    Woburn toyota ******************** change turned into 4hour Servic me aoot and they lost my car And let it get car jacked right out of the sevice bay Car was driven around on highways due 3hours Then toyota said it came back Na complete nightmare Never communicating to me the customer that my car was out being driven around By @elderly customer as they say that didnt know it wasnt his car Really. You think he should be driving All I got was ***** we have insurance fir that in case of accidents Are you kidding me Nans not report to police Well I reported it and from no help from woburn toyota covering up their Ineligibility to secure my automobile while in their possession waiting fir service A complete nightmare And a Circus4hours later Im told my car is ready What a CIRCUS and Illegal cover up of car *********** have been notified Get ur stories straight woburn toyota

    At this time, no stars, after the initial sales person. the service has been rough, from the extended warranty not being listed on the service computer and the service person ***** telling me there was no warranty to warranty items not getting fixed to service people not calling back or following through. 2021 Tundra. One of the most frustrating dealerships I have come across. This is the last of many Toyota vehicles I or my business has owned, like the product starting to hate the follow up . If you can find a better dealership go there not here. If you can take the time file a complaint about this service **** with Toyota.

    Predatory practices in the service center. Trying to sell unnecessary services. All bills include a "miss charge" with no description of the fee. Typical scam-like behavior.Service advisors have little knowledge of the services being performed, but that doesn't stop them from pushing services on you. The best part of it all is the mechanic marked the system that the service advisor suggested servicing as "green/good" on the maintenance report. Luckily the service advisors can't explain basic car maintenance, so it's easy to see the BS.I will say on a positive note. They do a video walkthrough of your car with the mechanic, this is a really good idea & really appreciated from a customer standpoint. Service advisors don't seem to be happy with this step.

    I bought a car from them 4 days ago and all transactions were completed on Tuesday. They asked me until Friday to add a leather seat and they gave me the exact time. I agreed with the hotel to go on vacation with my new car and I was waiting for the car. they called this morning and said they would call about the car at 3 pm and told me to wait. and they called me at 3:30. They said they could give my car on Monday and they made me a victim. My whole plan was ruined and my deposit burned. I suggest you buy a car with this in mind.**************

    The worst dealership you can ever deal with. I paid for warrants that they never uphold, liars to the core. I believe that's a befitting motto for your dealership.I intend to *** if my tires are not fixed by them. claiming low tread, then vandalism. I waited for a tow truck for 4 and a half hours. Here they're looking for all sorts of excuses not to fix the vehicle.Don't charge customers for services that you clearly know you're unable to fulfill.

    Last week we called the Toyota at Woburn to check if they finance cars using the **** number, the person who answered us said that it wasn't a problem, and we scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday.After over 3 hours of negotiating with the seller, we got to a deal and he called his sales manager, *********************, for the credit checking and close. When we were filling the form for credit checking and ********************* found out we were financing with **** his attitude towards us changed completely, he become impatient, and pretended to check our credit, returning (4 min later) with the exactly same paper we had already seem, saying that was the bank proposal. We noticed he was lying, and after we asked him to actually check the credit, he said that was no meaning in doing so, as we had ****, and it wouldn't change anything. He refused to check it, and when we said that if he wouldn't check we wouldn't buy, he got up from the table and turned his back on us.Even after we complained to other employees in the store about how we were treated by ******, nothing was actually done in regards to the situation. ****** kept working as nothing had happened. We feel victims of prejudice and left the store feeling humiliated.We were not there asking for a favor, we were buying a car, a 40k car, and we felt like we were begging for something.We've never felt so humiliated!

    Call the 92 days after purchase and they say the lemon law they have 3 times like there going to help. Make an appointment the first one didnt work for me I was ready the day I called. So it took them 8 days for an appointment that didnt work and then another 5 days for me to get an appointment finally. When I brought it in they took an additional 2 days to say what was wrong and get a price that I still thought they were covering. They price was 67 % of the purchase price. I feel that they are responsible and should either cover the repair or give me a refund.

    If you are looking to buy a new vehicle stay as far away from Woburn Toyota as possible! Rude, unprofessional staff using filthy and vulgar language with customers. There are other Toyota dealerships around. Even if you get a good quote, the price is not worth it to deal with their deceit and disrespect! My wife and I had a terrible experience at this location this week two days ago. Bought a brand spanking new truck from another Toyota dealership in ********* within one hour after leaving this stinking dealership in Woburn.

    Last fall, I came in for a fuel pump recall repair for my 4runner, and I decided to have an alignment done while it was in. The alignment was $135 and when I left the shop, the steering wheel started shaking as I merged onto 93 South. It continued to shake at any speed over 40 mph. I had to bring it into a local shop to fix the issue, of which they did for only $50.Fast forward to this June, I brought it in due to an ECU communication error (electrical short, needed a new wire), the mechanic told me that the service was a flat rate of $559 just to see where the connection was shorted. His assistant had no idea what the flat rate of work consisted of, and was not capable of describing what was wrong with the vehicle prior to my learning. I negotiated to take one hour off of the "flat rate" down to $419. Since the car wouldn't start, I would have had to pay for a tow to have work done anywhere else. When I was called to be told my truck was ready to be picked up, I asked what had to be done on the vehicle and how much I owed in total, and twice was told they weren't sure and that I'd have to speak to someone else. I'm still not sure why I paid for all the labor, yet there were no material charges on my ****.In conclusion, I am very disappointed in their scheming efforts to make as much as they can per visit, and will not bring my truck back again. I truly believe I did not need to pay over $400 for a wire issue, and I believe this was a problem with the fuel pump that was replaced six months ago.
