      On 9/2/2022 I rented a car from NextCar BWI. I had a reservation from Priceline for a Grand Total of $185.89 due at pick-up. I already paid a $39 insurance fee to Priceline but apparently that went to nothing so whatever. When we picked up the car at BWI, the new total was $350.31 which included my 3 day rental, taxes, fees, insurance. They also added a $150 deposit so a grand total of $500.31. We went from $185.89 to $500.31. Insane. Anyway, the car was great. We turned it back in on the garage at BWI on 9/5/2022 which is when we were scheduled too. We had to park in the garage and drop keys in the drop box and head to our flight. Well, I get the "adjusted invoice" a couple days later and they charged me a whole extra day! I even turned the car in before noon which is 2 hours before my contract time anyway!! When I called BWI, nobody answered so I left a voicemail. When I called the main customer service line, Eryka, said that she will have to reach out to BWI to investigate. She also mentioned that the reason why I was charged an extra day is because they are closed on Labor Day. Not my fault or problem and that was NOWHERE in the contract. Eryka emailed BWI on 9/11/2022 and told me that if I hadnt heard anything back in a couple days to try to call back. Well I heard nothing and I've called multiple times and emailed everyone I could. I demand a billing adjustment. This is theft on many levels.

      I have never dealt with a SCAM of a rental company like this one. I rented a car from this company in Tampa Florida while on vacation with my wife on 08/30/22. I returned the car on 09/03/ at about 5 pm Eastern time. On signing the contract, i was told a $150 deposit will be withheld and it will be returned after i return the vehicle. I returned this vehicle on 08/30/22 at about 4:30 PM Eastern time. Its been more than 10 days with no return of my deposit. On calling the customer service regarding the return of my deposit, i am being told that it will not be returned because i returned the car without a full tank. Yes i did not refuel the car back to full tank. But it doesn't add up for a 2022 Hyundai which is a supposed fuel economy vehicle. It makes no sense to refuel half tank for such a car for $150. They are so rude on the phone and very unremorseful. Things are never disclosed when you are about to sign the contract on the screen especially with a long line behind you and being my first time as well.
      THESE GUYS ARE NOTHING ELSE BUT SCAMS. BIG SCAMS. Please beware out there before falling into this trap. Enterprise is always the best.

      This has been the worst car experience in my life and I have rented a lot of cars. 1st, Expedia quoted me $360.46 including insurance and the counter charged me $499.01 over $130 difference. After I signed the contract I waited 2 hours and I didn't get the original car. I had to wait because the car was dirty and needed to be washed. I received a car that was dirty and smelly. The attendant, who was missing most of the time, told me that the original car was blocked by other cars and he couldn't get it out.. Awful customer service, too many hidden fees. Will not recommend or use this company again.
