If the phone number in the complaint is not the number being called, then we need the phone number they want added to the DNC. The calls are not blocked by name, but by phone number.

    I filled out some type of sweepstake form to win a ease rest bed and made the mistake of putting My phone number on it . From then to now I have been getting phone calls asking Me how would I sleep . I have asked asked them to put Me on there do not call list and please do not call Me again .

We have tried searching in our data base but do not have a **** ***** that lives at the address in the complaint filed. For us to properly place someone on the DNC we need the phone number we are actually calling.

    Phone complaint taken by BBB staff JS: The business came out to the consumer's home on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.  The consumer was to receive a free pillow when she watched a  video. Consumer watched half the video and told the Sales Representative she did not want to watch anymore as she had seen the video before and it did not have any new information regarding their products.  The sales representative would not provide the consumer with the authorization code for the free pillow.

Since Ms. ****** did not complete the presentation as she states in her complaint, she is not eligible for the free pillow.

    Purchased the split California king bed (with everything) removable pillow top with zipper in November, 7-10 days for delivery. Didn't deliver until February. Repeatedly called customer service about the problems, 1) frames won't stay together 2) mattresses won't stay on the frame, move apart, leave a space between 3) no removable pillow top (say now they don't make them anymore, and haven't for a year Pryor to my purchase, I was not informed until the second time I called about it 4) heating pad is made of a slick material causing the sheets to come off ( after putting the sheets back 3 times in one night I took it off . I was getting no help from them so I canceled auto pay and told them why, that got the customer service to call me , I told them again the problems I was having. They said they would send (non-slip mattress pads) I received 2-3x5' non-slip rug pads. I do not like the bed, the service, it is a bad system. And I want them to take it back. Wouldn't let me add refund to resolution part.

    I have continued to request my number to be removed from their sales calls. I did not sign up to get calls or advertising calls from them. I keep blocking the different numbers that call me weekly about an adjustable bed offer. Please!! Please remove my number. It is harrasment.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/28) */ During the period of December 2021 - March 23, 2022 we contacted the consumer 9 times. On 6 of those occasions the consumer picked up the phone and without responding hung up. The other 2 times she informed us she was not interested. At no point until March 23, 2022 did she say to place her on the Do Not Call List. Consumers phone number was taken out of our system on March 23, 2022. It takes up to 72 hours so at this point, the consumer should not be contacted now that she has been asked to be removed.
