Easy Rest sent a high-pressure sales associate to a low-income senior housing facility and took advantage of my mother, a senior who has a very limited income. Several times she said she wanted to consult me before purchasing and he kept pressuring her and telling her how good of a deal it was and only available this one time and talked her into signing the paperwork on the spot. After it arrived and she found it was not comfortable and did not work for her she tried to return it and found out there are no returns and no trial period, all sales final. She asked an attorney who volunteers with the group on occasion and was advised to "just top paying" but my mother does not feel that is appropriate. She only recently told me about the situation as she is embarrassed, feels shame, and taken advantage of. This is a despicable business practice that takes advantage of our seniors. She is still paying, but that means that she cannot afford other necessities and goes without frequently. If this happened to my mother, I'm sure it's happening elsewhere. I can provide amounts and paperwork, but I don't have them with me today.Initial Complaint

We purchased two king size beds from easy rest and happy with them! But one needs the mattress replaced to extra firm mattress like the other one has on it. We have not been able to get a hold of anyone at all the numbers given !Initial Complaint

02/11/2023 I purchased this adjustable sleep system on this date and on the 20th of February 2024 the rail that makes the bed go up and down bent and now the bed will not go down all the way. I started calling the company on the 20th of February and the only thing that is stated when I call is the call cannot be completed at this time and to try your call later. I have a warranty on this bed and parts and want my bed fixed. It was not installed until 03/01/2023Initial Complaint

I returned split King sheets and Mattress heating pad. They instructed (Jeff ******) me to return the items and they would send me the replacement items. The returned items were mailed in November. I have not heard from the company since. No one answers theit phone. I called multiple numbers. Customer service at (###-###-####), support ###-###-####, ###-###-#### and Corporate at ###-###-####. I purchased an Easy Rest Adjustable System with a wired remote on 12/16/2016. The remote or motor on the bed recently stopped functioning. I have a lifetime warranty on the motor. I have tried calling the customer support number (800) 523-5383, contact phone number (800) 768-3178 and the main number (800) 677-8200 several times but no one answers. I don’t know if the company is still in business or not. I just want some one from the company to contact me to arrange for a technician to come and assess and/or make the necessary repairs.
