      I am still waiting for my deposit. I used price line to book with Nextcar for my car rental at ************************. It's been over a month since I've returned the car rental on July 9th and No response. It's to the point they don't pick up my call. If they do they hang up or transfer to then hang up. It's ridiculous. It's been almost 2 months. Another thing the car was dirty inside. We were so tired we just left since this place takes their time to process everything.

      I left one star only because the car we had was new and clean. Everything else about this company is bad news. They dont honor their own car insurance that they sell online when you book your trip. If you have your own full coverage insurance policy, then they charge you a huge security deposit. The booking we had was for an SUV, they didnt seem to have any SUVs when we got to the place. They try to upsell and overcharge you for everything. Bottom line this place is absolute trash. Avoid at all costs!

      Review Title: WORST Rental Experience Total Scam Review:Stay far away from Priceless Car Rental in ************. They are scammers who gave me a damaged car that wasnt the one I reserved, then forced me to pay hidden fees, a $500 deposit they never returned, and $798 in bogus charges with no invoice. When I questioned it, the staff threatened to call the police instead of helping. I had to call the police myself just to protect my rights.They also copied both sides of my debit card and drivers license, putting me at risk of fraud. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and abusive. Priceline should be ashamed to work with them. Avoid this rental company at all costs.

      Next Car Rental is the worst rental experience Ive ever had. The car provided was not the one reserved and was already damaged. They forced hidden fees, refused refunds, and even threatened me when I questioned their practices. On top of that, they copied both sides of my debit card and license, putting me at risk of fraud. This company is abusive, unprofessional, and dishonest. Avoid Next Car Rental at all costs.

      This car company is a scam! I purchased insurance through ********* for $91, which was recommended by *********. When I got to the priceless car rental counter I was told they do not accept it. I was forced to purchase their insurance for $175, and I had my father with me, we just flew in from ************, and I was charged a senior fee of $70. My father doesn't drive and I told him that. My full coverage insurance with a million-dollar umbrella was not accepted. I was ripped off $258 from Priceless car rental and $91 from Priceline. The total amount I was screwed over is $349.

      I have lodged a complaint with not only my ********** but with ******* as well. When I went up to the counter in *********, they had my reservation BUT NO CARS !! I asked for a refund and they stated that sorry it was not their problem and that I had to contact *******. What a sham ! I have gone on record with ******* about this highway robbery and stated that they should disclude them from their car rental choices. I am looking to see if I may take other legal action on them as they need to be shut down.

      I wish I read the reviews first. This place is a scam. The Fees they hit you with are insane. I had the right insurance to show when I went to pick up my car. Only for the tattooed guy at the desk to say he entered wrong and now I cant change anything. Why cant an insurance policy be changed. That makes no sense in this day and age. So then he adds on a huge fee. If I knew the fee up front it would not have been an issue. And the location was dirty. The customer service was horrific. Every person before me had a problem and after me too. Never again. Beware of nextcar

      Ignore the attractive pricing, and go with a reputable, **************** (e.g. Hertz; Alamo, etc). After showing to pick up my reserved (and prepayed) car, I was told it had not been returned by the previous renter, and I was cancelled. I don't expect a refund, and will initiate a dispute when I return from vacation. It's a shame - or worse - that Priceline, ******* and others tolerate these abusive cut-rate companies.

      Rented a car for pickup at ***, at 7:30pm. My 5pm flight wound up delayed 7 hours, putting me into ********* well-after their counter closed. I was renting a car to be able to drive from the airport to where I was staying, and this was no longer an option. Tried to cancel and they refused to refund me, saying that the rental was non-refundable (it was purchased through ******.) I tried explaining my position (this cancellation was completely unavoidable -- the airline delayed my flight 7 hours and the rental place would not be open when I arrived), but they wouldn't budge. I will never rent from them again.

      ******. NextCar rental company is a scam. They said I damaged the front glass window. There wasn't any damage. I took pictures and I called the police. Even the police were confused. They didn't see any damage either. They have it all on their body-cam video as proof. I filed a police report. NextCar also charged my credit card $1000 saying that they will return it when the insurance company sends them a check for the window damage (again there is no damage). I purchased extra insurance with Nextcar outside of what ******* offered, only to be told by Nextcar I needed more coverage in order to rent the car. I believe they are part of an insurance fraud ring. I reported their activities to the *** *************************** I also contacted my bank and reported the unauthorized charge of $1000 and my bank promptly returned my money. I recommend anyone who has experienced issues with them to do the same *** ********** complete the complaint online at *****************************************
