Do not rent from this horrible company. They are such a scam. They didn’t take my insurance so I had to purchase their insurance which I did not plan to. My bill went up another $150 then they charged me a $500 deposit. The line was very long. I wish I hadn’t rented with them but I was exhausted and just wanted to start my vacation. Go to a more known rental in the future like budget, Avis, etc. This company should be put out of business. Disgusting way to trick people and scam them out if hundreds of dollars. The worse rental that I have ever gotten and will never rent from them again!

Stay away from this company!!! They will lure you in with a very competitive price but then force you to purchase insurance from them when you are shuttled to their off-*** airport office if your car insurance company is not on the short list of insurance companies posted on their wall. This is stg that is not disclosed top you at the time of booking (even in the fine print) is hence effectively forced upon you at the last moment where you do not have alternative options lined up. In my case, I simply refused and ended up booking a car from ********** Car Rental located on the same street that was a much more decent experience.

NEVER RETURN YOUR RENTAL AFTER HOURS!!! Although it may be convenient for working adults to return their rental after hours, the manager of this business used that convenience to steal my security deposit, by accusing me of bringing the car back dirty, littered with ashes, as well as accusing me of smoking. The manager also changed around my final receipt in a way that hides what he did with my entire security deposit and he refuses to tell me where the rest of the money is.
We trust business to operate with honesty especially when we supply them with our credit cards and personal information and the manager at this location is far from honest. RETURN YOUR RENTAL AT A TIME WHEN YOU CAN BE PRESENT SO YOU DONT HAVE TO DEFEND FALSE ALLEGATIONS THAT WERE NOT MADE IN YOUR PRESENCE (if you must rent a car)

I think to find out after paying half of a non refundable fee online, and then be told at the counter that as a resident, unlimited mileage costs an extra $25 per day, otherwise you only get 50 miles per day with an additional .75cents per mile is a scam.

First car had a service light come on. We returned it. They said the car was fine but gave us, what we thought, was a better car. After paying $30/day for a $500,000 insurance on the car, we drove across the East to West coast.Upon arriving, we found out our tire was flat. We took it to a tire store to get the tire patched. The tire shop said all the tires were over worn. Being the tire was a run flat tire, they couldnt be patched. Priceless said they werent responsible and said to use the spare tire. The car did not have one. After trying to find a used tire to replace the flat tire, we didnt find any. We ended up paying $221 for one tire. We bought it because hurricane *** was on its way and we needed to get back.Upon arriving back to Priceless, we debated over them paying for the tire. We were told to come back the next day. They copied the receipt for $221. They said to drive back the next day.We returned when asked to. The manager wasnt there. We were asked to wait an hour or so. We couldnt due to my wife having a Drs appointment. After wanting to return the car for horrible service, we were told we could but we would lot get reimbursed for the four more days we rented. Being cars were not available, we kept the car.I sent an email of my displeasure. Priceless had no apology, no response and did not even apologize for the brand new tire we paid for.Worst service, a scam on insurance price and the worst rental car business we have ever rented from. Never ever again!

      Avoid at all cost!
booked with priceline weeks ago for our elderly parents.
pick up at the Tampa Airport location.
first, Jeanette pretended not to find the booking.
then, she said priceline never sent the deposit. (they never required one)
we called priceline live, the agent called the next counter and then told us all is OK. moments later we get an email from priceline saying oir booking has been canceled!
all the while, Jeanette was offering different "options" to our parents, ones that require much more $ for the same car.
in the end, priceline couldn't help anymore because they claim that Jeanette told them the client wanted to cancel the booking!
Talk about extrosion while preying on the elderly.
conclusion: having no other options, our parents accepted a 2 week rental for 700$ (originally booked for 4 weeks at 900$)
      simply despicable.
note: all of the above claims can be proven by source of priceline chats, all written by their agents.
Very bad practice all around. They change their facebook reviews to "recommend" ratings after clients have posted them as "Don't recommend".
Do not own up to their mistakes.
Bait and switch practices at their finest.
True, people come here (BBB) mostly to write negative reviews. Do yourself a favor and read up on other platforms like google and facebook.
Pay twice the price and avoid the hassles, trust me!

Terrible!! Rude employees. One of the women said she didn't speak English, after we heard her speaking English. The other employee rolled his eyes at me continuously. They charged us a$19.99 cleaning fee and then gave us a FILTHY car. The car had garbage, hair and dirt insidem The windshield was almost too dirty to see through. I complained about the dirt and they basically said too bad because no one else in ***** has cars available. He also told me they had 51 reservations and only 1 car and then laughed. They also MADE us pay an additional $60 in auto insurance even though we have auto insurance through a very reputable company. I booked through Expedia and filed a complaint with them as well.

Priceless and Expedia are a scam. They stole our money and refused to honor the reservation that was 90% paid for through Expedia. I am not sure why Expedia only charged us $149 for the $216 rental but Expedia (after hours of discussion and follow up by me) refused to refund the $149. Priceless said it was Expedia's issue and Expedia said it was Priceless who had to authorize. Long story short, Priceless and Expedia left my disabled husband stranded at *** in the middle of the night when Priceless refused to honor the reservation. Both Priceless and Expedia refused to refund the $149 that had been paid. Total scam and Expedia simply says ... "not my fault". To add insult to injury, Expedia says that only hotels can be reviewed and not car companies so I have no way to even warn Expedia customers of the scam. If I could give both Expedia and Priceless a ZERO stars review, I would.
