even though the clothes are cute.

      This company has poor customer service on returns and refunds. No other mail order business I have dealt with takes 6 wks to issue refunds. By following their instructions I used their parcel return service at cost of $10. ****** left my city on 10/6 via ***** Yet ***** delivered package to business on 10/25. I can't fathom why it took 20 days for parcel to travel from ********* to *************. Did my package sit in warehouse and was not checked in immediately upon arrival but sat unprocessed for days so they could earn interest ony money. If the blame his **** and ***** then this company needs to change carriers as their not getting much for $10 shipping fee. I want my refund and explanation as to why it takes 6 weeks for refund when other companies manage refunds in a timely manner.

      I would give it zero stars if I could. I placed 3 orders and returned almost all of the items due to size variations. I have called numerous times and told it will take another 3-4 weeks. I had to tell them which items I returned and give them the tracking number. I have received 1 of the refunds after many many phone calls. Their website says they are BBB accredited, but it doesn't say they are only rated a ****. The **************** is awful. Don't order from these companies. They have several,
